The Pine Creek team was a pleasure to work with. Although we have been longtime homeowners, this was the first time we “built” a home from the ground up. Bill, Matt, Dia and Scott patiently walked us through each step, and kept us fully informed along the way, which was important because at the time the house was being built, we were out of state. Pine Creek uses a website that carefully documents the process with photos, budgets, change-orders and correspondence. They came in on-budget, and when there were some savings on certain expenses, such as the cost associated with digging a well, they passed them along. The work was high quality and the Pine Creek team was very responsive to any questions we had. I am happy to recommend them.

Working with Pine Creek was a fantastic experience. We had never built a house (and probably never will again), so we needed this to go well. In addition, we were living out-of-state during the whole process, so communication was especially important. At all levels — planning, design, and construction— the experience was great. Communication was always facilitated quickly and effectively through phone, videoconferencing, and the very helpful Buildertrend app. We always felt like we were part of the process, even though we were 200 miles away. The final product is exactly what we envisioned. I should add that one of our priorities was that the house be as energy efficient as possible. Our all-electric house is incredibly efficient, which we can already see in our utility bills. We also wanted to age in place, and we really appreciate that our entire first floor is designed with that in mind. We were doing an uncommon thing— building a new house right in the heart of Holland that harmonized with the neighborhood. Two months in, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We recommend Pine Creek Construction wholeheartedly and unreservedly. If you want to build in West Michigan, I don’t know why you would choose anyone else.

We had a tricky problem with a sagging garage roof and an uneven concrete floor. We wanted to replace the garage doors but first we definitely needed to have the problems remediated which was handled with expertise by the Pine Creek crew. They were friendly and careful and cleaned up every day before they left. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I recently had my old, dilapidated wooden deck, replaced with a new Trex deck. I am so impressed with the professional Service team at Pine Creek construction company. They totally listened to my needs and any concerns I had, pre-construction. The gentleman that came out to do the services were on time, kind, professional, cleaned up perfect, and did an amazing job on both my deck and replacing the weatherworn trim around my garage door in service store. I could not be happier! I highly recommend this business! I have reached out to Pine Creek construction to possibly remodel my kitchen next year – 2024.
