Father/son team. I dealt with both guys and they were both excellent. Dad answered when I called in and actually listened and tried to troubleshoot over the phone. Completely transparent on pricing up front. Son came by to sort out our electrical issues. He was very kind and highly competent. He replaced old switches and plugs, fixing what needed to be fixed affordably instead of charging me an arm and a leg for things I didn’t need. I am very impressed by their integrity and level of service. Highly recommended.

I have a rental property in Euless. The ballast for a kitchen light stopped working. I had another company gives me a bid for the job of repairing it but that company stated it had to be replaced with an LED light fixture. I asked them questions about the LED light. You could only contact that company by email but they didnt answer all my questions so I decided to research for another electrician. I found Arrow and called. Henry answered all my questions concerning LED light fixtures. The tenant was happy with his work and professionalism. I was happy with the service as well. He was prompt and professional.

Henry was kind and patient. Answered on a boiling hot Saturday afternoon and came out that day for a repair. He walked me through possible solutions to fix the issue. When those didn’t work, he came out promptly and told me what I needed to do with Oncor. Showed me the problem and the repair. When Oncor came to my house to cut the power, he talked to the electrician to determine the severity of the issue. After the repair was done, I had trouble getting Oncor back out to restore power. He called them himself to explain I was recovering from cancer treatment and couldn’t be in the heat. He answered all my questions about what was this/that. I recently lost my father and didn’t know anything really about the outside parts. All the other electric folk I called wanted $400 to just come out and nobody would until the next day. I am so grateful to Henry for being honest and kind. The price was extremely fair. Henry cares. My fire hazard picture attached!

Ive used Arrow Electric Service for several years now. Ive always been very happy with their service. The last service they completed was replacing the room lights with LED lights and I absolutely love it! They helped me remodel the old fashion drop lights in the kitchen and it looks so much better. I will have them back after the new year and do more work on my electrical boxes. I have referred them to my sister and one of my friends. My sister was very happy with them also. I feel they are reasonably priced.

Arrow Electric Services did a great job in explaining everything in detail, and was very patient in answering any question that I might have had. Henry walked me through the process of what I needed to get done prior to them arriving and working on my electricity. He gave me a very fair quote, and took the time to explain the costs associated with each service. I had been struggling to get Oncor to perform a temporary disconnect on my house as they were unable to complete my request as scheduled, but Arrow Electric Services was very accommodating and flexible of their time and was able to get out there to perform their services as soon as the disconnect happened. I would definitely recommend the usage of their company as they have shown professionalism in their work.

I am sure that theyll take good care of us when they come out!

Henry was very helpful. I called and scheduled a repair, our lights were flickering. He suggested we call the power company out as well. Power company came first and fixed the problem so we cancelled our call. Henry understood. I will definitely use them in the future. Its hard to find a company that will be honest with the problems and not try to charge you first.

We had an issue with our doorbell that was caused by an ADT installer (DONT USE THEM!...but I digress). Everything about this experience was good. The person with whom I talked to schedule the appointment was very polite and helpful. The Arrow technician was on time, very polite, obviously diagnosed the situation quickly, and was also done quickly. The cost per minute, therefore, was pretty high, but that actually is a good thing in a way. I would strongly recommend Arrow.

Henry was willing to provide me a quote and took the time to go over my project over the phone, something those other guys refuse to do. He installed a 30amp plug to power my rv and was able to move some breakers around in the box to make it happen. He also serviced the entire panel and found an over voltage issue coming from oncor. I called Arrow to ask for advice/recommendations on what I should do with my electrical dilemma. The customer service was A+. While other electrical companies only wanted to come out and charge a service and wouldn’t even talk. Arrow stepped up and walked me through things to verify if I really needed their services. Most companies would just say you need a new panel and you wouldn’t know. Honesty is a big factor when asking a company for advice and Arrow was just that. Im not a contractor, but I have been screwed over by quite a few. These guys make the entire industry look much better. The first time they came out I had been told by another contractor that I needed $5,000 worth of work done - Henry said the issue was a $50 fix in my breaker box. Makes me wonder how the other guys sleep at night.I had them back on five different occassions to handle work. I called today (Saturday) with an issue of no power to our furnace, so no AC. It’s a hot summer day. Henry answered the phone, listened to what the problem was, and was happy to come out. He quoted a time frame of 12-3. He was at my home around 11am. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and gave a plan of action to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, and prompt!It was an average to expensive fix, but you pay for experience. Our friend recommended Arrow Electric Service when we were having problems with our air conditioning in 100+ degree temperatures. Our friend mentioned a number of times how honest Henry is. Our friend is right. Not only is Henry honest, he is quite capable of correcting electrical problems which he did for our friend. We described our air conditioning situation over the phone to Henry and he was able to counsel and help us through that conversation relieving our minds that our air conditioning problem was not potentially dire as we had been led to believe by another electrical company. Our air conditioner is working well as it was just a small electrical issue that was corrected. Henry was very friendly and understanding to the project I wanted to complete. We ended up installing and/or retrofitting 18 can lights in my home. The living room was particularly challenging since there was not accessibility from above. He was able to route the conductor through the ceiling with only one extra hole and had an exceptional recommendation for a painter to re-finish and paint the ceiling. All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone for interior electric work.
