    I hired Bob Costa to install a whole house Generac Standby Generator.As a career professional myself, I know what customer service is.Bob is a true professional, I say this based for his electrical expertise, perfect installation, excellent communication, ( he returned every one of my calls promptly), followup and customer service.Bob offered options for me to reduce costs on this project. Greatly appreciated, and he handled ALL aspects of the projects.His team was also skilled, courteous and left the job site clean.The project exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bob!!!

    We recently had R Costa Electric install a Generac generator at our home, and we were thoroughly impressed with their service. They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the technicians took the time to explain how the Generac system works and answer all our questions. They were also very courteous and respectful, which made the experience even more positive.We highly recommend R Costa Electric to anyone considering a generator installation.     I recently hired R. Costa Electric to install a Generac generator at my home, and was extremely impressed with their service. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently. The owner came over and took the time to explain how the Generac system works and answer my questions. I also hired R. Costa Electric to do electrical work inside my home and I can honestly say that his technician took the time to correct the mess that was done by someone else. He was extremely neat, professional and knowledgeable. I have never met a more honest and trustworthy company than this one. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an electrician to call R. Costa Electric. The service and knowledge are beyond belief and you wont be disappointed.

    Response to our call was prompt and courtesy. Electrician Matthew listen to our issue and immediately starting to investigate the problem. He covered all the possibilities and resolved the electrical issue. He explained in detail what our problem was. My husband said he was the best Electrician he ever meet. We would highly recommend this company.

    Rob Costa restores my faith in mankind. He and his electricians are great. He is always there for any electric work that I have to get done in the house no matter how big or how small. To be honest, over the years most of the work has been a series of small items. Rob has a big heart.This morning my wife called Rob about a blown circuit breaker and they repaired it right away. She never hesitates about calling the electrician because most of the time, she gets Rob on the phone.He and the people who work for his company are polite and professional.I would never hesitate recommending R Costa Electric.

    When hiring a contractor I do my homework so finding R Costa Electric was no accident. Their reviews are accurate; they simply are the best. To address the one negative review, I can 100% say they must have inadvertently reviewed the wrong business. Being honest, helpful, qualified, and personable are what sets Rob above the rest. Our initial conversation about the possibility of a whole house generator for me seemed out of reach and I was disappointed. Rob suggested he come out to assess the situation and was able to come up with an alternate solution that worked perfectly! He was easy to talk with and even helped me order the generator on the spot. He kept me apprised of parts on order and once the generator arrived, he was there the same day to install! He went through all the instructions with me, several times, to make sure I was comfortable using it. After such a positive experience, I asked him to do a few other jobs. He removed and hauled away 2 old fans and quickly installed new ones. While in the process of converting from an electric to propane stove, he coordinated with me, and the propane company, by switching out the plug so I was only without a stove for a minimal amount of time. He has done various other general repairs, some without me even asking and some helping me troubleshoot over the phone. He is a pleasure to work with but most importantly he is trustworthy and makes you feel comfortable that he will take care of everything...and he does. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Do not hesitate to talk with him about any size job or any need. They are qualified to handle it all. Thank you Rob for all your help! Im so relieved that I never have to go without power ever again!

    I highly recommend R. Costa Electric to anyone who needs a highly qualified and professional electrician. Rob and his crew installed 15 fire code recessed lights in my new home within 2 days. My place has never looked better!! The lighting is outstanding. In addition, he installed dimmer switches throughout that I can navigate from my phone or tablet. Thank you R. Costa!!

    I own a child care center and when you need an electrician, you need them asap! I can’t say enough about the level of service & quick response from Rob and team. In emergencies, he’s fit us in one way or other. One holiday weekend, he took my call while on vacation! Another time, I was standing in 12 inches of water in my basement & he was there at 9pm checking my sump pump. To say I blinked my eyes, and he already had our issue resolved in an understatement. His rates are always fair, the work is top notch & I highly recommend him!

    Had lost power in one side of the house and RC Acosta solved the problem. They came back the next day because the issue had come back and solved the problem for good. Very professional and reasonable with the prices. Will call them again for future projects !!
