When Hurricane Milton flooded our home Elite Restoration came to the rescue. Lawrence was an absolute God send. He and Diego helped us with quickly demo the walls and get all the the high risk items out of the home (there were many). The team worked quickly and efficiently all while taking care of our remaining items in the process. They had a structured process for documenting the project which also made it easy for the insurance adjuster. Would not blink twice about using them again.

Gab the salesman made his first visit immediately and evaluated the situation and was able to put together the plan for restoration. The crew was able to come the following day as immediate work was not required. The crew was big enough to take care of the entire job in one day. The crew was polite and respectful and clean working. Precautions were taken to not damage surrounding areas. They left the premises neat and clean. All debris was disposed of leaving me whole. I felt the pricing was competitive. The office staff was helpful and knew about the project. Jessica of the office made sure I was satisfied too.

Elite restoration is professional, communicative, and efficient. We noticed a musty smell in our home, and thinking it was mold, we called the company based on its outstanding reviews. Lawrence, the project manager, came in and found that we had animal feces (shrews which are similar to groundhogs) in the crawlspace of our basement that was causing this smell. The team came to clean up the insulation where the animals had gotten in and removed all feces, as well as installed new insulation. They were clean and thorough. Lawrence was available anytime we had a question or concern, and went above and beyond to make sure that the smell was completely gone.On top of all of their hard work, elite restorations sent us a beautiful box full of baby blankets, socks, and other items as I was about to give birth during the time they completed the work. It was such a thoughtful gesture that most companies wouldn’t have even thought to do. My husband and I were so touched by this gift.Call elite restorations!! Elite Restoration is excellent! Lawrence spent an hour assessing and thoroughly documenting the water damage in our attic. He was able to identify the source of the issue and recommend a solution before he left. He took about 50 pics and performed diagnostics to make sure we had no further damage in other areas. He provided a detailed report afterward going over everything he saw. Cannot recommend Elite Restoration enough!!! Five stars. We will absolutely use them again!

From the first Call to Etite restoration To the end of working with them, I couldn’t have been more impressed. They were professional, communication was clear and concise, and everyone from the team came into my house and treated it with the respect as if it was theirs, which means a lot to me.Melise, the mitigation manager was amazing. She put us at ease letting us know All the steps that were going to be happening. Through her communication skills we Knew we were going to be OK.Gabriel was excellent making sure that further damage wasn’t caused as counters had to be moved around as several of them had to be brought outside Along with a lot of bags of construction material.Josh who is the crew chief was even more impressive. He made sure that he removed all areas of my kitchen and bathroom that were damaged by the water. He further treated and dried out all those areas and checked and rechecked, making sure that it was fully dried and safe for the upcoming contractors.I have had an Issue in the past needing a mitigation team and I could tell you my house looks like Swiss cheese. Now the case with Elite Restoration!

She walked me through the process. We set up the next day. To clean my home . She came with a big crew to clean my whole house. Elite restoration dealt with the whole insurance process during this. This terrible time. The whole team was great from start to finish. I would recommend elite restoration they were phenomenal.

I would highly, highly recommend Elite Restoration (especially Lawrence!) to anyone in need. We had flooding in our basement on a Sunday due to a broken water heater. There was both water and oil damage in our basement and a terrible smell in our house. Elite was the only company that answered our call on a Sunday and arrived at our house very quickly. Lawrence was very diligent, clean and helpful in explaining the steps he would take to ensure our house was safe. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the insurance process, which was extremely helpful. Lawrence responded to all calls and texts quickly throughout the course of the project (as well as before and after the project). The whole clean up team did an amazing job cleaning our basement and salvageable belongings within 24 hours. Thank you to Lawrence and the Elite team for helping us through this scary situation and making us feel at peace and safe in our home.

Elite saved our brand new home after a fire that happened shortly after we moved in. After a disappointing runaround with another restoration company, my insurance adjuster told us to work with Elite - he said theyre the best in the biz and he was right. Lawrence and Melise showed up the day we called and walked us through the entire clean-up/restoration process and what to expect at every turn. Melise was my point person and was responsive and thorough throughout the whole process; she also gave us great referrals to other service providers to help make sure our apartment felt like new again after everyone was done. The office staff stayed in touch as well; I felt like the whole company was dedicated to putting my home back together and answering my questions. And to save the best for last, Edward and his cleaning crew provided the most detailed cleaning I couldve imagined. Their attention to detail and the extreme care they took with our home and our possessions was so appreciated and not something Ill soon forget. Our windows look even better than they did before the fire!! Elite treated our home like it was their own, and after such a traumatic event that was exactly the level of service we needed. 11/10 would recommend.

I cant thank this company enough! I had a flood in my basement due to a broken pipe which was so upsetting but as soon as i reached out someone came to my house immediately. Starting from Lawrence, he came assessed the issue and made sure he was right on top of it as it was such a stressful time for me. Their crew had to remove all my belongs, rip up the floor and walls and treat the area. He was so thorough and professional and sweet at that and helped put my mind at ease that everything will be taking care of and properly. The day my storage pod had to be packed up Eddie came by to help put my belongings back. Him and the crew he was with did such an immaculate job putting everything back, even the crew that packed it up. I felt so comfortable that all my belongings were safe and packaged up the right way. I have a home near the beach in Massachusetts. I had a major roof leak from a storm that came through 2 floors of my home, and didnt know what to do, as I called dozens of contractors (none of which could be to my home anytime soon).I found Elite online, called, and Bob answered on the first ring. He had his colleague, Jeff, out to my house the following morning. From that call, and through the whole process, the service was amazing.I want from being in a panic with a major issue, to being completely taken care of. Bob and Jeff helped with my insurance, and all of the repairs (which were a lot!!). Through the whole process, they were always available, responsive (they almost always answer their phone on the 1st ring!) and would text updates often. I always knew what was happening, and when it would be complete. Bob even came over on a Friday night because he was worried about a rain storm and more water coming in, and wanted to check on the roof tarps. They really went above my expectations.The best part is, when people come over, they say it looks the same. Elite brought the house back to the original look, exactly like they said they would.I owe many thanks to Job, Jeff, and the Elite team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team at Elite Restoration and Construction Inc have been phenomenal at every stage of our cleanup. On Christmas Eve, a sprinkler system pipe burst at my hotel, a SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and flooded 3 floors, damaged 20 rooms, and soaked my fitness center and electrical room. Of all the companies we tried to call over the holiday season, Elite was the only one to respond and they went out of their way to show up promptly, some of them driving 23 hours straight. I really loved how personal and professional they were. The owner of the company even showed up to help guide us through this process and ease any concerns or stress we had. Thank you, guys! It has been raining here A LOT. When my plumber came out to replace my hot water heater. He alerted me that I had a LARGE puddle in my basement. Last year, I went through a nightmare with a MAJOR flood in my basement. Very expensive. Tons of inspectors. Black mold. Bugs. Never again! I knew I had to deal with this immediately.I called Elite. They came out that day. They removed the water, sprayed the area to prevent mold & bugs, and put in a dehumidifier for two days. I have an industrial dehumidifier that had stopped working. To Whom it May Concern,Even before I met Melise Gonzalez, we were trying to work out a time for when she could take a look at the damage. I was driving home in traffic and our time changed multiple times. Melise was flexible and patient. When she arrived, she was professional, thorough and explained to me in a very clear way where the leak could have come from, the risks of mold and a detailed description of the process that Elite would undertake. A personal moment: I had a very large rug in the kitchen that was damaged by the water. I couldnt move it. Melise knew it would start to mold and rolled up the carpet and dragged it outside for me. It was a kind thing to do. I offered her a tip and she politely refused.Melise kept us informed every step of the way. She took my calls and a lot of my texts with multiple questions, sometimes the same questions. She is extremely understanding of the person (me) who has never gone through this kind of damage to their home. Its traumatizing. Right to the very last day, Melise managed the team and my understanding/expectations of what needed to be and what was done. The team was polite and well managed. Melise was onsite I think every day which was quite comforting for us which meant she took responsibility for the work being done. I have to also point out that Lawrence Dorch was also professional and polite. Josh, whos last name I dont have, was also pleasant to work with. Melise manages a good team.In what is proving to be a difficult experience, I appreciate the professionalism and support that Melise and team have provided. Elite was prompt and did a good job. Eddie was a very a nice and professional guy who listened to my worries and made sure my basement was taken care of. He even contacted me a week or two after to make sure everything was ok. My basement still had the smell of my waste pipe breaking and needed to be bleached down and that killed the mildew and smell. Eddie came and cut an access for the plumber to be able to remove and replace that cast iron old pipe. They worked directly with my ins co which was nice as well. Matt was also very professional and a really nice guy. Thanks guys for all your help.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Kristen Neckles from Elite Restoration and the crew that helped restore my house from a heating accident (long story, but basically fire/smoke damage, hvac damage, etc). I was going through a hard time and wasn’t well versed with construction and insurance terms, how the industry worked in general, or how to proceed with repairs. Kristen was very patient and kind in explaining everything to me and was always courteous and friendly. When you need to go through a restoration company, it probably means you just went through a somewhat big, unprecedented event (hello crisis). At a time like this, having someone that can walk you through the process intelligently that also shows compassion and kindness is priceless. Eduardo Camacho and crew that came in to help clean the smoke damage and do repairs were very professional, detailed, and hardworking. They were respectful and always went above and beyond. It’s been a pleasure working with this team - they essentially restored the house back to what it was before the accident. No one ever wants a flood in their finished basement, but should this happen to you, use Elite. They came when promised, were fun to work with, cleaned up as they went, were cooperative about requests, etc. I could go on and on but suffice it to say they are the best! Travis and Jason and the entire team not only drove over 1000 literal miles to help out in Texas after our crazy week of winter knocked out the power and broke the water and sprinkler pipes, they went the extra proverbial mile for us at the Keller church of Christ. They were so professional and knowledgeable, we trusted them and their work from the minute they arrived. They did everything they said they would do and so much more. They were quick and efficient, but perfectly thorough. They were polite and thoughtful the whole week they were here. My best example of their level of care is that after they had detached every pew (about 60 or more of them) from the floor to scrape up the carpet that had been completely glued to the concrete, they reattached every single pew so that the congregation could still use the auditorium for worship. They didnt have to do that, and we didnt ask. They just took care of that for us. Afterward they have diligently kept up with communication with our insurance company. Call them. You need them.

Jessica and Nicole were a pleasure to deal with after my investment property had a boiler fire. They were prompt in getting out there and starting the cleanup. The next detail is what separates this company from the rest. While the cleanup was going on, I got daily updates and progress check-ins which was very assuring. Because of their hardwork, I was able to have Construction started just about a week after the fire. I would hands down recommend their team. I had a partial flooding in my basement yesterday. Frantically searching on Google for a reputable company that specializes in water damage, I came across Elite Restoration and having read the reviews on Google, it was certainly worth me giving them a try. It says they are 24 hours which is great to hear. Having called them this morning and spoken to Kasey and Jessica, they were able to get someone out today to at least assess the situation. Melise came by promptly within the window that was given to me. She was extremely courteous and respectful when coming into the home. She even offered to go back to her truck to get the disposable shoe cover. While surveying the bathroom where we thought the leak could have happened, she was able to use some type of moisture sensor reader to confirm it didnt come from the bathroom. She tried her best to diagnose where the leak would have originated in the basement. She used the moisture sensor in addition to a thermal camera and put our mind at ease that it didnt come from any specific pipe and tested our walls as well. While we eventually couldnt pinpoint the source, she was extremely diligent and tended to our questions every step of the way. I definitely do recommend them and I will be holding onto their business card for sure.

My husband and I are so great full for people from Elite Restoration who turned a nightmare situation into a dream. We awoke to find our first floor completely flooded from a burst water line, and we had no clue what to do or where to begin. When we called Elite Restoration, Dawn helped to calm us down and promised to help. She arranged to have a crew come right away, and within an hour they arrived. Dawn also arranged for a plumber to be dispatched. As first time homeowners, Dawn guided us through the process with the insurance company and made everything quite easy. One million thanks Dawn! Our restoration crew was headed by Melise. She is excellent at her job and quite reassuring. From the moment she arrived, Melise took charge and handled everything you think of. Melise and her crew not only helped to mitigate the damage, but also took all of the necessary photo and measurements for the insurance company. Elite Restoration helped to secure a storage container and did a professional job packing and wrapping our belongings and furniture. From the time they arrived, to the time they left, we didn’t have to lift a finger. They always arrived on time and were courteous to all of our requests.
