Needed some upgrades to one of my rental properties. As there was not a wired fire alarm in the lower level I was expecting to have some drywall repair to run wiring. Instead the electrician called and suggested a different placement which would eliminate the need for further repairs. They were in and out in no time and cleaned up after themselves!
