    So I’m not sure if I can explain how impressed I am with what Midcity did for us today honestly. I don’t normally do reviews on home service contractors elec plumbing etc…I’m way more into food reviews however when a company provides a service at our home that exceeds any dining experience I can’t help but let other people know how good they were. I don’t even know them from Adam so it’s even more impressive to me what they did. Our hot water heater decided to end its career without notice and if you’ve ever been in that situation it’s not great. Anyway when I called they said they would call me back and see if they could come out later that day. Well not only did they come out that day they took care of everything while I was at work and we had hot water the same day. If you’re in a pinch like we were Midcity is definitely worth reaching out to. Can’t say enough good things about them. THANK YOU Midcity!!

    I am so happy with the finished work. My drains are running perfectly. I had called 2 other plumbers and made it clear it was a pedestal sink in my bathroom. They both said they could do it. They got to my condo and said no, I had to have the sink removed. Midcity asked me to send a picture, then said yes they could do it, AND actually did it. They also left my place spotless. There are 42 other units in the building and I plan to tell them all to use Midcity Plumbing.

    We have been using MidCity Plumbing for the last 20 years. Their pricing is in line with other plumbing companies and there is know plumbing company that can beat their professionalism , experience and knowledge.I have actually saved money by using Mid City because in the beginning of our homeownership other plumbing companies would tell me that I needed more work only to have Mid City come out and give me the truth about my plumbing problems !This a family owned business and if you have questions the owner Mario will actually call you back to work with you through your plumbing issues.All their plumbers that have come out to my home have been outstanding and knowledgeable.Andy and Daniel just finished installing a toilet at our home and they were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Andy has been at our home before and has always done a great job . As a matter of fact because he is so good I sometimes want to ask if they could send him to do the work on my home.We have an older home in the city so sometimes it takes a little more effort to make things work but Andy and Daniel took their time and explained and showed me the work every step of the way !Thank you Andy and Daniel !!I have recommended Mid City to all my family and friends for their plumbing needs .Make Mid City plumbing your plumbing expert

    Midcity has helped me out so many times, and this last plumbing fix was fantastic, as usual! Came same day, work done quickly and perfectly. They even squeezed in a shutoff value replacement while they were here. So happy with their service.

    I would highly recommend Midcity Plumbing. My toilet was making a noise and I couldnt figure out why. They first tried to give suggestions on the phone in order to save me from having to pay the service fee. When that didnt work, the technicians came out and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it. A simple fill valve part, who knew! They even went above and beyond to diagnose a different problem I had with my water meter clicking and made suggestions on how to contact the village. This is the service and care you would want from a company. A++

    Super impressed with Midcity Plumbing! My toilet was leaking all over the place, just one day before we left for vacation. I called a handful of plumbing companies and not only was Midcity the only ones who answered, they were here within 15min! Billy was super professional and clearly an expert.     100% would recommend Mario and his team.Context - My sewer pipe broke, causing sewage backup in our basement. He came ASAP and got the sewage to drain by rodding it. Then, he and his team promptly excavated the area with the broken pipe and replaced everything. Mario explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He sets the standard for what professional service looks like.

    Mid-City plumbing answers calls promptly and is quick to schedule appointments. Bravo on that. Service technician was very knowledgeableHe installed a new sump pump which was a job beyond my skill set. Took him 45 minutes and the result turned out great. Got charged $525. Seems high.

    Midcity is very responsive, reliable and they do great work. Everytime I have contacted them by phone or email theyve responded to me within minutes and service appointment was within 24-48 hours. Ive called them to look at & repair leaks and theyve also installed a dishwasher. The individuals who came out were very honest and professional. I definitely recommend this business.

    Long story short. Called Mid city early in the morning. I needed them to respond to my home at 3:00pm to fix my septic pump.They were on time, professional and was good value. There was nothing wrong with the unit. Just alot of garbage attached to the pump that was leading into the street. Workers cleaned it up, put it back safely and made sure it was in working condition before leaving. I couldnt be more happy with the service. Will definitely call them again for any other plumbing problems should something happen in the future

    Always have great service at a great price. I was quoted over $700.00 to replace the wax ring and re-seal my toilet from ABC Plumbing. Crazy! Just had it done for $195.00 from Mid-City. These guys are not here to rip people off which is why they have such a good reputation.

    Convenience. Comfort. Even a luxury. One of lifes necessities that we dont think about. Our plumbing is built in to our lives in this day and age. Integral.Without it no hot water. No relief from flood waters. Storm drainage. I cant imagine no running water. No choice of hot and cold water in my home. The comfort of not making a trip outside to the little shack with the crescent moonon the door. Finding someone who will be honest and up front about costs, estimates, repairs, replacements is also a necessity. My 🏢 uses Midcityfor that reason. Honest fair prices. Reliable workmanship. They take care of it all. Repair it all. Nothing hidden.None of that charge from when we leave boloney. I dealt with Joe M.A gentleman. Professional. Very neat.Cleaned up when done. Organized, thoughtful. Gave thorough explanations of options. Explained differences. I needed faucet replaced, fixed a leak, explained what needed to be done forshower replacement. Not cheap. Reasonable prices. No denigration of what fixtures you have in favor of that which is trendy and overpriced. Theyare about preservation, restoration,improvement of function, performance.Your choice of aesthetics, quality.Courteous, respectful, helpful office staff. Professional plumbers, certified.A family business. Old school great customer service. No problems afterward. I have been very satisfied with Midcity Plumbing.Highly Recommended.

    Had injector pump replaced a few months ago. Very happy with the work and time to work on the job. I called them in the morning and pump replacement was complete before lunch. They also did a good job of cleaning up project area.

    I called MidCity to unclog the floor drain in my basement. Last year it was done by a different company. What a mistake as the technician seemed to be in a hurry and said he couldnt go all the way through to the village pipe. MidCity was able to and left me with peace of mind. I only regret not calling them last year.
