    We called on a Sunday and Tyler was there within a few hours. He came back on Monday, spoke with the county once we determined the issue was not on our property, and stayed once they showed up!     I had a problem with my old under the sink filtration water system leaking. After trying to fix it myself with no luck called and next day Mason a very nice young man came out. I decided to take unit out, he was good, quick, efficient and answered all my questions and very nice!!!! I am very pleased!! Also like that they have 24 hr service should I ever have an emergency. Thankyou!!!!

    Richard came to install a kitchen faucet and check on a slow drain in a bathtub . The faucet presented challenges but he had some great troubleshooting skills to overcome them. When addressing the tub drain he noticed a leak in the faucet as well which would have caused problems with water damage in the wall. He was knowledgeable, very experienced , down to earth and very friendly. The cost of the work was very fair. Your company was recommended by a neighbour, and we would gladly recommend your company to others.

    We recently had a bunch of indoor plumbing done on our 2x wide. Stuart showed up on time and was quick and very professional. He came back an hour later to check to make sure everything was good. He was very professional and personable. The price was better than other plumbers in the area. We will always use Bob’s for plumbing. Ask for Stuart , you can’t go wrong.

    Alan was wonderful. Was here within a half hour from our initial phonecall. He had the leaking kitchen faucet replaced with a new one that we had within 20 minutes. He was very courteous. Thank you for awesome service. We will definitely use you in the future.

    As a part time resident in Homosassa, it is refreshing to do business with people that do what they say they will do. We had an issue with a bathroom sink drain leaking. We had to replace all the hardware. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, the job was finished. Four days later, we had a bad sewer gas smell leaking into the house. We were less than 24 hours from leaving to go to our summer home. Tsacrios Plumbing dispatched a tech IMMEDIATELY and had a repair done within the hour (at no extra charge!) We could not be any more pleased with the staff at Bob Tsacrios Plunbing.

    Had a couple of slab leaks (in a year) in our 30+ year old house (the last one days before Milton), and Tyler recommended we repipe and bypass the copper. They surveyed where they were planning to go with the pipes. They (Tyler & Tyler) came out and ended up not needing to cut out as much drywall as anticipated; they worked diligently for 2 days and we had water again. Came back the following week and installed a new H2O heater & a couple faucet fixtures. They are knowledgeable, prompt and meticulous and very reasonably priced. They are my new go to plumbing company. Thanks guys!

    Called them on a Tuesday, explained the problem and explained that I didnt get paid until Friday. The person I was speaking with told me not a problem, and because if the nature of the problem put on the list as early as she could. The plumber that came out was very nice, and polite. Also showed me a problem at my meter, even though he couldnt shut the water off. Was still able to fix the problem, and gave me an estimate on 3 valves that need to be fixed. Can understand why they have been around so long. Great company to call for service.

    Fantastic service! Brian came when he said he would to quote installing a Tank-less Water Heater. The quote was very reasonable and his recommendation on where to install it was spot on. Their regular supplier for the model I wanted was out of stock and it would be more that a week to get the job done. Brian went the extra mile to search for other suppliers and found the model i wanted quick and installation was arranged. He even recommended an electrician and arranged for the electrical to be done the same day. The entire process from quote to installation was seamless and professional. I will use them for all my plumbing issues and will highly recommend them.

    I dont write many reviews but this company deserves it. They came out last December and spent many hours working on our plumbing issues. Fixed it completely! They were friendly, efficient and did great work. We have another leak (not their fault) in a different part of our house so we will be calling them today. Wouldnt use anyone else.

    Our hot water heater was flooding our garage and we needed emergency service. I called after hours and the tech I talked to from the company was knowledgeable, gave me options and gave me the time I needed to work around my schedule. He was polite, fast and really tidy. This is a great honest family owned company.

    Great service. I called with an issue with my garbage disposal, and they sent out a technician the next day. I also had the technician (Brian) look at my hot water heaters. Seeing they were over 13 years old , I ask Brian for a quote and had them both replaced the next day. Very professional crew, and cleaned up after the installation. Very highly recommended.

    Once I called the tech arrived within the hour. Allen was professional while still being friendly I felt very comfortable and confident almost as if I knew him forever. By the way he fixed plumbing problem in no time and did a great job. Hes my go to plumber.

    Tyler 2 came by on an emergency call for an irrigation pipe that broke. He was quick to identify the problem and fixed it right away. Thank you for coming out in a pinch! Not even a 15 minute turnaround. Wasn’t happy about the bill, but that was my own fault and expected to shell out a lot for a quick fix.

    I am so very happy with my experience with this company. I have well water and all of a sudden, no water at midnight. I called them at 8 a.m. and the lady who answered and took my info was so pleasant and helpful and assured me that someone would be there that day. 3 hours later Rolando was there and called me (I was at work). He told me what the problem was, what he was going to do and how much the cost. He called me when he was done and could not have been any nicer or friendlier or actually concerned with my situation. Because of my experience, I highly recommend this company and Rolando should be considered a valuable employee by this company.

    This is the second time Ive had to call Bobs for two totally different issues. Both times, they worked hard, were efficient and solved my problem quickly. I apologize that I dont remember the first employees name from back in April but he was very kind and pleasant. He knew exactly what i needed for a shower dripping and replaced the gaskets. Then tested it to be sure it was fixed. Because of this, I felt comfortable calling again with this new issue.Allen was here on Tuesday. He was very polite and respectful. He went above and beyond to dig up my tank and recommended a septic company to finish the job.There is a high level of trust here with this company and I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.

    From Tara the receptionist to Alan the plumber this business was awesome. They were the only company out of the 20 that I called( and I mean 20, I counted on my phone) that would come immediately to help me. I had a burst pipe pumping out gallons and gallons of city water. I am definitely recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing needs in this area. Very very satisfied. Good value, the pricing was not unreasonable in any way shape or form, and he had it done unless and then a half an hour.
