    Southwest Irrigation was prompt, honest and their work was top quality when it came to doing our drainage job in our lawn.     We will be using southwest irrigation systems again. We called for a winterization on our sprinkler system and they came out that very same afternoon and took care of everything. Communication was outstanding and they arrived on time and did a complete check on our system with some good recommendations how we could get top performance out of our old system.     Michael our tech was prompt and courteous as well as knowing exactly what he was doing. Iā€™ve been doing my own sprinklers for years and this problem was over my head.     I am so pleased with the technicians that were sent to my house. They were polite, knowledgeable and honest. When Michael looked at our controller that I thought was broken he said he could sell me a new one that was easier to use but really nothing was wrong with our old one. The start timers were turned off. I opted for the new and easier one. It took them about 15 minute to get it installed. Could not be happier.

    Very nice! I had an unknown problem that turned out to be very dumb (the shut off valve was off) and my technicians were very empathetic about it. Garrett still did the full inspection for me and found several more minor issues that they were able to fix within 15 minutes at a very reasonable price.I will absolutely be going back for any other problems that arise going forward.

    Jesse was very patient when it came to explaining how to run the system however, when I originally got the bid the person that bid it said that yā€™all never go under the driveway because the driveway cracks and sinks. To my surprise when I went out, they actually had gone underneath my driveway And Jesse said this is normally whatā€™s done so you might want to clarify that with WilliamIn addition, they cracked my Stone and never told Jesse about it so when I brought it to his attention, he said he was surprised. I am expecting a call back seeing how I just paid to have the Stone put down and was very disappointed that it got broke.I also had loss of grass Because they said it was not in very good shape when they pulled it up

    A neighbor recommended Southwest Irrigation Systems for help on my non-functional yard drainage system. I asked about a replacement system, of which they are of course happy to perform but they offered something more reasonable - a camera inspection and jetting at a fraction of the cost. So when Jeremiah arrived, I was already in a good mood. It was the heat of the day and I worried about his wellbeing. He arrived well prepared, including all his safety gear for his knees and his ears. He explained everything fully and worked without a lot of interaction....very helpful as I was booked with online meetings. He communicated through texts when he was completed and recommended a small repair in one section. His service oriented mindset, professionalism and approachability made him a star in my book. Great representative of the firm.

    I laid grass down today and when moving some stone edging around, I cracked my sprinkler pipe. I had recently had used Southwest Irrigation Systems to fix another leak caused by plumbers, so gave them a ring immediately. They had a tech here within 4 hours..They sent out Rogelio this time, and he was very polite, professional and efficient. He did a great job on the repair. I wont hesitate to use this company again! (Although I wont be mad if it is a while before I need them again, hope to turn my luck around! Ha!)

    Rogelio is professional, informative, a d a perfect gentleman. He asked several times if I had an questions, making sure to serve our needs. He double checked our system before he left to be sure he left it in the position we requested. He put together an estimate in under an hour. Very pleased with our initial interaction.Update: Rogelio came out and fixed our irrigation and didnt leave until everything worked properly. There was one line and head that was troublesome but Rogelio stuck with it until it worked. He also mad an adjustment to another head that I wanted a better performance out of it. Cannot say enough good about Rogelio. Thank you so much for getting our irrigation working! Well have you come back out in the fall to install a freeze-proof back-flow.

    Joe did a wonderful job quickly diagnosing and fixing our issue. He also performed a full inspection of the sprinkler system, diagnosed a minor second issue (that I previously knew needed to he addressed), and fixed that as well. I was notified via text that he was in route to my home and he arrived within the time frame of my appointment window.     We called SWIS and they came at the beginning of July to replace our old (dead) 32 zone Hunter Sprinkler controller with 2 Rachio Pro 16 zone controllers, as well as check and repair our sprinkler heads.If youre only reading this far, we will use them again, and recommend others use SWIS as well. Otherwise, read on for more details.---ProsOf all the companies we called, SWIS was the only one to respond promptly and, give us a price range (no breakdown), and scheduled us to come out, given the heat and sun burning the yard.Michael R was the tech that came out and he did an awesome job with everything. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Both him and his assistant did excellent work. Michael also had to call his supervisor due to some non standard issues with our setup, and they were able to address that as well.Although the work took a while, they stayed as late as they needed to make sure it was functional.---Cons (small)They were aware of Rachio but the techs that came out hadnt installed it before, so we did some of the setup.Given the amount of time some of our issues took (like a zone not working), they addressed anything major, but some minor work and controller configuration wasnt completed, which we said ok to. Weve done the basic config ourselves, but further work is needed to fully optimize the Rachio.---Overall, Michael and SWIS team did a great job and I will definitely be calling them in the future.

    Our sprinkler system malfunctioned. After reading some Google reviews, I decided to reach out to SWIS. They were very polite on the phone and scheduled me for the following week. Brad was on time for his appointment and actually early but he called ahead of time and Ace sure he could come early. Definitely have enjoyed working with them so far.     Morgan Kennon was very professional when he came to my house yesterday. He took a look around my sprinkler system and gave me honest suggestions for what to do. He was very informative regarding how to best water my yard and how to use the control panel for my sprinklers. Morgan was open to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful. It was absolutely a positive experience.

    Our company owns a campus with three buildings and two irrigation systems. Ronald and Morgan came out for an assessment and we scheduled the repair. They finished the repair today, answered a dozen questions and really did a fantastic job helping me understand/manage the systems.     Southwest Irrigation Systems staff really do live out their mission of providing the most extraordinary service experience ever. Brad, Dena, and Ed were the three staff members I interacted with from getting an estimate to wrapping up the project. Dena helped with obtaining permits and dealing with the city which made it very easy on our end, and Ed came out three separate times to finish up this project due to delays out of SWISs control. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others based on this experience.

    This company was referred to me by my gutter guy, he trusts them and always listens to happy people talking about it so I decided to check it out. Iā€™m sorry I didnā€™t hire them because itā€™s May ( thousands of people fixing sprinklers). Silly me, I needed it basically next day after finishing pool construction. They tried everything to make fit the schedule. I think Mercedes was the receptionist on the phone, so polite, nice, patient, what a pleasant person. Brad gave me the quote, very professional, he even came earlier with i was very happy about, answered all questions and explain the job process.
