Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudys, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, cant possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I have used Rudys for years. Not only as a subcontractor but also on my own home. For everything from rough in to finish. They get the job done right the first time, prices are very fair and their people are friendly. Cant say enough good stuff about them. The only negative is they can be a little hard to nail down but they are worth it. So if they dont return your call the first time give them a couple chances, its worth your time.

After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. I have been dealing with construction for years. He will be the guy I am using for all my plumping projects from now on. Tha ks Jason for for all the good works you have done my friend. Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

I was referred to Rudy’s by the team up at Aquor so that I could have a few hose bibs installed. They did an excellent job on the bibs, the hybrid water heater and a new water line for the fridge. Thanks Curtis!

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they cant come because the part still hasnt come. Its been 3 Weeks now.There is no communication to me on what is going on, and Ive lost all faith that theyre actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they cant come out. I cant say Id recommend their service.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudys Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didnt cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didnt clean well. The pipes didnt drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)
