    I had an issue with my water heater and needed help fast. Mark from Top Heating and Cooling was amazing! He came out the same day, and rather than jumping straight to a replacement, he actually tried to fix it first, which I really appreciated. Mark was super cool, honest, and professional. In the end, we did need a new water heater, but his prices were very reasonable. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working perfectly. I would definitely call Mark before anyone else—great service and a trustworthy guy. Highly recommended!

    We recently moved into a new home where the furnace is having some issues turning on and off frequently. Top heating and cooling was able to send someone pretty quickly. Maxim checked carefully diagnosed the issue and found that we needed to replace our very old thermostat. He also helped us look into options for replacing the entire furnace because it’s very old.I appreciated that he explained options logically and didn’t pressure us to immediately replace the furnace.We rescheduled for a second appointment to replace the thermostat. They came out even during the middle of a storm to complete the work. Because our power went out due to the storm, they came back a third time to make sure the new thermostat was working properly.I would recommend Top Heating and cooling to anyone looking for through, careful, and honest work 👍🏽

    Mark came on a holiday to help me replace the 18 year old water heater which was leaking. He replaced the gas tank water heater quickly and also added all the safety features that were missing from the original water heater. He left the place cleaned and with hot water running! Best price + best service!

    Mark came at scheduled time to repair my furnace since the thermostat had no display. The same problem happened last year and was fixed by another company. Mark identified and fixed problem quickly. Mark charged 25% less than the previous company with the same part replaced. Mark found my furnace has no fuse designed. He installed a fuse to minimize the possibility of the same part failure, which is beyond his duty and my expectation. Mark is very knowledgeable and is willing to help customers, to help answer my questions about replacing my current 20 year+ range with a new one with 4-wire 240v electric requirement, he opened my range cover and electric panel in garage to verify the current setup and let me know what needs to be done. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Mark to you. I will not be hesitated to contact Mark if I have any appliance problem.

    My old water heater was leaking and Mark came in very timely even without the need of any initial on site estimate. Mark replaced the water heater and leave everything clean and tidy. He even added a drip pan, earthquake strap and expansion tank. Great service and unbeatable price.     Our furnace stopped working at Sunday night. I submitted a request and got a response right away. Mark showed up at Monday 1PM, diagnosed furnace issues within 20 minutes, drove all the way to Kirkland to buy a specific blower motor, came back and got it installed by 4PM. Our furnace went back to work in less than 24 hours. Mark got things done like a magician and charged fair price. Highly recommend.

    Top heating and cooling is great. Mark is very knowledgable about heat pump and he is a very honest person. It’s really hard to find a contractor like him these days when all others try to overcharge people. First of all, they are quick to come and arrive early. After careful diagnosis, the noise actually came from the vent grille and not the HVAC itself. Mark also explained to me how my heat pump works. Since my hvac has no problems, Mark told me he is not going to charge me anything, not even a trip fee! So now I have a peace of mind on my hvac and know that if my hvac has problems in the future I will for sure know who to call! I highly recommend Top Heating!!

    Very pleased when I called Top Heating and Cooling and they said they could check the furnace within just a couple of hours. Mark called when he was on his way to let us know he was a little late (considerate) - and he arrived prepared to work but thankfully it had only been shut down and needed a restart.He restarted it, checked the filter, and made sure everything was working OK - free of charge since nothing was wrong!A big thanks and recommendation from us!

    My AC unit broke down and some other company told me I need a full replacement of the system. I was little skeptical so I requested TOP heating and cooling company to take a look. They scheduled the inspection in just 2 hours and came and find the root cause and next day show up and with right parts and fixed the unit. Now whole system running as a charm. I am really happy with their prompt and great service.

    Mark came exactly at the time we scheduled and did professional inspection for our AC. He quickly narrow down the problem to be lack of Freon and capacitor damaged. He helped replaced the item and fill Freon for me. It worked perfectly after he has done the job.The whole process took less than 30min.

    Maxim was the best - he came to fix the dushwasher and explained what has happened and alternatives for fixing. He also stepped to fix the ac which oter guy had just turned off without solving the low voltage problem( yes both the big names really fleeced multiple times including the guy who wanted to charge 100s for some stuff available for few 10s).super happy with maxims thorougness, kind of person whom you can depend on.     Responsive and reliable, definitely recommendIt was Sunday night and we found our 25 years old heater was leaking water. Called TOP and they immediately picked up the call and got an appointment for next day morning.     Im so thankful that I contacted Top Heating and Cooling after receiving a ridiculous quote from another company. The first company sent a young man to look at my tankless water heater that was working but beeping and flashing an error code. He didnt do anything but take off the front cover and say I needed a whole new unit at the rate of $6k!Mark came out within a few hours and took the time to pull out the motor to identify any issues and said that it just needed to be flushed, which he did right then. He did not try to upsell me on a new system, but the quote he provided for a new system was more than 1/2 the previous quote!I can not thank Mark enough for his honesty and time!

    I generally dont review on google, but I believe this business deserves more reviews. Transparent and great pricing, which is lacking with other HVAC companies. They dont upsell. Instead, he told us we had an oversized unit. Mark did a great job installing the unit with the correct size, helped us with all our questions, tested everything thoroughly, and completed all the permits for the work. Simply excellent in all aspects!
