    Carlos was wonderful! I appreciate all the work he did, he was there until about 3:30 in the morning. He hooked our furnace up to his generator so we would have heat. The house was getting really cold. Very considerate, polite, and professional. Our electric box got ripped down in an ice storm. It looks really great now. Very happy with the work.

    Luke showed up on time, looked things over thoroughly, explained everything that needed to be done, and gave us several options to choose from about what was immediately needed and what was optional. He was extremely nice and professional. There was nothing high pressure and he was honest about what could and should be fixed. We have signed up to have Wireone do the work and are very excited to get our older home up to date. We recommend them 100%!

    My fiance and I are not usually available during business hours, so when our light fixture broke, we were worried we wouldnt be able to get an electrician out to fix it. I contacted Wireone last minute when I was unexpectedly available during business hours, and they accommodated me right away! They sent a technician out and he arrived within 30 minutes of the text to let me know that he was on his way.Lane was fantastic. He was helpful, polite, and easy to talk to, in addition to the fact that he did an excellent technical job! He took as much time as he needed to get the job done, and stayed well after business hours to make sure the job was completed. We are so grateful that he came out and helped us! Would definitely hire again.

    Had a service done by Ron today, to be honest I was a little held back by idea of expense after a major remodeling. But in talking with Ron, and thinking about the idea of just getting back to living and moving on I went ahead. I got to talk with Ron while he was working and he took care of the issues I had. He was great and good at conveying information with me. Kudos to WIREONE for sending a professional!. Thank you guys.

    Stan was great and well surely enlist his services again if we ever need. Professional, kind, personable, knowledgeable and experienced. We were a little skeptical, having never used this service, but we were in a bind without power on a holiday weekend. He had us up and running in short order! Just what we needed and everything we hoped for under the circumstances. Were very grateful to and pleased with WireOne and Stan.Response time was about 3.5 hours on a weekend.     Jadyn and Jason came out to my mobile home and went over plans for fixing my electrical problems. We were able to come to an agreement for what needed to be done and they got right to work on the job.These guys were professional, pleasant and hard working. They took an issue that put me out of quite a few amenities, for approximately 5 months, and fixed in nearly 3 hours. I am still feeling relieved and thankful.Their prices for the job, ended up being affordable and they even made a list up of future projects they could help me with.Jadyn and Jason double-checked everything before finishing up and made sure materials were cleaned up.I definitely recommend WireOne and these electricians for any job, big or small.

    Lane and Skittles were the young men who came to install electrical stuff for a gas range.They came in two days, as opposed to the weeks waiting other companies had.     Jadyn did an exemplary job. He was punctual and polite as well as knowledgeable. He is familiar with the city inspectors and seems more than competent in his work and evaluations of my needs. He was even nice to my pets, who in fact run the house.The price is high, but Ive had 3 other electricians come by and talk to me and then bail out. Its worth the extra money to have the work done quickly.I am glad I called WireOne and look forward to finally having a functional basement again.UPDATE: Keith and Jason came by to perform the work in the basement and both were every bit as professional and courteous as Jadyn was. The company seems to keep a staff of experienced and knowledgeable electricians that show up and get right to work. I am extremely satisfied with everyone who showed up. Keith made sure to confirm with me that the work was satisfactory and called me a few times during the day to be certain that I was getting what I wanted.

    This is the second time I have used WireOne services. Lane has been here for both times. Lane is professional and very thorough asking questions to ensure he does the right actions.     Very knowledgeable and patient, diagnosed and fixed the light switch within 2 hours. Their pricing is steep, so be prepared,, an easy fix or basic light switch is gonna run you $500 bucks minimum just to find and replace the light switch!

    Jadyn and Jason were the technicians sent by WireOne. They were professional and friendly, quickly assessing my needs and providing an estimate in minutes. I accepted the estimate and they immediately set to work, running a new 240 volt circuit through the ceiling and walls to power a new room heater. They took great care to make as few holes as possible to accomplish this. In fact, despite a complicated routing, only one needed to be made in a ceiling, which they covered with a unobtrusive white plate. The other openings were able to be made in the back of a closet, also covered with plates and looking highly professional. I am very pleased with the speed and quality of the service.

    Ive had a few things taken care of by WireOne. Probably not the cheapest electrician youll find but they have quick availability (same day in my case...holy cow) and customer service appears to be very important to them. He studied my house and gave me great direction as to what items were more important as for my safety, comfort and quality in my home... first thing that he did just went over different options with me explaining everything and answering all my questions ... went right to work had all the supplies he needed for the jobs... he never assumed anything he always included me on any decision ... very thorough, Knowledgeable, courteous, and respectable of my home...I had to leave the job site for two hours came back everything was installed, cleaned up, and locked up... i’m just so proud of my home because of him and his helper Lane... they read more than a 10 in my book !!!
