John was very informative and walked us through the entire process from design to install. While the pergola took a few weeks to get built, it was well worth the wait for the quality of the product we received. I highly recommend using 3rd Coast for any aluminum projects!

I reached out to 3rd Coast to install a front yard privacy fence. I worked with Johnny on the fence selection and was able to get a completely custom fence made to my preferences/specifications. It took a few months for the fence to get be fabricated, but as soon as it was ready, the John and his team wasted no time installing it. It took about a week. The fence itself only took 3 days but the operator and keypads took some time to arrive and an electrician was needed (I went with Javier who was recommended by John and who also did a great job at a great price). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.The fence is beautiful and the installation went really well. I could not have asked for more.The only thing for folks to note is that if the ground of your property is uneven or the grade is very steep (I didn’t realize mine was until I met with John), you will need to prep the area yourself before the fence is installed. Fortunately I knew someone who was able to help out. We got input from John on where the dirt needed to be cleared, which allowed 3rd Coast to install the fence evenly. I still have to do some grading work since one of the pedestrian gates cannot be opened all the way. Be sure to anticipate this cost (whether doing the work yourself or paying someone else) in your budget/project plan.Other than that everything went really smoothly and I’m loving my fence!

Out of nowhere, a random car smashed into our fence and electric gate. Third Coast gave us a fair estimate for the repairs and completed the work efficiently. The repaired fence and gate look and work great. I couldnt be happier with the service and craftsmanship. John at Third Coast was friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. John came out late at night to inspect the job, introduce himself, walk through the project, etc. etc. and couldnt have been more professional and kind. He and his team came out less than 72 hours later for the install and did a fantastic job. The gate looks great and was done for a very reasonable price. We got our aluminium gate and fence, from 3rd Coast Developers, four years ago. After a minor accident, I called John looking for help to repair our driveway gate. During a brief video call, he did a diagnostic and later sent a tech next morning. Jorge showed up on time and fixed the gate by replacing the arm operator. Once again a very good job done. John and his team are very reliable.

We contacted, Johnny, with 3rd Coast Developers to install a 24 rolling gate in our driveway. After agreeing to a very reasonable price for the gate and installation, 3rd Coast came to our house within a couple of weeks and installed the new gate. This new gate is so much more convenient than the manual swing gates we were using. Im not sure of all the products and services 3rd Coast provides but we were very happy with the business we conducted with them.

It has been almost a year that I used 3rd Coast Developers to install a fence and gate in my driveway. I chose aluminum to avoid corrosion over time, which is nice to not have to worry about. However, it is a much softer material than iron and in two instances a bolt had to be strengthened. In both situations the support that I got from them was outstanding. The problem was solved in 24 hours. This is a company that you can really trust as they strive to get 100% client satisfaction.

Just had 3rd Coast install an iron rod gate at my home! Very excited at the outcome. Once it was built took a couple of hours to install & paint! Worked with one of the owners & the installer to make a beautiful entryway!Had a glass front entryway door installed first & wife wanted a little more protection from anyone just hanging in archway! Very impressed with Johnny at 3rd Coast Developers. If youre looking for aluminum fencing or railing, I highly recommend this company. I was told in advance of the lengthy wait time for my balcony railing (because it was a custom order). Johnny did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the wait and updating me on the progress of the build and shipment. If I need any kind of fencing or railing in the future I will definitely be calling on 3rd Coast Developers.

These guys were great! I live out of town and had to have a fence built to match existing fence...and needed it NOW! They helped me out long distance and by phone. They were able to measure the property on bid, take pictures for verification, and take video while they were working for furhter verification while working to ensure it was exactly what i wanted. I made a few quick adjustments, they obliged, worked with me on price and in the end gave me peace of mind knowing I had the exact product I needed, with a reputable contractor, matching existing fencing, improved my property, easy to work with, and TRUSTWORTHY...which is more and more rare these days. Do not hesitate to use these guys...by the way...I have never met them in person but very pleased with their work.

Was just picking up gate but ended up hiring them to do install also. Showed up early to get the job done and followed up along the way. Stuck around through full day of this bad storm to finish up. I employed 3rd Coast Developers to install a driveway gate. My search for the “right” installer was long. They were not only the most responsive, but the most informative and set clear expectations from the get-go. I think what I appreciate most about them is their customer service. After the install, we had issues with the gate; sometimes it wouldn’t open and sometimes it wouldn’t close. John came over, took a look and determined that the motherboard was malfunctioned and replaced it. To remove any doubt, he also replaced our arm. In the end, all of the electrical components were replaced at 3rd Coast’s expense. I highly recommend them to all. Although they are not the most affordable installer in the market, I think their focus on customer service on the back-end more than justifies the expense. I have comfort in knowing that they stand by their product and will not disappear once paid.
