Jose and his team at Galindo did an incredible job with our new home. Of all the general contractors we interviewed, he presented the most thorough and professional cost estimate.We decided to move forward with him and gave him an impossible task of completing all our renovations within 3 weeks so we could move in to our new home.Along the way, he gave us incredible ideas and we completed wall removals, a custom built-in, custom railings, masonry work on the back patio and a garage makeover. Additionally, we asked them to paint & sand most of the walls in the home. The paint work is spectacular.He had his team worked 8am to 8pm at the house in the final couple days to make sure that we could make our move in date. Truly, above and beyond.Jose’s team is thoughtful, hardworking and skillful - I trusted them completely and they always delivered.Jose was exactly what we were looking for - smart, diligent and very organized. We’re so excited to work with Jose and the team at Galindo on future projects.

We hired Galindo’s Home Improvement to completely gut and remodel two bathrooms in our home, and they did A FANTASTIC JOB! Jose was very attentive, always checking in and providing updates. He used his creativity and expertise to give us exactly what we envisioned, coming up with solutions to any issues that arose. His workers are all highly skilled professionals (shout out to Nelson!), with great attention to detail. They left the house swept clean each day, with little interruption to our schedules. Pricing and invoicing was upfront, transparent and very reasonable. There are a lot of contractor choices in Huntington and Long Island, but we will only be using Galindo’s Home Improvement for any future projects!

Jose and his team were amazing! I found him on Facebook while searching for someone to Sheetrock and spackle our kitchen. When I reached out he answered right away, came the next day for the estimate, sent a price and started working in a week. His guys were great and they made the space look amazing. The entire process took around 4 days. The walls came out super smooth and were ready to be primed/painted. We really hope we get to work with them again for future projects!

Jose Galindo and his team did a wonderful job transforming our home from “grandmas” house to our dream home. After my wife and I closed on our first home we were a little overwhelmed after we noticed all the scratched floors, outdated paint and overall dated appearance after the sellers moved out. I had quite a few quotes from multiple contractors and chose Jose as he could do everything we were looking to have done at a midpoint, reasonable price. Jose and his team were always punctual, friendly, and offered personal advice on what we should concentrate on with our first home reno. Jose also impressed me with his knowledge and problem solving for little bumps during the project. I cannot recommend him enough and my wife and I will continue using him and his team for future projects. PS Jose’s recommendation for a wood reflooring company was also excellent! The before and after pictures will speak volumes. Thank you Jose and team!

We had Galindo Home Improvement do a lot of renovations at our home in Huntington, NY. We had two bathrooms remodeled, French drains installed in our basement plus our entire unfinished basement finished! All of this was started and completed within 45 days, all three projects! Each project turned out phenomenal. We have a completely different home now and we couldn’t be happier!Jose and his crew worked as if it was their home. From the estimate and meeting with Jose to explain “our vision”, EVERYTHING was done as promised if not better than we expected! Experts in their craft!! I cannot rave enough! Hire Jose today! Jose and his team are incredible. Jose has an amazing eye and attention to detail. He is reliable, fair, hardworking and trustworthy. Jose takes such pride in his work and was with us every step of the way throughout our entire remodel.Jose is a very talented craftsman. He has a great eye and had a perfect vision for our home. Jose is so personable too. He even went out of his way to meet me at the molding store to help me pick out trim that would perfectly fit the new style of our house. I don’t know any other contractor in the world that would do that. Jose is one of a kind and he is such a great guy! He always went out of his way to make sure we were happy and most importantly he took so much pride in his work and treated our home as if it was his own. We are thrilled that our project has concluded so we can enjoy our new home now, however we will miss seeing Jose everyday!I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jose. My husband and I are thrilled that we found our forever contractor and we look forward to hiring Jose again for our next renovation!

Jose and his team were amazing. He fit us into his busy schedule b/c our original contractor just disappeared. I’m due with baby #2 in a couple weeks and he knew we were in a time crunch. I knew right away we were in good hands.They built a beautiful closet for my son’s bedroom and finished our attic. The attention to detail and all finish work went way beyond our expectation. Couldn’t imagine our attic looking as nice as it does!Cleanliness was also very important to me; having a toddler running around and me being very pregnant; Jose and his team did a great job cleaning up and keeping as much dust down as possible.Highly recommend Jose Galindo’s Home Improvement.

I reached out to Jose about a last minute need to finish a bathroom job when our original contractor became unavailable. Jose was super responsive from the start and came with his team days later. Everyone was very professional and nice, and gave us great ideas including a lot of things that saved us money on materials. They were fast and cleaned up our space really nicely. I’d highly recommend them and have another bathroom we want to use them on if they are available!
