    We lost hot water in one of our heaters over Thanksgiving weekend. I knew they werent open but I did call to leave a message so as to get in line quicker Monday morning. Surprisingly, I received a call later that afternoon acknowledging our problem and that we would hear from them first thing Monday. They did as promised, worked with our schedule and had David (who is awesome) on site promptly and repairs were quickly made at a reasonable price. I could not recommend a service provider any higher than Scenic City Plumbing.

    I called the morning of New Years eve (Tuesday) and spoke with Toni. She was very friendly. They scheduled me for work on that Thursday and said they would call if availability arose sooner. A couple hours later they called to say a crew could be at my house right after lunch. Sure enough, Mike and Justin arrived around 1pm and had the issue resolved in about 1.5 hours. Call me a happy customer.

    The technicians from Scenic City Plumbing did a fabulous job of locating & addressing the odor situation coming from the toilet area in the bathroom. They repaired the damaged floor, cleaned out the odor issue and put in a new energy efficient toilet. ALL ISSUES RESOLVED with one visit. They also went the extra yard to clean out the drain in the sink and shower which had accumulated a good amount of hair and soap residue which was forcing the water to drain slowly. Mission accomplished!Great job Scenic Plumbing…. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient technicians!

    Prompt scheduling and completion of service. Repaired an underground leak on my main water service line; repaired a previously made repair performed by the crew who installed my deck. Very professional, courteous, explained what they found and how they addressed the repair. The crew had a well organized and stocked truck with all tools and materials needed to perform work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their service to others...top notch!!

    When scheduling the appointment I was greeted with a very kind and helpful response.Ultimately my experience with SCP was predominantly established by Mike. Mike was prompt, professional, and thorough. He told me what he thought our problem was then walked me through the steps he’d take to determine the failure. Mike fixed the problem and was on his way. During the service call, Mike was very kind and professional to every member of my family that he came in contact with and went out of his way to make sure that any and all questions that we had were answered. If/When we need another job done, I’ll ask for Mike specifically.

    Me and my sister just paid you guys 400$ to come out here and fix our shower, the man told us to wait 12 hours before we took a shower and that everything was fixed and we wouldn’t have any problems, well we waited till the next day before we took one and the shower is not fixed I just went downstairs and the entire basement is flooded again. Very frustrating considering we paid that much money and the problem wasn’t even half way fixed.I left a bad review but I did just speak with them, they were very nice and understanding, she was a very sweet lady, accidents do happen so if it was on their part they are going to make it right. I appreciate that and now I have nothing bad to say. 10/10 recommend 😁

    I continue to be a huge fan of Scenic City Plumbing. As things happen on a Friday afternoon, my main pipe into the house sprung a leak so I had to turn off water to the house. Even though all plumbers were busy, they got Greg out to my house and he fixed the problem within an hour. They also take care of my tankless water heater maintenance which really has made it perform better. Very happy customer - thank you!!!

    We thought we had a Christmas Eve emergency with no hot water. Although closed for holiday hours, Scenic City came and serviced us within an hour and a half! Customer service like this is rare and there is no substitute for the care and concern that Jeff Logan showed us this day. Merry Christmas!

    Scenic City Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our water leak. It was caused by a broken coil in an upstairs washer dryer unit. Max,our repairman, said they didn’t normally work on appliances but he knew I was desperate. He and his partner offered to go to Home Depot and get what they needed. They did a great job!

    Max & Hunter are awesome employees of Scenic City. They did quite a few repairs (leaky faucets & clogged sink) for us. The office called to make sure they could come earlier than planned.     Absolutely the best experience I have had with a plumbing company in the past 10 years. They had a technician out quickly (Greg) who listened carefully to me describe the issue and previous history. He immediately recognized the problem, described his proposed solution and with my approval went into action. In no time my drain was running clear. Another company quoted me thousands to unnecessarily tear out my kitchen and walls to replace the pipes. I will give all my future plumbing needs to Scenic City.

    Colby diagnosed and corrected our low water pressure issue in one visit. He gave us a quote after determining the problem, and it ended up costing about half of what we were quoted. I would highly recommend Scenic City and Colby in particular. Exceptional experience and customer service!

    Ive used Scenic City Plumbing a few times now, and I will continue to use them. Theyre always easy to schedule, they call to confirm, they arrive on time in a small window and SSP plumbers cover their shoes when they enter your home. Sounds silly, but as Max reminded me this morning, plumbers shoes go into some pretty bad places. Max was my plumber today, and he remembered installing my water heater several years ago. Very nice, very personable, no messes left. Yeah, Ill use them again!

    I had an awesome experience today. I’ve used them in the past on several jobs - big and small. They do quality work and arrive on schedule. I called for a quote at 10 this morning and had a quote to replace a gas water heater in 3 minutes. I decided the price was reasonable and the work could be done today. I had a leak in the old water heater but had hot water so it was not an emergency. Based on my past experience with Scenic City Plumbing, I hired them for the job and didn’t call other plumbers for a quote. The job was complete by 3:00. Awesome service. I recommend Scenic City for your plumbing needs. Reputable company and quality service.

    They charge 3% for credit card transactions, but theyre up front about it (which is greatly appreciated). Ive hired Scenic City Plumbing twice. I had great experiences both times. Professional, punctual, respectful, professional. Would recommend. Competitive pricing as well.First job was a pressure regulator replacement. One of the housings in our whole house filtration system kept popping off (yay garage flooding), and we thought it was the filters fault. Turns out our pressure regulator was installed upside down and needed replacing sooner than later as a result.Second job was removal of a flattop water heater and installation of a conventional water heater.

    What started off as a simple duct cleaning became much more involved after it was discovered some critters had destroyed several ducts in our crawl space. Michael Cox and Jayden were our steadfast crew who did not stop till the job was done. I cannot stress how professional, respectful and kind these two were - having contractors in your home for hours can be stressful but at no point was that our experience. The work was done efficiently and expertly, and the team was exceptional! Highly recommend!!

    Recommended to me by a family member. Weve called them 3 times for different, all unrelated issues during the past year: faulty valve at wash machine connect, slow leak on interior pipe, and leak on pipe between street and house.     Jeff,Daniel,and the crew did an awesome job. They were all very good at their job and are on top of finding the problem. They replaced my sewer drain and reconnected it different than what it was, which was what it needed. They took extra steps when putting the dirt back in the ditch they dug.     I have found the employees of Scenic City Plumbing to be very professional and knowledgeable each time I have used them. Today was no exception. Josh did a great job of communicating with me and professionally/efficiently taking care of the plumbing issues we had in our master shower. At my request, he checked a few other things in my house and found that there were not concerns at this time. I also appreciate the lady who answers the phone. She is very professional and kind. During the past 30 years, between our home, my mothers home, and my mother-in-laws home, we have done business with a few other plumbing companies in the North Georgia/Chattanooga area. Scenic City Plumbing always stands out as being the most professional, and I am always glad when I have done business with them.

    We called Scenic City for plumbing issues because they have proved to be a very reliable company with wonderful customer service. They have fixed plumbing issues in our house in the past. Michael from the Scenic City fixed our shower, replaced water heater pipes and installed a Water Filter System (Whole House Filter & Salt-Free Softener Combo). He has done an outstanding job with a picture perfect final product. He did the entire work very methodically and neatly. He is found to be proactive in detecting and diagnosing problems related to plumbing. Michael not only researched and helped us find a wonderful Water Filter System but also ensured that we were getting it at a reasonable price with all applicable discounts.     I utilized Scenic City Plumbing to address a leaky hose faucet. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the experience. After he fixed the faucet (something the last plumbing company I worked with could not), I asked him about a sink repair. He luckily had the correct part on his truck and knocked that out as well.     It was a Friday morning when we had a water pipe spring a leak under the house. Two plumbers said they couldnt get to us until Monday at the earliest. My third call was to Scenic City Plumbing who said they would send a truck that day. At 2:30p they showed up, looked under the house, and said they could fix it right away. An hour later, they were done! The crew was polite and professional. I found Scenic City Plumbing through Google. I saw the 450 5-star reviews.     I had almost 1 and 1/2 inches of water on my dining room and bathroom floor due to a broken supply line on my toilet. This happened in the middle of the night.I called Scenic City Plumbing because I have used them many times over the past 11 years or so.     We had a pipe fitting break and create a flood - we called and Scenic City Plumbing was unable to help immediately but both women I spoke with in the office (Toni and Jacki) were incredibly kind and helpful with information. We were able to shut the system off. They recommended another service, who was also unable to come out, but with the system off it was no longer an emergency. Ultimately we made an appointment for 4 days later, and the plumbers came on time, did the work needed, were pleasant and professional. The charge was appropriate. We will definitely use Scenic again!

    Chris and Justin were incredibly kind, informative, professional, and knowledgable about replacing my hot water heater. They did not rush the job and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and even explained how to relight the pilot light and change the water temp should the need arise.     Needed Scenic City yesterday. Had an issue at my office with toilet, at first I thought was solely inside valve (which i was comfortable replacing myself) but turned out was shutoff valve as well. Came out and quickly replaced both for a reasonable price. This is a great company. I have used before at my house and would not hesitate to use again. The house issue was much more involved and Scenic City never threw in the towel, but worked until the issue was resolved. Great people!

    Great service providers, but difficult to get appointments with. Id say often times when a plumber is needed, its semi urgent or emergent. Shouldnt take 5+ business days to get someone to your house. Office staff will work with you to try to get you on the books earlier if possible though. Ive used them for several things and I plan to use them in the future.

    Our water heater stopped working last Friday. I called Scenic City Plumbing around 10:30 this morning (Monday). The wonderful scheduler saw that their next available appointment was on Thursday, but she took the time and found an employee who was doing a short job close by and he arrived at our house within 15 minutes!! We had hot water again by 1:00! The gentleman who did the repair was honest, fast, and extremely helpful -- and the price was a lot lower than I had expected!!     I called Scenic City Plumbing to get service for two (2) toilets that began filling water when they had not been flushed. This is a common occurrence after a few years of use. Making the appointment was easy. Scenic City returned my call, scheduled the appointment, and they showed up within the allotted time window. Bo, the service tech, was courteous, and he completed the work in a very quick manner. Everything was satisfactory, and I believe the price was fair. I will use Scenic City Plumbing again if I need service.

    Our hot water heater went on the blink, and Scenic City Plumbing came out the same day - within a few hours of our call. David pinpointed the problem right away and got to work fixing it. Once complete, he noticed the hot water heater was dripping water and was able to fix a second problem with it before he left. So thankful he was able to do all that needed to be done in on visit. AND, he was so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. We have been using Scenic City Plumbing for our occasional plumbing needs for years and will continue to call them first!

    Excellent service. My sink was clogged and the disposal was completely off. I called Scenic City around 1pm, and you actually talk to a real person! She was very professional and personable. They had someone come out same day. David arrived... maybe 2pm? Thats how prompt it was.My problem was fixed in minutes. David was courteous and professional.Also, cheaper rate than some other plumbers that had been recommended to me.I will undoubtably be calling them the next time I need plumbing services!

    Updated 6/9/2021 - We had an issue with our water pressure valve and used Scenic City Plumbing again. Jacob was awesome (like all their workers). He came and did the job in about an hour and even reconnected an old water faucet for us. I am very grateful to have a company we can trust to not only provide quality work, but at a good price.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We have used Scenic City Plumbing on a couple of occasions and they have always been super nice and worked hard/quick. Unfortunately, we had to get a new water heater and they were very quick about installing and cleaning up. The only weird thing that has happened with us was we called on a Thursday about our Water Heater being out (before we got it replaced) and they said they would put us on down on the waitlist to see if they could fit us in, but if not they would be here first thing the following Tuesday (no biggie), but they said the reason was because the job required 2 people, but on Tuesday only one person showed up. Again, no biggie and I still give them 5 stars, but that was the only odd thing and might have been a miscommunication. Highly recommend them.

    I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. After realizing that I could not make the repair on my own I began searching for plumbers on Google. After a few days I narrowed down my search, Scenic City had the best reviews out there so I gave them a try. Needless to say this was great decision on my part. The receptionist got my information and scheduled a technician to come out promptly. The work was completed pretty quickly ultimately saving me money.On top of all of that, they even sent me a card in the mail thanking me for my business. Overall all class act, I would highly suggest this company to anyone that is currently searching.

    Of course we had our 14 year old garbage disposal develop a catastrophic leak on a Sunday morning. After cleaning up the mess, my wife used the Better Business Bureaus website to contact multiple A+ rated plumbers regarding our issue. I didnt really expect to hear from anyone until Monday morning, but Scenic City Plumbing replied to our inquiry within an hour and said they would be able to schedule us for Monday. Scenic City Plumbing called first thing Monday morning and scheduled us within a couple of hours. They were on time, professional and installed our new disposal in a timely fashion. The plumber cleaned up everything and was courteous. We were extremely impressed with every facet of this encounter. Well definitely use Scenic City Plumbing in the future when the need arises.

    I purchased a tankless water heater from Home Depot. HD coordinated installation with their local partner. The partner could not even schedule an estimate review until 2 weeks out. This timeline was unacceptable. I called Scenic City Plumbing. A rep came to my house the next day (Tuesday) for review and estimate. The installation team came the next day (Wednesday) to install. Very good quick install. Great customer service.

    First time user and they replaced a fill valve on my toilet. Scenic City did a great job and I had a tricky situation with my specific fill valve. They had the issue fixed quickly and the price was the lowest I had found. These guys are seriously clean cut and wear shoe protectors and are very polite. This is not always the case with other plumbing companies. They are my new go to for plumbing issues.

    10/10 Recommend! Im a new homeowner and I had no idea where to start with several small issues around my house.     Absolutely one of the best experiences with any type of home repair service. Called early this afternoon to schedule someone to look at a leak on my water heater.     Outstanding service! After inheriting my Dad home, I needed to repair the main bathroom. I have used Scenic City Plumbing for several repairs recently. I wasnt sure what repairs I needed so I called Scenic City Plumbing and asked. The owner, Jeff Logan, answered the phone and was quick to offer to meet with me at my home to determine what repair options I would need. He came out that same day and checked the bathroom and went down to the basement to inspect plumbing. He made several suggestions on how to remove the walk-in bathtub, move the toilet and build in a new shower. Although Scenic City Plumbing does not do remodeling, he was able to provide me with business cards for two contractors he had used. He was nice enough to take the time to meet with me. Sadly, they dont do after hours, and we all know things dont break until Friday afternoon or evening.     We had a 20 year old water heater that we knew was not going to last much longer, but we were trying to save up for a tankless water heater system. Well it finally gave out and the parts required to fix it are no longer manufactured. Bo came out and told us he could try to rig something up to keep it going, but that there was no guarantee it would work for long. After providing estimates for different options we felt it was best to get a new water heater in our budget. The company dropped one off while Bo worked on getting the old one out and they hauled it off for us. Within a couple hours our new tank was installed and everything was up to code with new valves replaced. This is the second time we have used Scenic City and they don’t try to pressure you into buying anything you don’t need. I really appreciate an honest company and will be using them again!

    Due to a leak in my water line in an inaccessible area where it could not be repaired, Scenic City Plumbing installed a new water line in my front yard. Scenic City was aware that I was concerned about the look of my yard after their digging. Therefore when they saw that the weather forecast was calling for a lot of future rain, they hurriedly scheduled this work before the rains came so that my yard would not be a muddy mess.Scenic City smoothed my yard back down after the digging and then sowed and strawed my yard.     On 5/2/22 they installed new hardware and water lines on a tub shower. The techs did a good job: efficient and professional. The cost of the job was high, as is charged by most piping companies. The only factor that was weak was customer service. I called two days later to contact the techs who did the job to ask a question and the receptionist was curt and put me off saying that they couldnt be interrupted and would contact me when they got a chance. Three phone calls and 4 hours later I gave up trying to speak with them. Customer service needs to be improved!

I noticed a spot in my floor was soaking wet but not exactly near my bathroom. I called them first and since it was a crawl space it required two people (for both safety reasons and so they can be done with the job quicker to save you money). At first I was detered from the price so I called other places and I did find cheaper, however, they were not available for several days out. I called them back and had them come out. It was scheduled for the next day but they got done with a job in the area and were sent over same day which was amazing! They came out and were very honest with me about the situation and what it could entail in a very polite and professional manner. I dealth with Chase mostly (very nice guy) and I cant remember the other technicians name but he was nice as well! After checking the crawl space and verifying everything was okay there, they didnt give up and kept looking until they finally found the issue. My HVAC units drain pipe was clogged causing the excess water to drain into my floor, go under my linoleum and traveled straight to my carpet. The only reason they didnt repair it was because my HVAC guy was repairing my Fan that also went out in the same day so he was already taking care of the clog. That being said, with the price they were asking and how fast they reached a conclusion and everything, it was super reasonable and I will use them again for sure!

    I tried to replace a Mansfield flush valve and tank to bowl gasket on my toilet. After several hours of frustration and getting water everywhere, I gave in and called the pros. I called around 9:30 on a Monday morning and a plumber was at my house by 11. Brett was professional, courteous, and very tolerant of my curious toddler. He made me feel validated in my attempts and confirmed what I thought was the problem. He replaced the gasket and properly tightened the bolts. He was in and out in about a half hour.This was my second experience with Scenic City Plumbing and I will continue to call and give them my business with all of my plumbing issues.
