Michael did a great job. Super friendly and really explained things very well. He explained how he figured out what was wrong and kept at it until it was fixed. We used Mr. Electric for the 24 hour service to get our issue fixed quickly and they came out fast. Other places are probably slower to respond and cheaper but we were fine paying for the super speedy and EXCELLENT service. Definitely recommend for the speed and quality.

Mr. Electric saved the day! We blew a breaker with a heater on Christmas and we called this service on Boxing day and they arrived in a few hours and got everything fixed and were so happy! Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and a true professional. He answered my questions and came up with solutions that fit our needs. The scope of what we needed was vast. Increasing our whole house service to 200 amp, adding a car charger for our electric vehicle and adding hot tub service. All items were completed within 3 days. Throughout the project, he provided detailed updates which i very much appreciated. I would recommend both Ryan and Mr Electric without reservation. Ryan was a pleasure to work with.

Our whole experience so far has been great. We were looking for a quote to replace old wiring in our house and their customer service was excellent. The technician (Ethan L) who stopped out to look at everything was also extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and understanding when it came to our end goal for the work. Highly recommend at least getting them to check out your project and provide some baseline information to get things moving.

We called on New Years Day. Our electricity went out. Your company was fast coming out. Our Jason looked things over. And told us all the updates and codes that needed to to updated. Of course the weather was very cold. He worked for several hours . We had to go to a hotel. He came out the next morning.worked in bad cold weather outside and in. He kept us updated as he was doing his job. He finally completed late in the afternoon. Of course the house was freezing. It took several hours to warm up. But it warmed up. Thank you for your services and he was very helpful with updating.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and electric work that Jared performed. I had multiple quotes from various electrical companies (Ac electric, wilson, etc). Mr. Electric was the most reasonable, and was able to start same day. The lights that were installed were HEAVY (>75 lbs) and I needed to have both confidence in the ability that the lights were hung safely and supported. The work was completed over several days and Hared was respectful of both my space and the noise as I was working from home. I will definitely be using them for future needs.

I had a big job upgrading my electrical and installing about 4 outdoor lights and he completed the job with his partner London, who also did a great job. Ryan was absolutely amazing! He came in and did the inspection. He showed us what needed to be done and what was already a code violation to avoid any problems. We just bought this house two months ago. We highly recommend Mr. Electric and Mr. Rooter! Ryan came back to do the work and finished in two days! We now have a sub panel and breaker box are now combined and labeled! Our kitchen can now handle appliances and they replaced the ceiling lights with led.

While we were walking through the work, I asked him to look at another project that I wanted done. He saved me money by adding the work to my job. He explained what would happen and how he would approach it. He measured carefully. I have confidence in Joe’s work and will ask for him by name whenever I have more electrical work to do at my home. Folks, the trades are not cheap. I believe that I was charged fairly for the quality work that Joe performed in my home. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Electric in the future.

The Mr. Electric technician arrived as planned and determined what the problem was, regarding my bathrooms heating/vet fan, which was not working. Upon acquiring the right parts, the tech then went about replacing the faulty unit with a new one. He made sure that his work space was clear of all accumulated debris, from the job, upon completion. Electrician, Mike, called before he came. He changed out our faulty circuit breaker, performed a safety check of our system. The circuit breaker he replaced is being taxed with the number of things for which it is supplying power. He gave us a quote on a recommended upgrade to alleviate the chances of this happening again. He made sure all outlets were working before he left. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. I would recommend him to others.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Electric. The electrician they sent, Glen Caser, was excellent. He was professional, personable and highly skilled. I lost power when a huge tree branch fell on my house during a high wind. The electric meter was torn from the house and I was left with no power. The company responded very quickly and before long my power was restored. I would definitely use them again and based on my recent experience with them, highly recommend them.

We had a small raft of electrical fixes and upgrades we had been putting off for some time so we called Mr Electric after searching “residential electricians near me”.The callback was early this morning from a very thorough but not prolonged intake. The no cost in home estimate was arranged and LC arrived as expected.After a walk through, he gave me 3 reasonable estimates for the raft of fixes and upgrades and we agreed on a phased approach.Today was the 1st floor only. I asked him ‘what is a realistic estimate on how long this will take?’. He replied ‘about 2 hours…not including going to get a specific part’. He added a few caveats about wires, preferences, and other contingencies.He started around noon, took about 35 minutes or so to get the part, and was done by 308pm. Well within the range of human excellence, as he retraced his steps and CLEANED UP everything. Simply outstanding effort, service, and expertise. Would recommend Mr Electric/Rooter and LC highly and without hesitation. Well done.

I cannot say enough kind words for Ryan. We had been without power and then the power came back but our well pump was not working. The well pump people said we needed an electrician. Thank goodness Ryan was able to come out and fix the problem. This has all been such a trying and difficult situation as chesterland was hit so hard. Ryan took charge of the situation and got our water restored. Ryan even took the extra steps to discuss the safety of our boxes and offered suggestions of a generator so we never had to experience this trauma again. I appreciated the fact that Ryan not only took the time for personalized service, but he treated me with utmost respect and understanding. Nick and Aaron were very professional and nice people. They installed three outlets in our garage, one is for an EV charger, GFCI outlet in the bathroom and recessed lighting in our living room. They put light bulbs in places where there are missing light bulbs without us asking too. They both kept a positive attitude while working despite the unexpected struggles they encountered. I called Mr. Electric with concerns about a burning smell coming from an electrical outlet. Sean Dean and his assistant arrived quickly, checked the outlet, and a thorough inspection of all the outlets in my home. He identified the likely cause of the smell, tested the outlet to make sure it was safe, and upgraded several other outlets to safer models, explaining each step. He also made recommendations for issues that didn’t need to be addressed today, but would be good to get to in the near future. It wasn’t cheap, but I feel safer having after his visit.

Glen did an awesome job! We were originally told by the electric company that our power issues were caused by corrosion in the meter base which was going to run around $1000 plus inspections. Urgent repair, didnt tear up my wall, I now have a switch and a separate GFCI instead of a wonky all in one. Discovered a serious problem with my boxes not being properly grounded ( which I suspected). Having the same guy do the additional work. Cold water ground and on the wrong side of the valve.Google only lets me have 1 review, suffice it to say both repairs done quickly and professionally. Will be my first call when I update the electric in my upper unit.

JC Did a wonderful job.I had my outside garage light switch converted to a timer. The old wall box contained 3 switches in a 2 switch sized box. One vertical 3-way switch for the inside room and 2 horizontal switches for the garage inside and outside lights.JC added a second box next to the original for a new 3 way rocker switch and converted the original box into two vertical rocker switches that fit with the timer look.When finished, he tested everything, programmed the timer, and did a great job of cleaning up.
