    We had such a seamless experience with Jason, Mason, and Caleb and could not recommend a company more highly. We had a new heating and AC installed, including almost all new ductwork. This was not your typical HVAC job but, from start to finish, Mason and Caleb work tirelessly to get the job done quickly and expertly. Also, the entire team, from office staff to technicians, communicated with us about how the install was going and Jason made sure that the job was done so we could get the 2024 rebates.     Jason was awesome at answering questions and going through options. Our install tech Tyson was awesome, he walked in to a major project. He worked very hard to get the job done quickly and done right. Keeping us informed throughout the install. The whole team was amazing through the process of a new hvac system and water lines. Would highly recommend them.

    The Plumber, Landon, was very helpful as I had purchased to large of a sump pump. 🤦‍♂️He is very professional and cleaned up the area, left no mess and explained all the features for the pump and alarms. Definitely will use Reliable 1 again!

    The time for visit was 3 pm, but I was happy he came early at 1 pm.Very efficient. I reminded him of water filter needing to be changed and furnace filter already had been changed. He reviewed everything he checked and answered my questions, going back down to turn down the humidifier. Very polite. Weather did not cooperate for outside checks, so due to weather warnings, he asked to schedule outside checks be rescheduled

    Landon was awesome and actually early for his appointment time. He fixed my blower so I don’t have the sound of a train in my house anymore. We had a good chat about the necessity of a new furnace next year and Landon’s going to help get that going. This furnace has been going for 24 years now and Reliable 1 put it in when they were Iowa Falls Heating & Air and I’ve never been let down by them in all those years.

    We had 7 radiators freeze and need replacing. No other business wanted to put radiators back into our house and kept trying to sell us baseboard heat which would have totally removed our 120 year old wood baseboard trim. This was unacceptable, and Reliable 1 came in and gave us several options, one of which was replacing radiators with new radiators in similar style. They listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me the easiest fix that would have ruined the character of the home. Thank you Reliable 1. Highly recommend.

Brad completed his work, left area clean, then took time to explain our concerns and how to fix them. Made sure our Newer furnace and new water heater were 100%. Thank you so much, Brad!!!     Our A/C stopped working Tuesday night and I called Wednesday morning to see if someone could come out to take a look and not only did they schedule us for that morning, but called to see if they could come two hours earlier because they were ahead of schedule - I almost fell out of my chair! No one is ever ahead of schedule! Tyson got it up and running again after some involved troubleshooting including a hornets nest. All was great, then stopped working again last night. So I called and left a message with the answering service to see if someone could come out today and she said she would get the message to them. I got a call at 7:30 this morning to schedule us between 9:30 - 10:00 to get it fixed. Tyson was apologetic even though it was a separate issue that happened after the original repair. Its an old unit and when it rains, it pours sometimes. Regardless, he got everything taken care of and took many extra steps to make sure that nothing else happened. He also informed me that they do have after hours emergency services in case this happens again so that were not waiting. Tyson was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, personable, patient and very kind. Also, Monica, the young lady who worked with us when I called in to make the appointment on Wednesday morning and then called me this morning at 7:30 to make the other appointment was super nice and professional and very sweet. I am going to be referring Reliable1 to everyone I know and I will never go anywhere else. I am so happy and loving my 73 degree house! Thank you so much for everything!

    Reliable1 helped us out of a real jam. Our Mendota fireplace had an annual wellness check by what turned out to be a substandard company, for after the check, our fireplace had myriad issues. And the company essentially dumped us, telling us after the fact that they did not work on Mendotas. SO- long story short, Reliable1 came to the rescue. Literally. They were kind and patient and determined in finding out and resolving what turned out to be a cacophony of missteps taken by previous company. Braden, Lowell and Monica and all others who helped us have our deep gratitude. For our fireplace works again.     David was worth the wait! After waiting almost an hour, I got a call from David. He was super pleasant, very thorough, and very informative. He was great about explaining what he was doing and what common problems were. Before he arrived, he asked a few questions to make sure it was something I couldnt fix on my own and tried to save me the service charge (it wasnt something I could do on my own, an electrical component went bad). He explained his whole process while he worked and even went the extra mile to check a couple other common problems, make sure there was no gas leaking, and he made sure there was no carbon monoxide gas leaking out into the house. I was very pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. Reliable1 will definitely be my go to for all my furnace needs in the future!
