    I love Wilsons! They are family-owned, which is important to me. They go above and beyond to help a customer troubleshoot before charging for a service call. They are very fast in an emergent situation. I have never had to call them back for the same issue because the problem is always solved the first time. They are also very competitively priced. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

    After Christmas and right before New Years, Wilson’s came out for routine maintenance on my furnace, at which time it was discovered my heat exchanger was cracked. They shut it down immediately and I was able to take an emergency appointment and get my furnace replaced before a cold snap arrived and brought bigger issues with it. Thank you to Wilson’s for making what could have been a much more stressful situation a pleasant experience. The 2 person team that replaced my furnace were professional and friendly, and you could tell they really loved their job.

    Surprisingly affordable for an evaluation. Many years of experience. They came out fast and were able to fix my old boiler without any problem, plus advise me on some other issues of concern. Cost was $105.

    Its Christmas Eve, they came for an after hours emergency cause my circulating pump on my broiler stopped working and was leaking. They arrived at a great time. Very nice. Very quick. Very knowledgeable, got my broiler up and running in about an hour. Couldnt have asked for me. Im SO RELIEVED to have this fixed on Christmas Eve during a blizzard.     Two guys from “Wilson” just came out and replaced a part in my water heater and they also noticed that a new thermocouple that a different company installed was cross threaded and he was able to fix it and repair everything else so quickly. I was very impressed with their politeness and skill in the trade…one guy was only 18 but you would’ve never known because how he carried himself. Awesome job!

    Wilsons plumbing was wonderful with taking care of my water problem. Service Representative, Nick and the office team was amazing to work with. Both demonstrated team work and excellent communication skills to keep me informed of arrival time. Nick was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue with me and the steps needed to solve the problem. I would highly recommend Wilsons to my friends and family for their plumbing and heating services. Extremely satisfied with their service.

    We were having issues with the water softener that came with the house we just bought. Wilsons analyzed our water samples (for free) and came out to our house to try to regenerate the old water softener, which ended up still not doing the trick. It was then recommended we get a new softener, which they came and installed in less than 1.5 hours. They even removed our old softener for us for free. Scheduling was quick and everyone who works there is super professional and helpful. I recommend them 100%. Cant wait to finally wash the orange out of my tub for the last time.

    Furnace stopped working at 4pm on a Saturday (in January) , called Wilsons and they were friendly when they answered. They made it to my house an hour later, super impressed.They figured out the issue and actually had the part for my 30 year old furnace. Wasnt cheap but... Saturday....I will definitely be referring them to my friends and will use them again (although I hope I dont have to).

    Review #2 - January 2020:We woke up Christmas morning in the cold...our furnace was clearly not working! We fully expected to simply leave a voicemail when we called Wilsons, so were very pleasantly surprised when our call was patched directly over to Nancy Wilson, at home. We were surprised even further when she let us know that Jared was on call and would come by soon. Jared did come over and after a thorough inspection, found that the furnace was unable to be repaired and had to be replaced. Still, he left us with a space heater and ordered a new furnace right away. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one was completed 48 hours later, by Raymond and Matthew. Like Jared, they were pleasant, prompt and professional - obviously a hallmark of Wilsons customer service motto. Further, Wilsons made us aware and applied for a refund on our warranty from the original (broken) furnace, as well as applying for a rebate on our behalf from Consumers Energy, for our new, high efficiency. This is a lot of detail to explain - again - that we rely solely on Wilsons for our all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, and their customer service and end results have never let us down!We have always relied on Wilsons for prompt and professional service, and our most recent experience with them is just one more reason to do so. We had a broken part on our backroom/stand-alone furnace, so we took it in to them for a replacement. However, they pointed out that the part was not broken after all - it just had a loose wire. We brought it back home and reinstalled it, and they were right - the part was not broken, and the furnace immediately began working properly. Then - first thing the following morning, we received a call from a technician at Wilsons, just to follow up regarding the part and whether or not our furnace was working.In case we needed service, he wanted to call and fit us in first. So my initial gratitude was that they did not simply agree with us that the part was broken and sell us a new (unnecessary) replacement, but I was doubly impressed when they took the initiative to follow-up and call to check on us. Customer service at its best!

    Had some gas pipes redone to install a tankless water heater. Also replaced the piping around the water pressure tank. Sure glad I had them do the work as they found my pressure tank was bad so they replaced that (no more air in the lines!). Found them to be exceptional in both quality of work and professional work ethic. The price I felt was very fair although I didnt call around to get multiple quotes but Ive done enough house projects to know what is reasonable. I definitely plan to use them in the future for my HVAC/plumbing needs.

    Had the worst Clogged Toilet of my Lifetime. Tried everything I could myself. I did not succeed. So I gave them a call. They said they would be at my place in like a couple hours to fix it. They showed up early. In 20mins to be exact. He went in using his snake and in about 5mins to 10mins. He had it cleared right up and had it flushing again. So Fast and Efficient. I am very glad with their service. I highly recommend them for all your Heating, Cooling & Plumbing needs.

I was very impressed w/ Ronalds professional & rapid manner of getting the job done. His helper, Jerrod did good also. We are happy w/ lots of hot water again, & no leaks or problems.

    Furnace wasnt blowing hot air on saturday they came out within 2 hours (because they were on another call) told me I needed a new control board and had to order it for Monday. Offered space heaters. Today came & it didnt end up being the control board. Jarod was honest, took the new board back got it up and running with no other charge. HONESTY is a hard thing to find.
