    Brandon Frusco and Luis are the cream of the crop in professionalism and punctuality. They are also extremely knowledgeable. I am an Engineer and I can tell when someone does or doesn’t know their stuff and these guys definitely knew their stuff. They fixed my hydronic boiler heating system. They listened to all of my feedback and executed on it. Ever since I moved into my home in 2018 my heating never worked properly. My baseboard heaters would only heat one floor of the house. These guys came in, made the alterations to my specification, and provided their knowledge and handiness. Long story short, they fixed the ignition valve, added a self replenishing valve and added two properly sized purge valves to each floor. When it was all said and done. I got heating on both floors. They explained the system was air locked and didn’t have properly purging ability. These guys are amazing!

    We had a new vanity installed which also required opening the wall and fixing a lot of the plumbing. Matt & Jack did a great job. They called a couple of days in advance to let us know when they would arrive and arrived promptly. They did a great job and were neat and clean. Would definitely ask for them for any future work.

    I called about water flow not making its way up to the shower head. John came out so fast and found the simple, reasonably priced solution. He was also very pleasant to work with. I will be using them again to install a shower door for us. Fast, friendly and fair prices is so hard to find anymore. I found it today in these guys!!

    We contacted Bill Frusco Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning after hours on Sunday night. We discovered a leak under our sink. At the same time we figured we might as well replace the sink as I had been wanting to do this. I left a message with their service and they contacted literally first this Monday morning saying they could come out btw 8:30 and 9:30 that same morning! I was thrilled!I received a text with the technicians picture and name and he arrived right on time. EUREL was very courteous and considerate of our home. He was efficient and very clean as he worked. AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WOULD BE DOING. He actually needed a part to complete the job and instead of rescheduling us he went out to get the part himself. I am so happy with the way everything turned out! Our technician, EUREL, was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely recommend this company!I love my new Sink!!

    Evan did an awesome job fixing some cold and hot water lines running to my water heater. The space was tricky to work in and he was able to fix the water lines in a way that was better than the original installation. Checked everything twice before wrapping. The guy deserves a paid day off

    Matt and Evan were great. It was a big job but it got more difficult and complicated as the day went on due to unforeseen circumstances. They were courteous, respectful, and had a calm and professional attitude even though the job became larger and they had to stay until 9 pm to finish the job! They cleaned up and the place looked nicer than before. Also wanted to thank the additional crew that came over to help with the job…in total I had 7 plumbers on the job site. They worked together as a team to get the job done and they didn’t once seem to be frustrated despite being there so late. Thank you and would definitely recommend them for future work!

    Quick and efficient. I called for help on a Tuesday (New Years Eve), they came out the same day to assess the situation and ultimately order the part that was needed, then came back out on Thursday to replace/repair. Would recommend.

    They were terrific. they came out and figured out a complicated heating problem that required ordering a part. as soon as the part came in they were back at it and i was sure i would have to wait until monday but try wound up fixing it on a saturday. whenever i called i got to talk to a real person who was responsive and the repair people were outstanding.

    Had my faucet break and had no time to fix it myself. I was also having l dryer issues with a smell.John came out on a Friday afternoon and not only installed the faucet, but found that my dryer duct was basically disconnected and installed wrong (gotta love new construction).     Heater not engaging and Frusco heating came out about an hour and a half. Grayson did checkup and we need a new part. Part came in a day later than predicted and Grayson arrived and did installation very professionally. Did check afterwards that all connections were sealed and heater work well when turned on. I would definitely recommend.

He explained the process and parts of how the unit would be installed and broke down the cost of the installation. He also answered all of the questions we had about maintenance and warranties.     Our heat stopped working on a Sunday- it was cold and our usual plumber was not available. After A few calls we were able to contact Bill and his team and on Sunday no less, spoke to a real person who was very understanding and had one of their team members. A technician named Isaiah come again on a Sunday to take a look at our boiler. He identified the problem immediately and told us that it would need a new part and that on Monday he would make sure that it got ordered. On Monday the part was ordered on Wednesday The part arrived and by Thursday at noon, our heat was back up and running. This was an exceptionally good experience start to finish, but what I appreciated more than anything else was that at every step, I spoke with a real person who was prompt, courteous, and attentive to what could’ve been a much harder situation. We are so grateful to the team for the work they did and for reminding me and my wife that there are real businesses with real people doing really good work thank you.

    I highly recommend Bill Frusco for any HVAC needs. I contacted them regarding installing an exhaust fan in my bathroom and they were prompt in setting up an estimate and then an appointment to complete the work. The day of the job, the technicians (Brendan and Eugene) put on shoe covers before entering my house, quickly examined the room, and then placed a tarp on the ground leading to the bathroom to maintain cleanliness. The task took 5 hours total, including drilling through brick to install the vent, and drywalling. Im thoroughly impressed with everyone involved and I cant thank Brendan and Eugene enough.

    Love Frusco plumbing! This is the second urgent issue we have dealt with them and they are unfailingly polite, willing to work through options with us, and competent. Luis, the tech, arrived here less than a half hour after I called.     I have nothing but good things to say about Bill Frusco Plumbing/Heating. We just had our ancient oil boiler converted to a gas one and the whole process was smooth, timely, and pleasant.     I had a put a disposal in by Frusco in May 2020 replacing one that was put in February 2007 when I had my kitchen done. They both were incinerators. I was upset that it only lasted a little over four years. My husband, and I take care to not put any bones, etc. in it. I realized it wasn’t their fault. Sometimes things just don’t last. I have been a long time customer of Frusco Plumbing probably over 25 years. One thing about them they come out immediately. I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon, their service is great. The guys were nice. They did what they had to do and I have a new garbage disposal.

    Eurel just finished replacing our water heater, and he was terrific. The water heater is in one of those closets on the deck outside of our condo, so it is outside. And today is the coldest day we’ve had all year! Eurel didn’t complain about the cold at all — he just got to work and did the job. He made sure we understood the estimate, explained things as he went along, cleaned the rusty, mucky water from the overflow pan, and left the area as clean as it was when he arrived.     Every thing went well the girl at the office I think her name was Kristen was very polite and very understanding when your technician Matt came here everything was perfect.     Anthony was very quick to come over to take a look at my thermostat and AC unit. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly and fully explain to me what was going on so I had a good understanding. Everything was fixed by him and I am back with AC again!     Had the pleasure of having ace plumbing technician Evan in the house today for a very annoying kitchen faucet drip. He determined that a repair was not going to work and the faucet reached the end of its use and needed to be replaced. We were prepared for that possibility and he jumped right in to remove the defective unit and install a high quality replacement. During his inspection he concluded too that one of the shut off valves under the sink was not functioning and recommended it be replaced. Was very professional and aware that this would be added cost. Was totally up front for each of the related services costs and we took his professional assessment and agreed to get the job done right. He was efficient, neat and very polite.Another very satisfying experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Following the excellent installation of a new combi-boiler, Brendan sorted out my problem with the thermostat swiftly. I stress that there were no defects in the new installation. Mainly a couple of communication problems. Brendan managed things considerately so i didn’t need to make as many trips up and down stairs, and took care of programming the new thermostat so i didn’t need to run the risks of standing on the little steps.

    Fruscos team comes through with shining colors again. Grayson, Adam, and Luis worked hard for 7 hours installing the new boiler.
