Was able to answer any questions that we had, which in turn provided a very smooth and hassle free installation of a new boiler. I would highly recommend ARS for all your boiler and heating needs!!!

    Scott and Louie did a wonderful job!!! They kept me in the loop about how the job was going. I now have hot and cold water in the kitchen faucet ( which I hadnā€™t had for a year now). They were both kind and respectful.

    Initially I was very pleased with the service, the demeanor of the technician and his thoroughness of telling me what heā€™d done and what he found that needed attention which was a flame sensor. My furnace is still under warranty so I called the company that installed the furnace. A technician came out two days later removed the sensor and showed it to me. The sensor had not been cleaned which produced a false reading but saved me several hundred dollars. Once the sensor was cleaned this produced a reading well into the normal range. ARS is a good company and Iā€™ve used them before with no complaints. I choose to believe this was an oversight or a missed step in the cleaning process.

    Clay was great and fixed our water heater same day. We have used ARS since we moved into our home in 2017. We worked with them when we needed a new ac/furnace as well. We will continue to work with them as they have proved to be reliable and fair.

    We were very grateful that the guys came earlier to accommodate our busy work schedules. The copper pipes look beautiful. My only concern is that one of the guys expressed his concern the the pump that was installed is too small. Our house has never been as warm as it used to be with the oil boiler that we had when we originally bought the house. He seemed to think that this is because of the size of the pump. Im wondering why a bigger pump was not installed.

    Great company from sales to installation. Blair DAngelo is a great sales adviser. He is genuine and knowledgeable. He recommended a combination of Carrier Infinity furnace and Performance AC system to us which is the best fit for our home for a fair price. He answered every question I have with prompt text back. I got two furnace and two AC with humidifiers, UV lights, air filters, thermostats installed today. The crew did a fantastic job, clean up is spotless. The company will register the products with Carrier for us and offered 5 year labor warranty. Carrier will offer 10 year parts warranty. I highly recommend ARS.

    Quality of service was excellent! Very efficient. They guys did a very nice job! It wasnā€™t a big deal to me, however, I had to re-install all my drop ceiling panels that were removed to replace pipe. Again, very pleased with service.

    Everyone I interacted with was phenomenal and went above and beyond. Christopher W was the sales representative who went to my home for the estimate, he listened to all my concerns and educated me on the equipment. He was patient with all my questions and was able to match a competitors price! Diego and Brandon were the technicians who went to my home to install the new HVAC system, they were respectful and quick! They walked me through the process, they set up their materials and cleaned everything up! It probably took them 4-5 hours total and my home was spotless when they left! After installation was complete, Diego showed me how to install the Nest App on my phone and explained the device to me. Diego also made sure I was satisfied with the new system and made sure I saw the furnace and AC before he left and asked if I had any questions. Thank you everyone from ARS for your help! Highly recommend this company.

    We have used ARS for many years and have always been satisfied with their performance. My only issue this time was that they didnā€™t arrive on time and they didnā€™t call until a half hour after the scheduled time and said they were running late and couldnā€™t arrive for at least another hour. I understand running late but felt that they should have called earlier.

    What an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish.. As anxiety inducing as I thought it was going to be it was not at all.. The worst part of the entire experience was that our AC unit went out to begin with.. Literally within seconds of filling out the online form somebody called me to assure me that they would take good care of me and Id be in good hands if I decided to use them..I set up a consultation with their comfort care expert Blair who made me feel like we were friends upon arriving here..Blair went over what my option would be made some suggestions as well as making it perfectly clear that every decision I made was entirely up to me..I picked the package,, applied for financing and set up an installation date all which went as smooth as butter..At around 8:00 a.m. on the day of installation somebody called me and told me when they would be here.. They were actually here two minutes before they said they would be..A young man named Klaus came in I showed him where everything was.. Klaus said they were more people coming but he did not wait for them he immediately went to work..I asked Klaus about how long he thought it would take?? He said he could only guess and was accurate within about 35 minutes of what he said..Everything went very smoothly.. Our house was hot,, 87Ā° by the time they were done..They were viewed the entire installation with me and ask me if I had any questions.. As soon as they were sure that I was comfortable with what they had done they were then on their way..The new AC unit ran continuously for about 4 hours before I panicked and called them back thinking something was wrong..The customer service rep that answered the phone assured me I had nothing to worry about and scheduled somebody to come out already the very next day..By 3:00 a.m. the house should cool to the desire temperature and the air conditioner was cycling normally.. I felt embarrassed that I had called them..Nonetheless a technician came out checked to make sure everything was okay asked if I had any other questions or concerns and did not leave until he was sure that I didnt..I told him that I felt embarrassed,, a young man named Ephraim,, he said dont be ridiculous it was a very expensive job and they wanted to make sure that I had no unanswered questions and that I was absolutely 100% satisfied with what they had done..I am serious I feel like this was very much money well spent!!I talked to a couple other places that I thought may have been a little cheaper.. I dont know how the service could have been better than what Ive experienced with ARS..I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anybody I know love or care about..I cannot even put into words exactly how I feel about the job they did..     Had a backed up main sewer line one tech came in and looked over the job he had to perform explained it to in detail which impressed me very much also checked other parts of the house that had drains we also spoke of water pressure and other plumbing issues he was very knowledgeable, the second tech came with a camera to check the sewer line, had some issues he explained and als was very knowledgeable and gave me options to upgrade my old clay pipes, both gentlemen had great personalitys and i felt comfortable having them in my home , I will definitely use them again and recommend the companys service to family and friends

    When it comes to plumbing, ARS Rescue Rooter has never steered me in the wrong direction. Both Clay and Dean have helped me out with plumbing issues on my property.     Dean came and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and quoted us the cost of the repair. He was able to fix the problem right away and did so efficiently! He cleaned up after himself and did a great job with the repair. Everything was in working order. I cant comment on the cost vs other places, but since we needed this repaired within specific timeframe, it worked best for us. What I liked best was the weekend availability without the weekend/after hour charges that some companies add on.

    My plumber, Daniel, did an amazing job in replacing a toilet, as well as repairing a shower fixture. He even made additional trips to get the correct parts in order to get the job done within 1 day. And I could not be happier with the service that I have received.     My technician today was Lenny. He came in and promptly looked at the leak in my pipe. I had a lot of green build up on most of my pipes. He said itā€™s very common for the areas water. He suggested a water flow machine to help with the scaling. He fixed the pipe and installed the new system in a very short time and was very professional. A+++ service. Thank you

    Iā€™m going to preface by saying that we are first time home owners who moved in not even a month ago. We were told on inspection our furnace needed a good cleaning so when we received the $49 coupon for the cooling or heating system tune up we knew we had to take advantage of it. Scheduling was so quick and easy and the communication from that point on was nothing short of excellent. Our technician, Quintrell, was amazing! Iā€™m 26 and not afraid to admit Iā€™m clueless about so many things when it comes to running a home. Quintrell offered us guidance on the upkeep of a furnace, what to look out for, and allowed us to watch over his shoulder - explaining the parts, the issues, what he was doing, and what heā€™d recommend every step of the way. We so appreciate his knowledge, patience, and friendliness.

    The plumber knew what he was doing, very efficient, very friendly, answered questions. The only criticism was the price for replacing the disposal and a piece of PVC for the dishwasher was kind of high. I wasnt in any position to question the price if I wanted the work done. But the work itself was more than adequate.

    Earlier I had RYAN (ARS) COME to my house, and clean and service my furnace. And he also changed the AIR FILTER..I didnt have a water filter for the Humidifier, so I finally got one, BUT Noone to change it for me.So I called back to ARS , and talked to ROSE about the filter.She talked to the CHIEF, and he told her to getter done...So JACOB came out this morning, and installed the filter (Free of charge).Whew ! Last week, their technician found out there is a crack in my furnace heat exchanger that other company technical staff ignored. This saves the lives of me as well as my whole family.     Dan Kowalewski did the great job for my water heater. It was leaking because of the valve which was worn off. Actually he could just replace with a new valve then thatā€™s it. But he did extra work to check air pressure of balloon which attached to water heater and water pressure in my house then filled up gas in the balloon to sync to water pressure. Just to ensure it wouldnā€™t cause issue in the future. To me that was a lot of work! I have never seen any plumber done it before. I want to say out loud ā€˜Big Thanksā€™

    The ARS technicians are always professional and never pushy on replacing things that may eventually need updating. Though, the last couple of visits they arrived after the time window initially given or have had to reschedule. Thankfully, I have a flexible schedule and itā€™s not that big of a deal. I know how frustrating it can be to have to wait around all day. I havenā€™t had many major issues with my HVAC system and I truly believe it is because I have both the furnace and AC tuned up every year. Theyā€™re a good, trustworthy company and they always clean up after themselves.

He recommended two additions to the system, but they were too expensive: $450.00 for each. I would have liked to do one, but the price was prohibitive.     Although this experience was slightly stressful, the mechanics that came out each day were super great!Had a new AC unit and furnace installed on Monday. After a long day of install, the test at the end of the day was not successful. Two days of troubleshooting later and AC and furnace are up and running.Issues were not due to bad install, but bad parts and freak incidents of oil pooling in places it shouldnt. It was a supervisor that came out the second morning to troubleshoot, then a maintenance tech came in the afternoon with replacement parts and unfortunately found another new issue when we went to test the AC at the end of the day. That same supervisor came out on the third day to personally complete the reinstall of the AC unit and resolve the new issues found. Both him and the tech did their due diligence through every step, and I greatly appreciated that they took their time vs rushing through the job.

    I was in desperate need of a technician my furnace was not coming on and it was a -10 degrees. My warranty company was no good and I was calling around and remembered ARS I first chatted with Billie who then transferred me to a young lady canā€™t remember her name but she was truly compassionate she put me on their emergency list because the next available appointment wasnā€™t until the next day (Monday) from 8-12pm I was stressed my hm temp was 55 and my pipes were going to freeze when ARS called me back 15min later and said tech would be out between 2-6pm great! But to give extra credit their tech arrived around 1:15pm got my heat rolling dispite telling me my furnace was 18years old and probably needed replacing.     They did an amazing job! I had them come out because everything was draining extremely slow. The plumber ran a camera through our main line and found it was full of roots. He showed me the live camera footage so there was no question or doubt.     The A/C technician Ephrain arrived and was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. He checked out both the upstairs and downstairs units and confirmed that they were working correctly. He even shared some of the diagnostic information proving that the units were fine. He did the proper up-selling of some additional ARS products and services -- as he should have. He was also very cool about my refusing the offers. There was a minor technical snafu with his Samsung tablet when trying to process my payment but this was not his fault - he tried it again and it finally worked. He gave an estimate to fix (rebuilt shower faucets) both showers which I thought was a little more than I had expected. However due to the fact that he is a fully licensed plumber with over 20 years experience, the work came with a 1 year guarantee including the parts he ordered, I accepted his bid. Scott did an exceptional job and we are fully satisfied with his work. He didnā€™t make any mess and worked clean which I really liked. I would not hesitate to contact ARS for any home repairs I need. Iā€™m sure all the techs are great but Iā€™ll ask for Scott of course as heā€™s the best. Taking a shower with full water pressure feels great! Exceptional service from exceptional licensed technicians!

    Antoine from ARS came out to check on the furnace for our annual checkup. Heā€™s very Professional and friendly! He took time to explain how some of the different parts of the furnace and humidifier worked and was really good!

    This is the first time Iā€™ve used ARS to look at my furnace. I usually just use them for plumbing services. The tech came out and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He let me know the issues that could possibly happen as my furnace is old and even set up my free estimate for me. Iā€™m glad they called to see if Iā€™d be interested in a furnace checkup.
