We were skeptical at first because we waited so long for a furnace to finally come in. Carol was able to find another furnace with the same mark-ups which allowed for the install to happen before the weather started to drop. The guys who came out knew what they were doing and even provided insight when we were hooking up our nest thermostat. We will most likely be using them again.

My furnace quit running during this cold weather. I called Home Experts and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The tech was very professional and courteous. They had to order a part to fix the furnace so they loaned me a couple of space heaters to keep my pipes from freezing. They ordered the part, received it the following morning and had my furnace up and running the next day. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend them.

I had Home Experts come out to diagnose my furnance this past winter. Cylan was incredibly knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose my furnance quickly and was able to get it started. Had another company come out prior and they could not. I appreciate Cylan taking the time to explain the issue in detail so that I could understand. I ended up needing a new furnance after all and Cylan was able to get me one at a good price and had it installed the next day. Would highly recommend this company as they provide A+ customer service in all aspect of their business. Definitely will be calling them this Summer if any A/C issues.

My husband and I purchased a used park model camper. The furnace worked but no heat came out of the ducts. We called Home Experts and Rod came out that very same day and investigated the situation. He was very professional and very thorough. After crawling under our camper for about an hour he determined that a raccoon chewed up all the molded fiberglass ductwork which is why we were not getting any heat. (I also have to mention it wasnt very pleasant under the camper with the mess the raccoon left.) Rod gave us a quote that day and within two weeks our duct work was replaced with custom galvanized metal ductwork and all the mess was cleaned out from under the camper. We are very pleased with the job they did and the professionalism of all the employees involved in making us happy campers! I highly recommend this company.

No one would approve us for a furnace after ours was shut down last night due to a cracked heat exchange and carbon monoxide leaking into our home. Carol from home expert did not stop and by the end of the week we will have a new furnace installed. Thank you for helping us in a time of need!

We used this company for a last minute furnace fix. They answered a phone and scheduled a tech to come out that same day. The tech-savvy name was Robbie, he was VERY quick with the fix, informative, and VERY nice, even though Im sure he had a long day prior to this after hours evening call. We will definitely use this business again in the future for any concerns, hopefully Robbie is with Home Experts for a long time! He even offered to give my dogs treats before leaving. NY husband and I were extremely thankful for their expertise.

We have had Home Experts out before for both heating and plumbing issues. This latest visit was just for our routine furnace inspection. Curtis was so professional, personable and knowledgeable. Carol from the office called to check in with us today after the service call. They care so much about the customers and that goes so far with us! Highly recommend.

No heat on a cold night, called them and they arrived in about an hour. Shortly after arrival the tech had the furnace temporarily running until we could get a new part. Part was eventually replaced and all was well. 5 stars.
