Marcia and I are delighted with our new home built by Troxel CustomHomes. Since we lived 150 miles away from the area where our new homewas to be built, it was important that we went with a builder who notonly does quality work but also has integrity, conscientiousness,attention to detail, and is trustworthy. In Troxel Custom Homes wefound all those qualities. From the initial planning stages throughthe final home orientation we felt we were in good hands with TCH.Although we could only visit the building site once every week or two,there were no concerns about being short-changed by the contractoror the labor. All work was done according to plan and communicationwas good throughout the process. We would recommend Troxel CustomHomes to anyone considering a quality new home build.

We hired Troxel Custom Homes in late 2013 to build our custom retirement home. We shopped several builders and picked Troxel because we wanted a quality built, high efficiency home. Of all the builders that we visited, Brian Troxel seemed to be the most knowledgeable about efficiency trade-offs.As with any purchase, there is a price vs. quality trade-off. Troxel custom homes guided us through our selections regarding space, materials, and features. We spent a little more than we had planned, but got everything that we wanted with no surprises. Troxels subcontractors and supplier/consultants where all top notch.Our home was completed in 2014, and we are very pleased with the results. There were minimal surprises due to Troxels systematic approach to the design and specification. Any issues have been quickly and cheerfully corrected. The energy efficiency has exceeded our expectations. Brian and Kris Troxel have a great home building template that extends from the first contact to well after the home is completed. We have been very satisfied.
