We’ve worked with them on a few small household electrical repairs and replacements, and never felt that our requests were overlooked due to the size of the jobs. JEM replaced the main electric service line that runs from road to the house to the electric panel This was a big job that was handled very professionally. The JEM team was extremely responsive, provided a timely estimate, handled the permits, and completed the job beautifully. Very clean, a pleasure to work with!! JEM is in the top 1% of any contractor we have worked with, including electrical construction companies. We cant say enough good things about JEM Electric Inc! The best of the best!! JEM Electric is very dependable. They confirm their appointments with a call the day before and tell you exactly when they will arrive. They are also very careful not to make a mess and clean up after themselves. The workers made a good team working together very efficiently. Going forward, JEM Electric will now be my Electricians. We had sparks come out of a bedroom electrical outlet. I called, the guys were there within 2 hours. They were friendly, informative, honest & even checked out other outlets for us. They wore plastic coverings over their shoes so not to dirty up our house! And the cost was very fair & reasonable! 5 stars to JEM Electric!! Definitely recommend them!!!

The service professional was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and friendly. He installed a new electrical outlet behind my stove and replaced a large, bulky floor outlet with a low profile, in-floor outlet. Im planning to have JEM Electric replace or add new ceiling fans too. I give them my highest recommendation.

I would highly recommended JEM Electric Inc !! They are on time, they came to my house on short notice and fit me in on their busy schedule. They are easy to talk to. They point out great ideas, when going over the floor plan on where we should put electrical wiring with tv and etc. They put in ALL of my electric work to my house while it was being built and came back to do my basement renovation. Also they figured out a way to allow me to put in an gas/electric fireplace in my master bedroom by only making ONE hole (where I wanted an outlet anyways) to be able to run the electric my fireplace needed for my room. LOVE JEM Electric !!!

This is a long and well established company centered in the Fishkill area. Much of the electrical work in new construction in this area is being done by Jem.They are a pleasure to work with. They were responsive to my needs and were willing to offer suggestions to improve my service. Mike, the owner came to my house and emailed me a thorough and detailed estimate of my job. They did all the electrical installations in the Hopewell Glen development and Mike remembered doing mine.When his crew of 3 arrived at my house, we again discussed my job and I had some additions to suggest that I hadn’t thought of when Mike came.Kevin, the head of the crew was great to work with as were 2 younger guys with him. The work is still in progress and Kevin’s suggestions regarding re-wiring of some hanging lamps was very welcomed because it had to do with safety and the building code.It was extremely important to me to work with licensed electricians rather than non- licensed peopleWho might give a lower price. Electrical work must be done by experienced licensed professionals who stand by their work. One can feel a level of safety and comfort knowing that the work was done in compliance with local standard building codes.This firm gives me confidence and a feeling of safety.

I had a EV Charger installed on the wall in my garage for my new Car. Jem Electric was very helpful, they came to my house to spec the job out and the installation was done very Professional. Power Cables needed to run inside walls from Basement to the Charger mounted on the wall in the garage. Nice Clean install job of the charger, Cable runs and the added Circuit breaker. I would use them again for future electrical work.
