This is a great community, built by Shea homes. A beautiful development in the Coachella Valley with many gorgeous home sites. The club is fantastic and the restaurant is very good. A beautiful place to live and a great restaurant in a beautiful setting to visit!

Closed Sept 3, 2019 and moved in Nov 2! We are now 21 days as Winter residents at Trilogy at the Polo Club, our first chapters Snowbirds! We could not be happier; ease of purchase process. Attention to detail and going above and begone our very high expectations! Our 30 day walk through a few days ago, concerns addressed! HVAC concern, scheduled for repair. A missing plant was replaced day after the walk through. Richard Perez (Trilogy Liaison)was so incredible, if I brag anymore, itll be assumed were related (not, he is just that good) thanks to Mike P (sales) and Victoria (customer care) our close couldnt have been smoother. Everyone on the team is flat exceptional, responsive, they promise a lot and deliver even more! So very rare these days, cant begin to describe how grateful we are! PTL

The best place to live, having dinner in my patio. I made Fetuccini with mushroom marinara sauce, oohhh so delectable my habibi love’s it. I only cook occasionally, mostly habibi cook for our dinner since the pandamic hits in the world. Before without covid we always go out for dinner, and I have a little pumpkin to enjoy the spirit of Autumn. I like the fall season for me it’s kinda unique.

We have eaten here twice. The food is excellent and the service professional. Nice view of the mountains.. Beautiful grounds.The homes are well designed and the grounds beautiful. The clubhouse is outstanding. . 10 minutes to Old Town La Quinta, the freeway and less to 111. A great community.

We closed escrow on our new home in November 2021. There were some minor issues that were addressed promptly by the builder. We love our neighborhood and the people are great! There is always something fun to do in the resort!The only negative was dealing with e4 Control Systems for our security cameras.
