    We recently had the pleasure of hiring Xenak Painting & Remodeling to replace our outdated shingle siding with beautiful Hardy planks and provide a fresh exterior paint job. After dealing with a couple of disappointing experiences with other companies, we were absolutely thrilled when we found Marta and her exceptional crew.From the moment Marta arrived, it was evident that her company was in a league of its own. While the previous companies sales representatives wasted hours on sales games, Marta efficiently assessed our needs and presented us with a very reasonable bid in just 30 minutes. What truly impressed us was her attention to detail and consideration for the unusual weather conditions this year, which could have affected the project. Marta made it a priority to plan around potential rain, ensuring the work would be completed without any weather-related setbacks.Once the project began, we were astounded by the level of quality exhibited by Martas crew. Their craftsmanship was impeccable, and the transformation of our home was nothing short of remarkable. What set this company apart was Martas personal involvement. She visited our property twice a day to check on the progress and ensure the highest standards were being met. Her dedication to excellence was evident in every aspect of the project.One aspect that truly exceeded our expectations was the attention given to addressing additional concerns. The crew willingly made all the adjustments we requested throughout the process, ensuring that our vision was realized. They also took the initiative to replace all the pieces damaged by termites and treated the internal wood with Boracare, guaranteeing long-term protection against these destructive pests.     I am happy to write a glowing review of Xenak, and Martha the king pin of the operation. We had a 5 figure (large) job- almost the entire interior of a large house. Martha was 1) responsive, getting things done fast, 2) careful with our money, saving where she could but spending on important materials that would make a big difference, 3) head of paint crews that were careful, clean, polite and on-time, 4) responsible- from our security cameras we could see her there before dawn often with a clipboard. Not a flaw would get by her. And finally, we got 3 bids for this large job. Martha was *low* bid -extremely price competitive. If painters had numbers, like baseball players, wed retire Marthas.

    SO IN LOVE WITH OUR WALLS!! Xenak Painting did such a BEAUTIFUL job and made our old home look like new! Martha is my FAVORITE person as she is the sweetest, is so motherly, yet knows how to command a room and take charge for us to get the best job done flawlessly!!We went through a week of meet and greet/walkthroughs with painting companies to get quotes. I didnt want to make any hasty decisions since we are the ones that will be living with our surroundings day-to-day. I probably had about 20 swatches in every room of the house trying to pick out the perfect shade of white.We had such a range of people from super cheap and shady trying to get me to switch my paint color so we could use a paint color he already had? One guy come in no niceties looked at the walls of swatches and told me to just pick one that they were all about the same anyway. Then we had MARTHA! Martha came in and even though she was quick and efficient in her walk through, took the time to connect with me and really take in the interior of our home. She complimented us on what a beautiful home we already had, even took the time to see our backyard and appreciate our tree, which were all the elements I fell in love with when we bought the house as well. When she saw all of my swatches and heard my explanation of how much this was a big decision for me, she just nodded and said Good, this is *your* home, you must love the color. That was the moment I knew MARTHA WAS THE ONE!Through the entire process, Martha was incredibly responsive, timely, and kind. She even took the time to educate us on the different paint finishes, which Im so glad she did since I was going to go with Eggshell initially, but Velvet was her recommendation and it was perfect for all the main interior walls as it wasnt too shiny. Even with us ending up with a custom paint color (50% Swiss Coffee) Martha was never phased. We kept her up to date on our other renovations happening for her team to come in at the right time. We had plumbing done the week before and they cut so many holes to redo piping I was worried we would end up with patchy walls. When Marthas team was done with drywall and paint, everything looked like new and I wouldnt be able to guess we ever had holes there before! Her team truly exceeded our already high expectations and did a beautiful, clean job and we could not be happier.We will definitely be using Xenak Painting again for all our painting and drywall needs in the future!

    Martha and her team are whom you can truly trust not only with the quality of the paint job, but also the communication, efficiency and most importantly, the customer service before, during and after the job.The experience from initial consultation for a quote to job completion was very smooth and fast with very clear communication and expectation through text and phone call with Martha.We needed the walls and ceiling of our 2-car garage repainted and we had a lot of small and large blemishes with the drywall that needed to be patched up.Martha reviewed the condition in person and provided a highly competitive and reasonable quote. We decided to move forward and the job took only 2 days to complete. Our painter was very professional, punctual and did an awesome job.In addition to the awesome paint job, what truly set Martha and her team apart was how they truly put their clients first, and the trust you can have with them.After the paint job was completed, I noticed we no longer had hot water and I wasnt sure if it was because the water heater setting in the garage was changed by accident during the paint job.I contacted Martha about this and she responded immediately trying to learn more. I was upfront that I wasnt sure what happened and thought it might be related to the paint job since thats where the water heater is located.Martha in no way was defensive even when this could also be a coincidence, and she just focused on helping us resolve the problem. She immediately provided me an electricians contact info and offered to cover the cost. I did more inspection on my own first and it turned out the pilot light was out which I was able to reignite easily with no issue and didnt need an electrician.How Martha handled this situation truly shows she and her team are whom you can fully trust and depend on!Thank you Martha & team!

    I recently moved and needed my whole new place painted. I got a few estimates and had a few people come out, but nothing compared to the way Martha conducted herself, starting from the very beginning with the way she looked around my home with concern about getting the job done right and attending to detail. She is a genuine and good person, compassionate and ethical, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. It was a pleasure to have her in my home, and it gave me peace of mind knowing she was in charge. She is really an advocate for her customers, and a very special woman and leader. She strived to be fair and save me money. She was super flexible with the timing of things and patient as I added things on, including having 2 old bathroom vanities removed, and having 2 new ones installed, and having several closets ripped out. All the work was done very well. The painting was fantastic, and the drywall work and the bathroom vanity installations were great. Marthas employees worked extremely hard and fast and were knowledgeable. I really appreciate Martha for helping make my place more of a home and helping so many people have good experiences with upgrading the places they live. You can trust Martha with your home for sure.

    Id like to start with saying that Martha and her team of painters did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my house. Martha came over to the house and we walked around and I told her what I wanted done besides painting entirely new colors. I asked a few suggestions based on her expertise and she had some good ones. Once I was ready, I gave her a call on a Thursday, they started right away on a Monday. The Xenak painters were very professional and I spoke to them and they listened. Very courteous. Martha is a joy to work with. She was always updating me. This is what they did. Day 1 - Power wash the entire house. Day 2 - they started taping up the windows, flooring all around outside of the house, my driveway, all backyard tables chairs were covered, my built-in BBQ grill was covered and including my pool and jacuzzi were covered with plastic. Day 3- they started repairing cracks on the wall and replacing damage wood, then they did prime painting the stucco, woodworks, trims, ceiling and front balcony. Day 4 & 5 - actual painting which they did 2 coats. Day 6 - touch ups and clean up which they did a fantastic job and returned everything to its place. Btw they also cleaned up really well at the end of each day. So to sum it all up, our house looks brand new and great. We we have gotten a lot of compliments from our surrounding neighbors. We are very happy to have chosen Xenak painting with Martha and her team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional painters. I would had hire them again for my next project. House painting was done from 10/19/20 to 10/24/10.

    Our home had a slab leak and destroyed the entire bottom floor with water damage. We had a lot of drywall that needed to be patched and we decided to paint the entire house since we already had to do the first floor. Xenak painting did an amazing job on the drywall and the paint. Ask for Peter— he did a great job at not only painting but took a lot of care in keeping our house clean. His attention to detail was great! Martha runs the company and is very responsive and easy to work with

    It had been ten years since we had moved into our home. We wanted the place repainted and so called Xenak Painting because of the high reviews on Yelp.From our own experience, this place lived up to its reviews. Martha came over twice to walk me through what I should and should not paint. Both times were very useful discussions when we tried to figure out together. For example, how many doors I should have painted...accounting for several factors such as cost per door and the need for the doors to match and the condition of each door. Even though the total cost should have been higher when you added up every part I wanted painted, she quoted me a price several hundred dollars lower.When the painters came, I had some special requests about how to move certain furniture and what needed to be painted. For example, I needed one of the legs painted for the kitchen’s island. I only needed to explain once, and the painters took care of it. In fact, when they did the painting, they actually did all three legs of the island to assure they matched and painted the boards under each stair at no extra cost. Martha also came over several times to ensure everything was on schedule.They did a fantastic job. Thank you to Martha and Xenak Painting.

    Were very pleased with our experience working with Xenak painting. Marta was very responsive and pleasant to work with. She is very meticulous, and came by during the painting to oversee the work and make sure everything looked good. The end result was beautiful and we are very happy with the work.     Martha and her team are everything you could ask for. Competitive pricing and quality painters, but really for me its the customer service by Martha that stood out. I spoke with her at night and she arrived the next morning to do a quote. I booked her team that night and they started work the next morning. She came and checked in while they were on-site, called me after they left each day, and then came by again after they were finished to make sure I was happy. All completely working around my schedule. During a stressful move, this was one (big) less thing to worry about. I definitely recommend them!

    Having contracted Xenak to paint the interior of our house was a very satisfactory experience for us. Not only the price quoted by Martha was competitive, her coordination with her painters was excellent and her tremendous efforts provided to make sure a high standard of quality work maintained.     This company is great! Employees are professional and courteous and very responsive. We bought a new house and it was pretty much trashed on the inside (peeling paint, stains on the ceilings, dark marks on walls, etc.). Our consultant said they could make it look brand new, and they absolutely did! We will definitely use them again when its time to paint the exterior of our house. If you want your house to look amazing, call Xenak!

    We have been using XENAK Painting for years. They have been absolutely incredible Very professional. Very efficient. Always call you back in a timely manner as well. They do a lot more than just paint as well. If you have a project coming up I would highly recommend you give them a call. We did and have been using them for 5+ years

    Martha is awesome to work with!!! I was coordinating interior door replacement, painting, and floor refinishing to our home in Laguna Beach all while out of the area. Martha went above and beyond to help me. She stopped by the house often and provided me with photos of her work as well as the others. She kind of acted as my general contractor and really appreciated the attention to detail she and her painter had. Additionally, they were very respectful in terms of work hours and cleanliness with our neighbors. I wouldnt hesitate to work with Martha and Xenak painting again and also refer them to others. Thank you Martha!!!!
