    Where to begin?! We woke up to what we thought to be a cesspool back up in our home. After a call to JET we learned we had more of a problem then just a back up. The tech was able to see that the waste line had disconnected. Not only was the JET team super fast to diagnose the problem, they were able to fix it that day! They worked into that night, a Saturday night to be exact to fix our issues. They were super friendly and honest. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that has a small issue or even big one like us. They were great!

    Jet Cesspool was able to send a team out to my dads house in Ronkonkoma on short notice. Nick was able to quickly assess the situation, clearly communicate the facts, and provide recommendations for the most practical path forward. He did not try to upsell us!     I needed my septic system pumped in an emergency today. I called Jet and spoke with Nick and he was friendly and very helpful and said he could have someone over within the hour. Jack arrived and went right to work. Pumped my tank and cleared a pipe clog. These guys were friendly and professional. Fairly priced and i will 100% use them exclusively in the future. Thanks guys i am glad to have piece of mind that my system is running as intended.

    We needed to have our cesspool located, I called a bunch of other companies, and every one of them tried to sell me other services even after I told them Were not having a problem with our system! ( So frustrating) But JET didnt do all of that. They located my cesspool and told me I was good to move forward with my landscaping designs, and the price was very good. I would/ will recommend them moving forward. Jack,Chris,and Will are a great crew. Very professional.

    Called earlier today to set up an appointment for Jet to come look at the cesspool at our new home to see where we stood in terms of condition & fill capacity. They were here a few hours later!     I used Jet Cesspool Service to aerate my cesspool. The tech who came to my house, Jack, was a real gentleman. He explained what was necessary and why, took the time to explain my options, and did the work quickly and professionally.The customer service rep who took my initial call was top notch. He said the tech would be at my house within forty five minutes, and almost to the minute the truck pulled up.The service was fast, efficient and, I thought, very fairly priced.My only complaint about the whole thing, start to finish, was at the time of my call I asked the price, which was given. The tech, Jack, quoted and charged the same price, except there was a thirty dollar service charge, on top of the quoted and charged price. Usually a service charge is included in the price, but charged if you decline the service. In payment for a tech coming to the house. This is the first time I can remember paying a service charge in addition to cost of the work. But maybe thats just me.I would still use them again because they came right away and on time, did a great job, sent a tech who knew his stuff, and even with the service charge, was a fair value.

    Nick was a pleasure to work with, called once and it was flawless thereafter. The best price to complete my above the ground, exterior, cracked and rusted oil tank. Quality service and excellent customer service. Arrived before the scheduled time, was on his schedule with in a day and he educated me on a tax break for the service.     I had a sewer backup, which was pretty disgusting. I posted the job on angies list and within milliseconds of hitting submit I received a prompt call. He came right away and jet streamed my sewer line. There were issues he ran in to but immediately resolved them. At the end of the day, they were prompt in their response, did quick work (but from what I saw was quality work), and resolved the issue. Hopefully I never see them again!

    Just bought my house in patchogue,started to have a smell coming up from what seems to be my cesspool. don’t know when was the last time it was empty which I’m pretty sure years ago I looked up on Google and I found Jet cesspool company look up their reviews and their reviews are five stars.I called them and they happen to be right in the area, and they was able to come to me within less than three hours Jack and Willie was who came and they did an amazing job.couldn’t believe what I seen them took out of that cesspool it was amazing.     There is no other company that I would ever call! Nick and Collin were amazing! I called and they came in 20min. Professional, respectful, honest, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They are very knowledgable and go above and beyond to ensure all issues are solved. I had a problem with a basement bathroom and couldnt figure out where the trap was. They were able to find it and locate a separate cesspool that I did not know I had. I even had a professional plumber come here before them who was not able to do what they did. My system is back up and running clog free. Thank you for ALL you did. Like I said before, there is no other company that I would ever call and anyone who hires them will agree.
