Installed furnace, water heater and AC unit in about 8 hours. Took the old furnace away. Assisted me with the fancy smart thermostat. Everything was perfect.I recently had an urgent matter with a broken pipe. They were able to accommodate me quickly, and repair the pipe within a couple of hours.I am very grateful for the dependable, high quality service, they always deliver.

In the last 2 years during negative degree temperatures are heater has stop working. This time it happened early morning but didnt call until 3pm bc my fiancée can normally get it to work bc they showed us things to try beforehand since the furnace getting up there in age. Jeff was all the way in Hubbard already working on another furnace and couldnt get here until after 7pm which they charged us the day rate not the on-call rate. The year before that there was major blizzard going on and he was the only one I could get here when the weather had wind chill of -30. The whole staff from secretary to repairman are always pleasant and have gone above/beyond to help us in jam. We definitely continue going through them for all our heating issues.
