This year, HomeCore Builders renovated our 3200 sq.’ home, built in 2010. The project included: enclosing an exterior deck to create more useable living area to the interior space, updating countertops, backsplash, and cabinetry in the kitchen, repurposing an upstairs office space into a grandchildren’s bedroom with an updated bath, and reconfiguring the laundry room layout with new tile flooring, cabinetry, etc.HomeCore proved to be a full-service, multi-task entity, as their owner/partner, David Monk, leads several other service-focused companies, including Restoration Rangers…a company that deals in home damage/mold/water cleanup. Their partner company came in to fix an old roof leak with resultant mold in the soon-to-be grandkids bedroom.From the get-go, it was obvious HomeCore was a a cut above the rest: They are client focused, listen well (women are valued as much as male counterparts), design-oriented, able to manage schedules with multi-tradesmen, and dont shy away from the inevitable glitches that come with any construction. The few hiccups we had were handled immediately and professionally. We were clearly all on the same team.Our project was completed on time and within budget…and looks better than we could have ever hoped. Once the interior decorating is complete, maybe with the next few months, we hope to post before/after pictures. Kudos to David Monk, Landon Tolley, Bobby Koscielney, Tara Pulley…and the entire team, including David and Daniel.5 out of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HomeCore is the Best of the Best. -
