Charles was very professional & Honest looking over our new home build. He was here the Next Morning after I called. He showed us things we didn’t know about & told us what needed to be Fixed & what needed to be done. I would recommend Charles at Assurance Inspection to everyone. If you want Truth & an Honest Inspection then Charles is The Man to have Inspect your Home. If there’s a problem he’ll find it & give you a solution to get it fixed !!!I wish I could give him 100 Stars that he deserves, he’s that professional & honest !!!Great Professional & Honest Service. My wife and I put a contract on a house in Dyersburg. We currently live in Georgia so it was important to find a trustworthy and professional inspector to inspect the property. We contacted Assurance Inspection Group and Signed a contract with Charles Moore to inspect it for us. Charles texted me the day of inspection on what time he would arrive at the property. That shows commitment and professionalism. Let me say, the report I received was the most comprehensive than the one I received on my house here in Georgia when I contracted on it. Not only were small details noted, Charles even put in on what to do. Pictures were very detailed and plenty of them.Overall I’m grateful for the professionalism show in all aspects of the inspection process. He isn’t just professional, great at what he does and a great inspector that will explain everything for those who might not fully understand. I’m 110% certain he is a part time comedian!!! His personally is truly unmatched and his work speaks for itself. I would honestly continue to use him as an inspector and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for one!
