After several months of dealing with an ongoing issue in our system and multiple “repairs” completed by other companies, Andy’s was recommended to us by a neighbor—and I must say the honesty, integrity, and quality of their work is something hard to find these days. They are not only knowledgeable, but also transparent when it comes to the work needing to be done-thoroughly explained our system and why the prior repairs were ultimately a band-aid instead of a solution. Their client focus was clear when they made suggestions to improve the overall plan. Not once did we feel like they were trying to price gouge or nickel and dime for every little thing, and kept us involved throughout the entire process. After our experiences with other sprinkler and drainage companies, we feel like we’ve finally found a reliable and trustworthy company! Highly recommend and will absolutely call Andy’s for any future work needing to be done.

Bill Anderson is the best in the business, hands down. Hes on time, professional, and doesnt waste his clients time with fluff or suggested repairs that are unnecessary. His quotes are always fair and competitive. You get what you pay for, but Andys wont break the bank. Its worth it to have a professional crew get the job done RIGHT. Bill stands by his work and even takes a hands-on approach to ensure his clients expectations are exceeded. Theres no one else Id consider working on my irrigation, lighting, or lawn systems. I highly recommend Bill and his crew, and I will continue using them for my irrigation, lighting, and lawn system needs.

Chris, Hignio and the crew did a great job with our irrigation repair and soaker hose installation. They were especially careful with the roots of a big live oak tree near our house and straightened out the years of mess with our old system. Hignio took extra steps to explain the situations and made extra efforts with the work. I highly recommend Andy’s.

Bill took the time to explain what my system needed and why, showed me where all the drains were and how theyd become overgrown with grass & mud, cleared them and reset the schedule for me when he realized that I was over watering. And all of this before the repairs even began which went exactly as I was told.

We have had water leaking into our house for going on two years and Bill took the time to investigate the problem and develop a long term solution. They installed an outside sump pump in our landscapping. The sump is 36 diameter and 8 deep. Bill and his team were great to work with and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why they were doing it. We highly recommend their service.

First time using Andy’s for irrigation repair and maintenance. Jack came out and started by listening to my needs and goals. I have a 20 yr old system that I’m rehabbing to get through another season. They fixed what I asked promptly and professionally. They made recommendations for other repairs but respected my goals to only focus on critical repairs. This professionalism, service and listening to the customer has earned them my future business. I’ll include them on a bid for a new install this coming year because of this experience.

After a deep freeze that cracked open the valve to my irrigation PVB, I had water spraying out the pipe. Bill came out promptly, replacing it quickly and efficiently. Definitely will use him again, and refer him to others, for irrigation type repairs.
