We are new to the area and honestly pulled the name of this company out of a local advertisement and hoped we made the right choice. Not only did we make the right choice but we found a company that we will use for any future work that we will need. John was professional, friendly, showed up on time, and the work he did was quality work at a fair price! I would recommend Browns to anybody looking to have any work done that they do.

This company was recommended to me by my boss who lives in the same community as the owner. Said they are fair and reasonable. Called them a little after 8 this morning and was told someone would be at my house at 2. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my mom, and they were here before 2 o’clock. Quite impressed. Thank you Chris, for getting me back up and running, and to the lovely receptionist who got me scheduled for today.

We could not be more pleased.We had a new Air-conditioner and Water Heater installed along with some inside plumbing.The entire Staff at Brown’s made everything go smoothly. We could not be more please.We highly recommend Brown’s AC, Heating and Plumbing. My Wife particularly liked that the guys had company shirts with name tags.Everything went great.

I have been using Browns for years. The reason I am a loyal, repeat customer is because of the exceptional, courteous service. Doesnt matter if its day, night, or holiday, they make it work for me. Shelly in the office goes above and beyond! The techs are fast and friendly. Lastly, rates are fair, never an overcharge.

The plumber who arrived was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He took the time to make sure the jobs were done correctly and answer any questions. I will definitely use Browns again in the future

Great people to work with. They fixed a problem that was not related to the HVAC work they originally performed for me. They have the word Integrity on the side of their truck and that is not just a marketing slogan for them. They live by it!

Very polite, helpful, reliable and professional! After dealing with another plumber who was unprofessional and showed no concern for my situation (I was without water for over a week), Browns came over and fixed the leak right away. They were very neat and careful with my property when they had to access a leak under the slab floor. Also, I found their receptionist to be very personable and helpful. I highly, highly recommend Browns!
