    UPDATED 1/6/25 : The office manager of the branch that serviced us reached out and rectified the situation. She was extremely pleasant and understanding of our feelings towards our initial concern and made right by us. The customer service of Len the Plumber is phenomenal.I would like to start with that I have no issue with the gentleman who came to my house to do his job. He was courteous to my wife and acted respectfully and professionally from all accounts from her. Now the service he provided us was a ā€œdiagnostic assessmentā€ which led to him replacing a seal wax ring that had eroded on our toilet that was causing a minor leak. I unfortunately could not be home to fully evaluate the situation myself because I was at work. A normal wax seal ring cost $20 at any hardware store that carries one. We were charged $851 total for the combination of the new ring, installation, and diagnostic assessment. How is it ethical to charge such a massive mark up? I understand a few hundred dollars for the service of a large corporate plumbing company but nearly $1000 for a simple wax seal job?? I feel like my 35 week pregnant wife was taken advantage of in this situation and can in no way ever recommend a company that charges such ludicrous prices for such a service. Unfortunate lesson learned.

    This was our first time using Len the Plumber and was VERY pleased with their attention to our emergency we had. To get someone to show up in less than 45 minutes was amazing. Tom showed up and immediately put us at ease and solved our issue. He was kind, very helpful and took time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend and will be using their services again.

    My water heater started pouring water out from the top at 11:47 pm on a Saturday night.I called several professional companies for emergency service, and Len the plumber called back and scheduled Reggie and Theresa for the 8-11am window first thing Sunday morning.They were wonderfulā€”professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable - installing my exact model within 3 hours. Reggie worked to get me the best price, and he and Theresa worked quickly and efficiently to install my new model. Reggie took the time to review all necessary features and maintenance of my new hot water heater.It was a great experience from start to finish.

    My tech person was great. Efficient and very nice and worked quickly. My two issues are My service window was 8a. To 11am and the tech didnt get there till 4pm. Although they called me first I had to call them four times to make sure somebody was still coming. Second the repair that I needed the part at the hardware store would have probably cost $25 and I was charged $400. I had metal pipes that they replaced with PVC and I just felt that it was very expensive for what they did. They didnt even offer this discount for me having to wait an additional 5 hours for somebody to show up. Instead they try to get me to sign up to be a member of their monthly plan. I cant say enough good things about my tech person I just felt the service could have been better leading up to him getting there.

    Returning home from a tropical vacation we arrived in freezing weather to find our heater pooped out leaving our house at 43 degrees!     Called mid morning for an appointment. They called ahead as promised. Joe was a pleasant, polite man. I had the replacement part on hand. He went right to work. As I watched him, he explained what he was doing as he took it apart, explained how these cartridges go bad, and reassembled. Showed he was competent and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend and call this company again.

    I was surprised by how easy and fast the whole process was. The technology piece of scheduling and communication with the technician was superb. From the moment I encounter the problem to the job being complete altogether around three Hours. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs, which we canā€™t handle it ourselves. I just wish it was a bit more affordable.

    Joel from Len the plumber was awesome. He took care of the issue in our two bathrooms. He helped me figure out what repair would be the best option. All the costing is very transparent. This is the second time I have used Len the plumber and they are my go to service provider for plumbing.Updated we just had to call Len the Plumber again and our plumberā€™s name was David. David provided excellent service for my bathroom sink that was leaking. He showed me the issue gave me pricing and fixed it right away. The sink is now working great. I sound like a commercial but I do always call Len the Plumber when we have an issue. Their plumbers are the best!

    Could not be more impressed. Setting up the appointment online could not have been easier. Pre appointment call allowed me to give needed information about navigating our driveway. G. Perez arrived on time quickly found the problem fixed it, Took a deeper dive into the connecting pipes in the basement of our 90-year-old house. Gave us excellent advice about maintaining our hot water heater and promised to send us an overall list of maintenance proposals.     We had major water problems (a failed water pump that brings in all the water from our well to our house). Very scary to be without water for the sinks, the washing machine, and the toilets! Fourteen hours later a skilled technician from Len the Plumber was there diagnosing and fixing the problem. A few hours after that (and after they sent a second helper on this short notice), the water systems were back to normal. Great service that solved a major problem for me.     Lets be honest,no one wants to come back from a short vacation to seeing a plumber parked in the driveway. My wife had called to have our water heater serviced only to find out it needed to be replaced. We have very hard water and Ive taken the steps with a softener to mitigate this . From start to finish the service provided by Len the plumber was exceptional. The quality of the installation and the Bradford White unit has me feeling very confident that our unit will be performing well into our retirement years. The technician was extremely courteous and did a clean professional job.

    Great experience with Reginald today. Work was done well and leak was resolved. Replaced a pressure regulator valve on a Saturday morning. 4 stars only because it wasnā€™t cheap by any stretch but it was an emergency and done well.

    I had an emergency sewer clog with a backup in my basement. One service said they could not come for 24 hrs due to possible chemicals, which would not have gone anywhere. But I called Len the Plumber and a very lovely lady, Tereasa was here within 2 hrs. She diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30 mins. Would definately recommend! They were fast, polite and price was very reasonable. Less than I expected. Thank you!

    Our hot water heater went around 7-7:15a.My wife and I spent more time trying to pick a plumbing company to come replace our water heater. We finally decided to go with Len the plumber. We were so happy with our decision. We gave them a call and with in 10mins we had scheduled an appointment (for the same day ,8a) and had the name and information of our serviceman (Tom) by 7:25a. The receptionist told us he would call and sure enough, less then 5mins Tom called and told us he would be here in about 5-10 mins. It took less then an hour to call, set up appointment, and have him here and starting the replacement of our water heater. Tom, was such a professional. He went over everything and was finish in less then 2 hrs. with everything.     I can not thank Len Plumbing and especially Gessley Olivier enough for what he was able to do for my son. I met him on Sunday night in the Home Depot parking lot as I was going to purchase a snake to clean up a blockage in my sons sewer line. Although he was at the end of his shift, he was willing to make the drive to help me out. The blockage was removed within a half an hour. The cost due to a promotion was only $100.     Ryan was nothing short of amazing! We had an emergency leak in our guest shower behind the wall and had to turn off all the water in the house. Originally got an estimated appointment time same day between 2-5. They were able to get Ryan here around 1 so even earlier than we hoped. It turned out to be a bigger project and he had to cut a hole in our closet wall to access the pipes. But he did a beautiful, quick and efficient job and walked me and my parents visiting through everything. Even helped us with a coupon too! Ryan is the best!!!

    Iā€™ve had many plumbing issues since purchasing my home & I am a ā€œstick to what you knowā€ kind of person when it comes to services like these. The company I always go to was unable to do the job I needed so I nervously called around and found Lens company. I planned to only use them for, what I perceived as a basic job even though my other company wouldnā€™t do it. Tom Noll was the service technician assigned. He was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me so that I could understand what could have been causing my prior reoccurring issues and why the other company likely couldnā€™t do it.     Had a bad clog at the kitchen sink. Tom Bodziak, our Service Technician, was able to unclog and at a very reasonable cost. Tom gave us some good tips on maintaining the garbage disposal besides the normal disposal cleaner. I would highly recommend Len the Plumber.

    I had a stubborn clogged drain. It was a very deep clog too. I live in a mobile home. After I called McHales they told me they would damage my pipes. They said theyā€™re not even going to try and send out a technician. So I desperately called LEN. They fit me right in their morning schedule and they unclogged my drain with ease.     Absolute 5 star experience with Tom. He showed up promptly after our hot water heater stopped working and helped me quickly understand the problem and options that I had available. Beyond that, he was genuinely kind and friendly. He even went out of his way to say hi to my little kids on his way in and out of the house. I was shocked at how efficiently he was able to replace my entire hot water heater on the spot ! The only thing I did is hold the door for him on the way out. Tom is truly a professional and it comes across in his work and his kindness.     When it comes to hiring a plumber, I cant say enough good things about Len the plumber... In particular Tom Bodziak and his crew. Having good experiences with plumber is not always easy but in this case not only, did they do what I consider and not extend any job, they also did the little things that went beyond what I had expected. There are no extra charges for those either the pricing was honest and reasonable. I live in the Warrington area and I see their service trucks around our development and in our area they also came highly recommended from my neighbors

    Had the wonderful experience of waking up on Sunday morning before Labor Day, working out, taking a shower and then watching the kitchen faucet go dry. No water.After trying two other plumbing companies, one who initially didnā€™t tell me their web site promise of 24x7 service was dated and they could come out Tuesday, another who after I explained the problem was a well pump came out and told me I needed a new well pump. And they donā€™t do well pumps.Len dispatched a technician on Labor Day, diagnosed the problem and had the water back on by the end of the day. With a plan to bring my 60 year old well up to code by end of Tuesday.Great service, knowledgeable techs and good outcome.

    Normally Im skeptical of larger companies like this (I prefer to go to local, small businesses first), but we needed someone that could come quick for what we thought would be a simple fix. Well, it turned out the issue was a symptom of a much bigger problem. Gualberto and Kyle were great - they walked us through the finer details of what was going on and gave us a few different options for how to approach the issue. They were very honest too, at one point saying I dont want to tell you to do work you dont actually need. In the end though, the work was cheaper than we had expected, and they were able to finish everything up pretty quick. Well definitely be asking for them again next time we need some HVAC or plumbing work.

    The crew of 4 gentlemen from Len the Plumber H&A just completed our new Trane AC installation. It involved some challenges in running the vapor and liquid lines from the outside unit a long distance and through a basement wall into our crawl space making a roughly 90 degree turn over to the furnace in a different space.They were respectful, efficient, and worked well as a team. The existing evaporator coils had to be replaced and Steve was an absolute artist in reconfiguring the associated plenum/duct work to fit the new encased evaporator coil unit.     My tankless water heater was leaking and I had to shut off the main water line on a Saturday night. Called Len the Plumber and they sent out a plumber the next morning (Luke Reilly) to diagnose the problem. He communicated with the vendor and gave quotes for repair as well as the cost to install a replacement system. The system was near the end of its lifetime so we went with the replacement. In doing so, the diagnostic fee for the original call was waived. Luke replaced the system the very next day and we were up and running. We also mentioned to Luke that our water pressure was low since we owned the house and he diagnosed that the pressure regulator was not functioning correctly, so we had him replace that the next day, fixing that issue. He also tested our water hardness, which was high, and suggested a water softener system, which we will have installed in the near futureā€¦..and we will request Luke to do it. Very satisfied with the response and the service.

    Great work! Quick, courteous, and reasonable estimate. We worked with Horizon before and I like this company a lot better. I didnā€™t feel like we were being pushed to accept their service which goes a long way with me! Our plumber was fantastic and cleaned up after himself when he was done.     Had a great experience with this company. I had a burst pipe under my home so I shut the water off. I called a number of places that would not even look at it because my home is considered to be a mobile/manufactured home. Called Lens and the phone line folks could have someone out as early as 10/12 hours. Finally felt like someone understood that it is an emergency to not have water. I still had to work so they worked with my schedule to send someone out after. Jose came out and had 0 issue crawling underneath my house to fix it. He gave me costs and options for repair and it took him maybe 15 minutes to actually do the job once I decided. If you need professional work done by friendly people then I would definitely call Lens.

    My technician (Tereasa) did a fantastic job. What we thought was a clog turned out to be a collapsed pipe.She stayed and worked on it and called in another tech to run a camera and make absolutely sure what the issue was. Both technicians were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working.10/10

    Great things to say about Joe, who came out on short notice and did an awesome job fixing my dishwasher leak. He went through the repairs in a lot of detail and I really appreciated the transparency. He didnt cut corners with the fix but also went out of his way to devise a solution that didnt require replacing the whole fixture. The creativity and honesty was really appreciated.Would use Len again, and definitely hope to get Joe if we do-Andrew
