    The service and support from the young tech and his colleague from Hobbs was amazing! From the front desk, dispatcher and to technicians, the communication and assurance were great and prompt. They eased my anxiety about the issues for our system. They said what they would do, and did what they said they would do. We are so pleased even though the issues are beyond their scope but they went out of their way to help. Impressed!

    Like lots of people, I don’t typically write reviews, but this is a start because I know that’s the first place I go (i.e., reviews) when trying to find help with a project or to purchase items. Anyways, recently, our 70+ year-old, cast-iron sewer line backed up and we needed help. The folks at Master Plumbers quickly responded to our call. Two technicians, Dakota and Luis, attempted to resolve the issue by snaking the line, but they discovered with their camera and other equipment that tree roots were the problem and will continue to only get worse. Dakota provided an estimate and since it was Thanksgiving week sent other technicians several days later, which were Nestor and Jaime. Those two were amicable, professional, and completed the projects of replacing the sewer and water (or galvanized pipes) lines in a timely manner. When they told us the plumbing work was complete, they stated everything was working properly. In a few instances, they went above and beyond what was required. If we ever need to call Master Plumbers again, I will request Nestor and Jaime!

    Master Plumbers were are a little pricey but provide good quality, good value, are professional, responsive and always on time.     Having bought a home that was a bit older and knew from inspections there were a couple of plumbing issues the first day moving had a sudden plumbing disaster, found out in addition that both water heaters didn’t work etc. most plumbers couldn’t come for weeks. I called Master Plumbers sent team out went over inspection list gave me quotes I approved n they went to work. More plumbing surprises kept occurring, as we would find pipes leaking when first turned on etc. They have come out every day as I find something new and call! Their work, professional knowledge and skills, and total courtesy and kindness have been the exemplary! They will always have my business!     Came quickly to look at issue. Came after hours the next day (with no after hours charge) to install the new parts since they got hung up at the pervious job and didnt make it before 5. Put up with an inquisitive 3 year old watching and asking questions the whole time.     They were very knowledgeable and showed me what was going on with everything. They came out and were supposed to inspect everything before me moved in the house almost a year later and we were still having issues. We shouldn’t have to call you every three months for an issue that should have been solved the first time your guys came out. Rene and Ethen were great. Rene made sure I looked at the camera and told me what the problem was. If we would have been told this in the beginning it would have been nice. Mars was very nice on the phone and I appreciate her letting me know when someone would be here at my house. Rene was very professional. Thank you and I hope I don’t see ya for awhile.

    We contacted Master Plumbers because we needed a valve replaced in our faucet. We tried find the part ourselves but were unable to locate it. We had to turn off the water because we could not turn off the faucet.Master Plumbers came out and offered several options but did not do anything without our consent. They had to send someone after hours because we contacted them late.The young man took care of the problem, made sure we had water, and that everything was working before he left.He was efficient, respectful, and took time to explain what needed to be done.He did a great job.

    Drain cleaning really doesnt describe what Iram had to do to resolve the issues I had with the clogged lines in the guest bathroom today. He quickly got the commode flushing well again. But the slow tub drain turned out to be much more involved with a very unusual problem. Iram never gave up, and he worked so hard to find the answer.     We live in a small town just south of the Texas-New Mexico border. We had a major plumbing issue requiring the replacement of drain lines, and had little success in locating a plumber nearby to do the job.
