    I have used Pickle for 3 projects in my home. I added a half bath and renovated the master suite and moved an outside spigot to a more accessible location. I thought these projects would be a huge, drawn out process. Dillon and the folks at Pickle made these projects smooth and expedient. All projects have exceeded my expectations mostly because of the attention to detail and masterful skills, not to mention the delightful personalities. I highly recommend.

    Dillon showed up on time this morning and looked at our issue. The recommendation was to replace the water tank and add a softener.He was very thorough and explained everything as to why it was his recommendation.He gave me a quote and made a phone call and was able to get everything installed today.They were very quick with the install and clean. Some of the best work I have seen.I will be using Pickleā€™s plumbing for future installations.

    Todd did a great job with our sewer inspection. He was very professional and easy to work with. He took the extra time to explain what we was doing, answer all my questions, and make sure I had all the information. On top of being helpful and professional for what I needed today, it also sounds like the people that own and work for this company are good human beings which is sometimes hard to find these days.Todd also made sure to clean up after himself, which you dont always get when someone comes into your home for this sort of thing. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends and clients! Ill definitely be working with them in the future!

    Our hot water heater went out on a holiday week, I called and someone was out to my house to diagnose within an hour. By the end of the day, I had a new hot water heater. Great work, very professional. Would recommend 10/10.

    Had Spencer with pickles plumbing out today, had been fighting some root build up and clogging in my main line, fought it myself for afew days and decided I needed a professional to come handle what I couldnt. Called afew places and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks, Pickles sent Spencer out the very next morning, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in the unique issues of my 1960s house plumbing.I have always recommended Pickles because of their family business structure but I finally got to use them myself. I will continue to recommend them as a local family owned business!

    My house was built in 1967. Weve lived in it for 7 years.I wish I knew about Pickles Plumbing when we first moved here. Unfortunately we went through some very expensive and horribly ineffective Plumbing companies (i.e. the pink trucks )...We have a septic system with 2 tanks! We moved our washer and dryer to the basement from the garage... a different plumber hooked it up so that the water from the washer drained into our sump pump pit. Seemed like a good idea... until all of the silt and junk just created a mess... a really nasty smelling mess too.Tried different ways to remedy the situation.Dillon with Pickles came over... took some thinking and some decisions... but its been fixed with a weird drain-o-saur device.All I have to do now is clean a small little filter every month or so.Every Plumbing job in my house now will become a Pickles job.

    This was our first experience with Pickles Plumbing (Holden, Mo). I called and the same day I had a tech (Dillion) on the job within two hours. Had our plumbing issue fixed within thirty minutes.     Todd and Sam came to check out our water heater. I recently installed it myself but had water coming out of the access panels. Not knowing what the problem was I called pickle Plumbing to come see what the problem was. Todd told me that I bought a defective water heater. They checked the water pressure coming into the house and gave me some helpful tips if I decided to change it again myself. I would highly recommend pickle Plumbing for any Plumbing needs.

    We live in a very old house - 124 years old this year. It is expected that we have some old house problems. The concern is that every issue could start a cascade of problems that would sink us financially or destroy the house. We started with a sewer leak from an upstairs bathroom. Spencer took great care is repairing the problem leaving the house, and particularly that vintage bathroom, structurally in tact. Unfortunately, fixing that problem revealed a much older problem with the main sewer line. Todd came quickly, methodically found the problem, carefully excavated the pipe failure and repaired it with little to no damage to the foundation. These guys went above and beyond. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and these guys were worth every penny. Well done!

    Our washing machine and dryer both stopped working this past labor day. When I pulled the washer out I found a leak. Called Pickles Plumbing and was able to get technician Todd here in 45 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did a fantastic job and also discovered an electrical issue. Jerry from Pickles Plumbing came the next day and corrected our electrical problem. He even hooked up our new washer! I definitely recommend Pickles Plumbing!!! They both stayed true on their estimate. Thank you guys.

    We had a toilet that would not flush down. Late on Saturday night. We did everything we knew to do. I called several plumbers and they just cost too much for us living on Social Security. Then I got a call from PICKLES PLUMBING/Joe Young he said he could be here in the morning and then we would not have to pay for the weekend charge. Ok I said I will see you in the morning. Right at 10:00 they were here and got right to work and it didnt take very long at all and I was a happy camper. My toilet now flushed. To me they are life savers. Total time they were here 30 minutes or less.Don and I are very happy of the service they gave us. Ill be telling anyone who needs a plumber to give them a call first dont waste your time on any of the others. They are local have to support local to keep them around. Thank you very much.     Our plumber Todd was very knowledgeable and informative. He addressed all my concerns on the problems we called them out for without him being aggressive or upselling unnecessary items. Called them out for possible pipe leak and turned out to be something way simpler.Super friendly and nice gentleman. Would definitely use in the future for any of our needs!!Bonus - only $60 to show up and we live in North KC by Zona Rosa. If I had chose to do the extra work they recommended this would apply towards the actual repair. But we rent so declined the additional.

    Wholly pickle!?!? My basement began to flood because my main line to the septic was clogged. I was referred to Pickles and all I can say is Awesome!!! I called in the morning and they showed up a couple hours later. They new the pickle I was in, my belongings in the basement sitting in what I wish was pickle juice rather than the other. Todd went straight to work and all drains started working again within 15 minutes. Well worth the cost for the amazing customer service, professionalism, and integrity.     5 stars from start to finish! Someone suggested them on a community page so I called. Very friendly and courteous on the phone setting up the appointment to fix a clogged pipe from our kitchen.They showed up within the time slot they provided. After seeing the problems we were having, the plumber gave us 3 options to resolve them and the cost for each. After choosing what option we wanted to go with, he went to work and fixed our clogged pipe.When the gentleman was finished, he cleaned up what little water there was, went over the bill again then left. He was a very friendly, outstanding and respectful individual. Again, hands down, 5 stars!

    We had been without hot water 2 days, due to our hot water tank going out. It was still under warranty. Dillon was out the next day after speaking with them. I was never so happy to see anyone. He removed our tank, returned it to swap it out and reinstalled the new one. Found a leaky valve and replaced that too. The whole situation was stressful for us. He handled it very efficiently.     Pickleā€™s Plumbing was referred to me after receiving bids for a water service line leak that were more than $10,000. I was frustrated because it didnā€™t make sense that the bids were so high, I didnā€™t want to replace more than 10 feet of the line, and my property management company couldnā€™t explain it either. I called Pickleā€™s Plumbing and they had room on their schedule for same day evaluation. Dillon calls me up and says there are some loose fittings at the meter and he can fix it on the spot. He fixed the leak for less than $200! They saved me thousands and could have easily billed me more than they did, considering I was traveling at the time, couldnā€™t see the property, and Iā€™d already received several bids for $5k and up. Pickleā€™s Plumbing has earned my business and I wonā€™t be using anyone else.

    We have a plumbing emergency and the second Paula answered I knew it would be a good experience. She was super kind and helpful. She took my information and promised to call as soon as she spoke to the technician to see when he could make it. Less than 10 mins she called and let me know he could make it that night.     Pickles Plumbing is the best around! I had a LOT of businesses out to quote repair of a leaking shower, and I was told multiple times the entire shower needed to be replaced. The estimates were so high (upwards of $10,000) that I did not get the work done and had about given up. Then I saw Pickles Plumbing advertised at a Mavericks game and decided to give them a shot. When Dillon looked at my shower he said it did NOT need to be demod and replaced at all! He repaired it for 10% of what others quoted. He was professional and efficient.
