When we bought our home in Palm Desert a couple of years ago, the mortgage company wanted an extra five grand to install a permanent foundation. Duffys got under the house, established it already was on a permanent foundation, and had a thorough understanding of what it would take to get the paperwork filed with the city. They took care of everything in a matter of days. We gave them the green light on a Thursday, and the papers were filed & we were ready to go the following Monday. It cost us only a fraction of what we had been quoted by the mortgage company. I would highly recommend Duffys, and plan on using them again as we make improvements to our property.
