    All I can say is WOW. I am in the process of building a pool and during the dig a pipe was hit that needed immediate repair. I called Joe after being referred to him and he came out within 15 minutes. I thought he would have to schedule another day to come back and repair it but he gave me a fair quote and started working IMMEDIATELY to fix it. Within 4-5 hours everything was complete and I only lost one day on my pool build. I truly couldnt believe his professionalism and work ethic. I will be contacting him for all my future plumbing needs. Use him, you wont regret it!

    I was having issues with my main drain backing up. A large corporate plumbing company came out, located the issue (roots inside the drain, under the concrete near the end of my driveway) and quoted me several thousand to fix it. I called multiple local plumbing companies to come out and give me quotes. All companies quoted me several thousand. Plumb-pal plumbing was the only one who advised me to call the city due to its location. Sure enough, it was on the cities side and its theyre responsibility to fix it.Instead of trying to sell me a job, Joe at Plumb-pal saved me thousands!! He was excellent at answering all my questions and also gave me a quote for the job if the city said no. His quote was far more reasonable then any of the other plumbing companies that came out. While I ended up not needing his services, I feel his honesty and fair pricing really sets him aside from other companies and deserves a good review.

    Joe is amazing. I called with a non emergency on Friday and he was at my house Monday morning. Knowing the money pit we recently purchased I suspected the fix would not be an easy one. Of course he knew what to do, but the mess under our house required a little more time and effort and Joe just breezed on thru it.     We called Plumb Pal when our sink was stopped up and making the house smell. Not only did he fix the sink with the issues, he also diagnosed another issue that would likely occur soon, based on what hed seen. He showed us what he was referring to, to make sure we didnt think he was pulling an auto mechanic and diagnosing phantom problems. We wouldve been just as satisfied if he hadnt shown us, but it was nice that he did. On top of all that, his price was lower than we were ready to pay.If you need plumbing services, I suggest you call Joe.

    I will ONLY work with Plumb-Pal going forwardā€¦they have twice saved me from being completely scammed by other companies in the Jacksonville area. Advice to all home owners - stay away from the larger companies in Jax; theyā€™ve clearly learned their customers donā€™t ask questions and that they can get away with robbery. Joe/Plumb-Pal seems to be the only plumbing company in the area that operates with integrity.

    Joe was wonderful!! I live in Atlanta and needed to get some plumbing help for my elderly mother-in-law. He was responsive to my call/texts and showed up on time. He was able to determine where the leak in her half-bath was coming from and fixed the problem. He also checked her main bathroom for issues because my mother-in-law thought there was an issue with that toilet. However, Joe said he couldnt find anything leaking, and it seemed to be working properly. Honest guy!! We couldnt be happier and will be calling him again in the future.

    Joe is great and would highly recommend! I had an issue with our main sewer line. Initially I had a big box company come out to assist, but after charging me an arm and a leg, they cleaned the line but didnā€™t fix the problem. I called Joe and he was highly responsive.     Man, what a lifesaver Joe was! Broke my spigot with water spraying continuously, but Joe was very knowledgeable and knocked out the problem in an hour. Maybe less. He was extremely efficient! I couldnā€™t believe how fast he replaced the spigot along with some of the piping from behind the wall (because it was a very old-fashioned one-piece copper variety).He even had time to replace the water valve for my house which was so calcified I couldnā€™t close it all the way. Super nice of him!And last, after all this excellent work, I expected to be gauged with the price a little bit. I was bracing myself for $500-$600+. But Joeā€™s service was EXTREMELY fair and affordable. So much so that I ended up giving him an extra $60 just because of the pleasure it was to have him help me out! Lifesaver for real. Thanks Joe!

    Joe did an awesome job installing a new water heater for us. We had a very challenging installation with an old, huge solar water heater that was leaking and was upstairs. Joe carefully diagnosed the issue and even crawled around my attic tracing pipes from the old solar install. We decided to install a new water heater so Joe got help to come lug my insanely huge old water from the second floor out of the house and managed to professionally install the new water heater very fast.     This morning I had a toilet problem that I could not solve myself. I called Plumb-Pal. I know itā€™s always a problem to get someone at your home or business immediately.
