Was honest about the part to be ordered could be a month or more, unlike the previous technician from another company who strung me along for 2 weeks with no resolve. Then todays technician also looked up part on ebay, which would have been much cheaper, but I declined, but appreciated his search.

Alex and his team were fantastic. They responded quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and got to work the next day. They had other jobs but also managed to find time to also install our mini split. And the project wasn’t easy as we were locating it attached to the second story of our home - not an ideal set up, but it was the only option and Alex’s team made it happen. Good communication, courteous, professional results. I will definitely use Pioneer again.

We had an emergency with our AC unit conking out on a hot Wednesday evening. After reaching out to several air conditioning contractors, Pioneer Air Conditioning was the only one able to come out the same day to investigate the issue—and they did it at no charge!Igor arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the unfortunate reality: our unit was beyond repair. Thankfully, he had a replacement unit in stock and offered to install it the very next day. On Friday, Igor and his crew arrived just after noon and worked tirelessly until about 6 PM to get the new unit installed.The new unit is quieter, more efficient, and is doing an excellent job of keeping our home cool. The professionalism, promptness, and quality of work from Pioneer Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations. We cant recommend this company enough!

Denis was my technician and he was very polite and professional. He was able to find the source of the issue and we scheduled an additional appointment for the fix once parts were located. Igor was absolutely awesome!! Showed up on time, fixed my A/C which wasnt cooling during this heatwave. Told me what I needed to fix and made a recommendation, I did both! The cost was reasonable and my A/C is cranking again!! Highly recommend Igor and Pioneer HVAC to everyone and will definitely be using them moving forward!

Highly recommended! Alex was very responsive and was able to come to our home extremely quickly. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit, got the replacement part, handled the warranty paperwork to get us reimbursed for the part from the manufacturer, and perform the repair. The entire process from reaching out to him on a weekend to having working A/C again was only 3 days. Absolutely fantastic service. Ill definitely be recommending Alex to anyone who asks.

TL;DR: Next-day service delivered on-time; issue resolved in one visit (no parts needed, luckily); friendly and communicative technician; fair price. We would absolutely call Pioneer again.To date, the vast majority of our appliance repair and service needs have been handled under our home warranty service, which is always a roll of the dice and satisfaction for the most part has been bare-minimum at best, so we have not had what I would call a regular appliance service company to rely on -- until now, I would say.We had a fatal error code on our dishwasher (seemingly self-inflicted by running a full size jar with a paper label through a cycle which predictably disintegrated; cleaning out the filter and filter pump did not fix it) which would very likely not be covered if we initiated a warranty service call, so I turned to NextDoor for previous referrals/recommendations. There were 3 providers that came up repeatedly, and Pioneer is the one that seemed to have the most solid backing from other sources (4.8 stars here and on Yelp).I spoke with Aleksandr at the end of the day, and he booked a technician for the very next morning. Sergey arrived on-time, after an automated text message arrived to confirm he was on the way.The error code initially resolved itself when the unit was pulled out from under the counter and came back when it was reinstalled. After some quick investigation, Sergey was able to reproduce the issue at will and ultimately found a fix. He was very courteous and took plenty of time to explain to me what he was seeing throughout the process. We will definitely have Pioneer at the top of our list if we have any other kitchen appliance service or repair needs.

I moved into a new place which already has a washer and dryer. The washer was not working. I wanted to see if it was fixable so I called Pioneer Repair. They came out the very next day! It turns out it’s an older machine and would cost too much to repair.The serviceman (Arthur) was kind enough to take out this shelve, which was in the way of opening the top of the washer. Sergai is a highly knowledgeable techie to help with only recommend what’s needed, doesn’t oversell. Alex takes the quality of work and quality to next level. Finding experts for commercial walkin cooler repair unit is hard in Orange County and glad to they are closer to us. In past we tried multiple companies but something or other kept disappointing about them.

I had originally contacted Pioneer HVAC & Appliance to repair my Viking oven because the thermostat was not working properly. Alexey found out it was the latch that was not latching properly and replaced it. He was fast, efficient, courteous, and charged me a reasonable price. Then, my subzero refrigerator needed a new seal for both the refrigerator and freezer side along with my icemaker not making ice. Again, he immediately ordered the parts and came back to replace the seals and repair the ice maker. He always makes sure everything is working and will come back to repair things if they aren’t working correctly without charging extra. He is trustworthy and always explains what was wrong and how he repaired it. Thank you, Alexey and the team at Pioneer! I highly recommend this company & would call them again.

His claim was that this is a problem with LG dishwashers, the repair would be almost as expensive as our 2 yr old dishwasher, the repair couldnt be warrantied because it might fail soon, so better to buy a new dishwasher. Im glad he didnt try to sell me the repair, but I wish I had known about LGs reputation before I bought the dishwasher.

My Samsung refridgerator needed a panel replaced. I called several companies asking for an estimate since I did not need a diagnosis. A few companies did not work on Samsung. Others told me they would charge me a fee between about $80 and $100 to diagnose a problem that I did not need diagnosed and that fee could go into the cost. I asked for an idea what it would cost. It was really a fairly simple job. Some gave me very high quotes for something that was not complicated. I spoke with Alex at Pioneer. He asked me to send pictures and after sending the pictures, he asked for the part # so he could research it to read how to replace it. He then called me back and told me that their minimum is $180 and that it what it would cost. He scheduled me in for the day after the part was due to arrive at my house. He came on time. He was professional and extremely helpful. The new panel looks great. He even offered to take the old panel and box to throw away so I didnt have to break everything down to fit in my recycling bin. I will definitely use Pioneer again if I need an appliance repair. The company is honest, prefessional, and reasonably priced.

We were given a 3:00pm-5:00pm window, not making us wait all day like my experience with BestBuy last week. In addition, the receipt and invoice were emailed to us almost immediately after the repair was done. Our refrigerator seems to be working just fine 24 hrs after repair. Now the cooktop is working without clicking constantly! He was courteous and knows how to fix appliances, which includes GE Profile & GE Monogram.

Items in my freezer were covered icy snow. The diagnostic service call was only $50 which would be applied to repair costs. The technician pulled the refrigerator away from the wall removed the panel and cleaned completely around the compressor, coils and fan. He removed everhything from the freezer and steamed cleaned the inside. He determined the freezer door gasket needed replacing. He provided an invoice for the total repair costs. This labor was the good quality and value. He asked for me to Zelle $100 for the part (not profesional). He returned 4 days later but the part didnt fit! I received an email request for payment from Pioneer LLC with an invoice including the part cost that I had already provided. I responded correct the invoice and I would pay when the repair was completed. I received only a corrected invoice and no further communication for a week. I asked if the new part was received and when could I expect the repair to be completed. Later that day it was done. The Professionalism, Communication and Business Operations are sadly lacking. The workmanship and extra effort of the technician, Alexey, is what earned the 4 stars.

Dryer wasnt working. They came out fast, fixed it. All good now. A little more than expected in terms of cost, but way cheaper than replacing the dryer

My 12 year old dryer had a burning smell coming from it after I finished a load. I searched and found Pioneer HVAC & Appliance Repair. The technician came 20 min. early (which was a plus), ran a diagnostic, repaired the issue, and was very polite and professional the whole way through. Would highly recommend. I used them a few months ago for a washer repair and called them this week for a dryer repair. They were able to come out the same day I called and ordered the part needed.
