Great company to deal with. They were recommended by a friend so gave them a call to check out a clogged drain line. Very friendly over the phone and in person. They was even able to come out same day but I had to push out a couple days to accommodate them. Came out on time as scheduled and did very thorough inspection to see why this was a repeat problem and got us fixed up quickly. Will call again.

We have used Sauciers Plumbing numerous times over the last few months to repair problems our contractor messed up after the flood. Weve worked with many of their employees and all of them have been professional and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and perform high quality work. In dealing with other sub-contractors during the re-building process there was a lack of communication, but Sauciers Plumbing has been very easy to contact and always responds quickly when we email or call.

Sammy Saucier came to my home the minute I called. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Informed me that my water heater was under warranty when I had no idea and that all parts would be covered under the warranty. Excellent customer service and just a friendly guy. Would recommend Saucier Plumbing to anyone.

I am very pleased with Sauciers Plumbing. My appointment was at 3 pm. They arrived at 2:57 pm. The Saucier employee was excellent. He was very customer service oriented. He promptly located and repaired the multiple breaks from frozen pipes. I would definitely use them again and I strongly encourage YOU to use Saucier Plumbing.

Sauciers came out in my time of need, due to a busted drain pipe under the slab of my house. While this was devastating time for me John and Sammy where very helpful. They responded to my home and repaired the problem which consisted of cutting up my patio and driveway. Within 4 days of my initial call Sauciers was through with my job. The quality of work was good. I had a few issues with pricing however between John and Sammy we were able to sort everything out and come to agreeable terms.

Mr. Saucier was prompt, efficient, and succeeded quickly in fixing our plumbing problem. He had to climb under our house which is on piers in freezing weather. We were very impressed with his service.

Saucier’s ran a gas line to our home last week and we had a great experience. I got quotes from multiple plumbing companies. Honestly it seems hard to find people who will even return calls right now. Saucier’s was not only the most responsive and competitively priced, but also had the most knowledgeable employees who came to look at the project.Unfortunately it has been raining like crazy in the days leading up the work, but they left our yard with minimal marks and took extra care to clean up after their work in general.Thanks Saucier’s!
