Easy to reach is probably number one here. Both Jameson and Jeremy were always available and spent plenty of time on the phone with any questions, clarifications and concerns. Working with Revive for the first time was a learning process and I know better now how to manage the next project with them, which I’m looking forward to. My biggest items to adjust for the future would be more written clarity on my side and more personal project check ins onsite by Jeremy (or whichever project manager) to stay on top of completed projects for quality assurance and/or any change order inspections. What I think I like best is my relationship to the Revive team. Feels like friendships were built here and looking forward to many more projects in the future together.

My husband and I were house hunting for a good deal when we finally found our dream home but the issue was the house was not in livable condition! We also didnt have the cash for the reno and definitely not the time with a newborn at home but using Revives service, we were able to buy our home cash and renovate it to exactly what we love with very little work on our end. First we got to speak to Jon Salas who guided us through our options at Revive and what would best fit our needs and budget. He was so easy to talk to and very informative. Rebecca was our head designer and she is everything I dreamed of! She was so talented and created something we love to our taste and style while being within a budget that we can afford. Claudia was our owners rep and guided us through all the construction to make sure we were sticking to the timeline and on budget. Our before and afters are a work of art! I love our home and I am so happy we can call it ours. Our home would not be possible without Revive!

I heard about Revives services through the recommendation of my realtor (who I cant thank enough).Working with Revive was an absolute pleasure! And their communication throughout the entire home renovation project was pretty excellent.Zac, who oversaw the work, was always available to provide updates and send pictures of the progress made in a heartbeat. Revives service provides an invaluable opportunity for homeowners to make important upgrades to their homes before selling. If I didnt make those upgrades, I wouldve been missing out on $$. Big fan of their team and the mobile app helped with communication.

I recently had a positive experience working with Revive for the first time. I recommended them to a client who had a lovely townhouse to sell but needed some refreshing after years of being a rental. Revive assisted us in dealing with unexpected challenges and issues that arose during the renovation process. we were able to successfully complete it. As a result of the updates, we were able to list the property for $60,000 more than we would have without the renovations. Despite the market cooling off and two other units with the same floor plan being listed at the same time, our unit sold within a week because of the upgrades.
