    I called Suncoast Plumbing for the first time when I had a leak on Sunday night and they had somebody over at my house on Monday morning. Our plumber, Joshua, was great. He was very friendly, trustworthy, and a good communicator. He explained the issue very well and advised us on the various options for solving the problem. After our decision, he completed the job very quickly and efficiently, keeping our cost to the minimum. It was a great first impression and they’ve certainly earned my business for the next time I have plumbing needs.

    I called on Sunday morning due to the fact of no hot water. John the tech was at my home within 2 hours. I decided to have a new hot water tank installed because my current tank was 18 years old.     Technician John arrived early, clean, cut, and friendly.He quickly determined the T/P valve was defective, procured one from his van and replaced it. He also repositioned the drain tube to where it should’ve been from the original installation.He worked efficiently and completely cleaned the area when done. While doing the work he explained what went wrong and had no problem answering some of my silly questions.I wish I could remember their names, (Laura and Marge?) the ladies who contacted me by phone. They both are an asset to Suncoast, professional, personable, and pleasant to talk with.Considering what I woke up to on Thanksgiving morning, the results were a whole lot better than imagined

    I just have to say Suncoast Plumbing is fantastic, I highly recommend them.I called at 1 PM and Mike was at my door at about 2:30 PM with the part needed to repair my 28 year old shower valve.My shower is now easy to turn on / off and to adjust the water temperature.Mike made it look so easy, the sign of a true professional.Job was completed within about 20 minutes and the price charged was very reasonable and fair.Same day service, who does that anymore, Suncoast does!

    The very painful sting of being faced with a major expenditure for a new hot water heater to replace my old leaky one, was lessened by the super service provided by Suncoast Plumbing. From Tara answering my initial phone call, to the young plumbing technician Danny, who arrived and did the actual hot water heater replacement, I could not have orchestrated a more customer oriented, knowledgeable, professional and just plain ole friendly group of folks.     We have been without drainage at our home for 11 days and after a disappointing experience with another company, we called Suncoast Plumbing. From the moment I called I felt confident that we were going to have a better result. Lane arrived that same afternoon and diagnosed our plumbing issue. He explained that we would be able to use our kitchen sink and laundry as it would not affect the leak until he returned in two days to complete the job. We are so grateful for Lane and Trevor’s hard work, and without complaint, as they crawled under our manufactured home. Suncoast Plumbing will be our first call for any plumbing work we need in the future.

    I requested a quick call to support a kitchen remodeling project. Suncoast was one of many plumbing companies called to support my urgent need and were the only ones who returned my call. Suncoast Plumbing evaluated their schedule and sent a technician out the same day. Techs arrived and were professional and courteous. Great service. My plumber of choice.

    I had some tricky plumbing problems and the plumbers from Suncoast Plumbing resolved them all! They had to return and fix additional problems that were caused by fixing the preceeding problems. All the men were great to work with and explained what had caused the leaks. I offered to clean the floor, but they did it themselves! They also charged far less than a company I had used in the past! You have a new customer for life, Suncoast Plumbing! Thanks so much for the great work and your professionalism.     I must say Suncoast was one the last company i called for my project, but they came in 1st !! They were able to see the project the next morning, and I got a quote that afternoon !!     Thank you again gentlemen for fixing it in a timely manner and for the reception Tara she is the bomb diggity staying on top of things!! The reason a 4 star, is because the other receptionist doesnt communicate with her coworkers, to know what is going on before she trys to schedule someone for a later date.     Suncoast did the original plumbing for our new build and when I called after I found some water damage under our bathroom sink, they were able to get a tech out that same afternoon who was able to find and fix the leak when a previous plumber couldn’t. Mike was the tech and he was very helpful and confident and was able to get everything squared away within a couple of hours. Great service, highly recommend!

    Chris and Zed did a fantastic job repairing the main sewer line under our home. In addition, they located and replaced an aged leaking water intake line saving unnecessary expense on future bills. This required extensive excavation and work under the home. This was a major job that they completed in 2 days.I cant say enough about their professionalism, punctuality, strong communication skills, and commitment to do the job right.     I found a faulty spigot outside - leaking and would not turn off. This was an old turn style spigot and was apparently stripped.I was scheduled for a repair on a Monday, but received a call from Cheyenne in the office to advise they’d had a cancellation and could do the repair on Friday afternoon. Scott responded - he was very polite and efficiently got to work replacing the spigot with a new quarter turn t handle.I have used Suncoast in the past to install a new water softener, hook up a dishwasher, and clear a clog in my plumbing lines. Each and every tech has been courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. All of my interactions with personnel has been equally satisfying. Will continue to use them for whatever problems arise and recommend them to others.

    They were able to come out and repair the wax ring on my toilet on the same day.I also didnt have to sit around the house the whole day like other companies make you do. Since I was a veteran they also gave me a discount. The cost of the service call and repair was not that expensive and the plumber was very polite and explained everything that was wrong and what he needed to do for the repair plus he cleaned up where the leak was. I would recommend Suncoast to everyone.

    Our kitchen faucet was leaking at the base, and we needed to replace, or repair it. We decided to buy a new one, but we couldnt install it by ourselves (bad backs:), so we called Suncoast Plumbing. Weve used them in the past, and have NEVER been disappointed. Bobby showed in the allotted time we were given. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. When he was finished installing the faucet he asked if we had our new phone book. I gave it to him, and to our happy surprise he cut out the $10 coupon so we were charged $10 less than what we thought wed have to pay. GREAT SERVICE. Quality performance.     I cant say enough positive things about Suncoast plumbing. We did a major garage conversion to living space and used a contractor who sub contracted Suncoast. They are just professional and precise and did flawless work. So we decided to call them for other plumbing work that another big plumbing business was never able to figure out despite a rather large bill.
