I called to Fuse Appliance Repair, which I am 100% happy about my decision. Technician showed up on time. My washing machine was making terrible loud noise while spinning. He showed me rusted bearings was the main cause of it. Moreover, he explained thoroughly how to run washing machine properly to avoid issues in the future, gave me washer cleaner tablets as a bonus. My laundry is located next to my office room, now I dont hear loud noise 😁

Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to come sooner than scheduled appointment to expedite the repairs. The circuit panel had to be sent out for repairs and was back in 48 hours. Which made me very happy to have my dryer operating in 72 hours. Very pleased with the technician getting to the source of the issue and repaired quickly.

We reached out to Fuse on a Sunday about our washing machine. I was pleasantly shocked that they returned our inquiry promptly that day and setup a time for the next day. On Monday morning they sent us a text when they were on the way, arrived right on time, did the repair and were very professional. They cleaned up and we couldnt have asked for more. Great job!

Allan arrived promptly during the ETA and was professional, courteous, and wore a mask and gloves.He did a complete diagnostic of our washer and what we appreciated the most was how we explained to us the pros and cons of repairing versus buying a new washer all together.He was also patient with us as we deliberated and ultimately we had a 5 star experience.

Worked with the company to repair my dishwasher. This was the second company I used, as the first did not properly diagnose the problem. Eric did a great job; he informed me for the appropriate timeline that was expected because he needed to order a part; was thorough, observed appropriate CoVid protocols and didnt mind my dogs curiosity as he fixed the dishwasher. Great service.

The Fuse team was extremely responsive to my inquiry on Yelp, and sent out a technician same day. Allan was prompt professional, and courteous, and solved both issues I had in my kitchen with skill, speed, and accuracy. I will definitely use Fuse next time I have an appliance issue.

They got a technician the same day I inquired on yelp. Allan came on time and gave appropriate notice that he was on the was. He wore a mask and shoe covers and was very informative and helpful with all my questions.He cleaned up after himself which was really nice too. I would use them again in the future for sure!

Andrey was the tech that came out and serviced my dishwasher. Provided quick service after diagnosing the problem and kept all protective gear on. Very courteous and even showed me the defective piece and what was wrong with the part that needed replacement. The transparency was very appreciated!

The overall service was smooth and responsive. The GE refrigerator light issue was repaired by replacing the main control board. But the oven-top microwave wasnt able to be repaired due to finding of a bigger issue after replaced the door switch, which would cost more than a new one. Fuse refund the microwave part (door switch), but not the labor.I will contact Fuse for future appliance issues.

Had them out the first time and they didnt find a problem because it was intermittent. They came out again and tested everything and fixed it for me. On the second call they just changed so for parts since the labor was covered from my first visit.

I was very satisfied with their service. My fridge suddenly stopped cooling so I needed it fixed ASAP. I was worried nobody would be able to come the same day, but luckily one of their technicians was available. He came shortly after my call and fixed the issue within the hour. Great service for a very reasonable price!

They were professional, safely dressed in covid19 gear, and took care of the issue with my washer in no time. They explained the mechanisms, ways to manage future issues, and provided ideas for keeping other appliances in working condition. More of FUSE!!
