We had electrical and plumbing done on a new building that we had built. I got several quotes from different companies and NCIS was the best on both plumbing and electrical. Mitch and Ken were fabulous. They got back to us right away and came out very quickly to do quotes for us. They answered all of my questions and responded very quickly to phone calls and emails. They were great working with our crazy schedule on the building. Jason, Joel and Brandon did the electrical and the plumbing and were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them if you need work done.

I had NCIS install a new HVAC system in my home...I had a 1984 system so in Dec 2022 it was high time to replace it. Mitch came out to give me a bid and gave me several options. His techs that did the removal and replacement were some of the most professional HVAC techs Ive ever met! They were highly professional, knowledgeable and skilled! Great Guys! They took my old dinosaur system out (along with a disabled wood burner) and installed the new system. They had heat for me the first night! The new HVAC has given me more square footage in my basement and the installation looks so neat, new and professional! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NCIS to anyone that needs their services...Very high quality work, highly skilled/knowledgeable technicians and it was the most affordable setup for me in this area after getting nearly a dozen estimates. Thanks NCIS!!!

This company has done a good job putting up with an old California gal. Moved here in July of 2021, an older home.I never had propane heater or stove and my senses have been going haywire about it. They have come out, listened to me rant and rave about smelling propane every time. I really do appreciate you guys. I apologize for being difficult. This company has got good ,hard working people.

I had called a company in Eagle Grove and they didnt get back to me for almost 2 weeks. Called NCIS and they had someone out right away to look at my water softener. During the process, they kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on. They figured out the problem and installed a new softener in a weeks time.Id highly recommend them over the company in Eagle Grove.

Very friendly technicians and top notch work. Installed a new furnace in our home, and were very professional. Also very pleasantly surprised at their insistence on cleaning up after themselves. I recommend this company to everyone!
