Brian came out within 15 minutes because my hot water heater was leaking and it was gas. So he very well described what I do for a new waterheater. And the next morning Derek and Dakota showed up dismantled the old hot water heater hooked up a new one. All three gentlemen were cleanly dressed ,professional language. I was truly impressed with these 3 gentlemen.. I will definitely request these gentlemen in the future.

Kenzie Plumbing did a great job getting my hot water heater functioning very fast again. I called Monday morning & the tech -Trenton came that afternoon after I got off work. He had it working within thirty minutes & he flushed it out. I had hot water within an hour-thanks to Trenton.

I recently bought a fridge, washer, and dryer from Lowe’s for a house we just purchased. The hose to the washer was fused to the fitting, and Lowe’s couldn’t unscrew the hose. They therefore decided to not hook up the washer and let me deal with it. When they went to install the water line on the fridge the shut off valve fell off, so they didn’t hook up the fridge either. In desperation, I called Kenzie Plumbing and talked with Destiny. She was so friendly and understanding, and sent a plumber out to me in about 2 hours. Justin came to the house and went above and beyond to Hooke up the appliances that I had originally paid Lowe’s to hook up. Thank you soo much Kenzie Plumbing!!!!Kenzie did it again! They offered me a free house inspection and even checked my sewer! They found my water heater leaking and changed it that day!!! Thanks Brian, Isaac, and Jonathan! You all were insanely awesome!

Highly recommend Kenzie plumbing to anyone needing their services. They did an exceptional job in my moms home. From the time I contacted them to the time someone came out to see about the problem was quicker than expected. Diagnosis of the problem did not take long and work to repair the problem began immediately. Victor (individual in charge) went above and beyond on more than one occasion to make the process easier and financially feasible. Work performed was always explained in detail and all questions answered to our satisfaction. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, as well as, professional. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest level of competency, this company scores a 10.

I have used Kenzie twice this year and have been very happy with their service! Today (11/10/21) a friend of mine replaced my kitchen faucet, but there were still leaks when he was done. Due to my chemo treatment tomorrow, they managed to work me in. Not many businesses will do that these days. Trenton was very courteous and professional and went above and beyond to make the needed repairs. Their prices have always been reasonable too. Thank you Kenzie, you will continue to have my business!

Brian was the tech, he was on time and was prepared.He made Marlenes day when he put on shoe covers when he entered the home. He cleaned the bathtub blockage. Then he replaced two toilets and made sure they worked. Our hot water heater went out Thursday evening and we called and someone was here about an hour later. The plumber Leonel and his helper Marco came Saturday morning and replaced it. Up graded it to a tank.less water heater. They were so friendly and professional. They were great.
