Van Rooy surpassed my expectations! As a homeowner dealing with water damage for the first time, I had numerous concerns and inquiries throughout the process. However, Don, Chris, and the team never showed the slightest sign of irritation.The pricing was fair and transparent. Aside from their technical proficiency, the crews professionalism and respect for my property were commendable. Their expertise in dealing with insurance matters, further solidified my trust in their services. I am delighted with my homes restoration; the new floor looks fantastic! Vanrooy helped me navigate through water damage mitigation and repair in my house. The whole team is awesome. Don (estimator) and Chris (operation manager) worked closely with me to restore my home. They also helped negotiate with insurance adjuster. They are very pleasant to work with and very professional. Chris (project manager) is very thorough and pays attention to fine detail. I am extremely pleased with their work. I would highly recommend vanrooy restoration!
