    Vlad was our Tech and was the only positive experience we had with HEP. He saved the situation with his open communication, skill set in solving our problem and integrity. He left my home better than when he showed up and he is one of the only people I would want coming over. I had a very severe clog, he told me step by step what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how it would fix. He ran the 70’ snake at least 8 times while also running the camera to confirm and ensure the job was perfect. We watched the camera together and he showed me what it should look like.     I just recently had to have major plumbing renovations at my home. The two installers, Billy and Tim, were wonderful. They explained all that they did and also made some great improvements to my home. Another young gentleman, Vlad, returned today to do some additional repairs for me and did an excellent job. I cannot say enough about these guys. HEP is lucky to have them in the service.

    Christian Jordan came out to quote our home for a roof replacement, and didnt hesitate to walk around on our 26 year old roof. Unfortunately, my credit score prevented me from being able to have the roof replaced, but Christian went ahead and put a tarp on the leaking side at no cost. Hopefully in the future, Ill be better off financially, and will be able to call Christian to come back out for the replacement. Excellent service!! Very polite, quick, and helpful.

    I had a new hvac unit installed. John and AJ were exceptional workers. Very professional and did the job very well. Zach the electrician came and installed the surge protector. Amanda at the office was a tremendous help to me. I use HEP services quite often. I have not been disappointed with any services!!!

    Excellent experience tonight with Brayden who came out after 6pm to diagnose a very wet ceiling in a basement level unit in a multi level apartment building. Diagnosed quickly with minimal intrusion into the ceiling and worked with his boss to get the right size line and get us fixed and back up and running in a few hours. Great job, serious dedication. Much appreciated!! 5 stars for sure

Patrick diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain pipe) and cleared it. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and professional. He also advised ways to keep the drain clean. We got exemplary service.     I was very satisfied with H.E.P.. They had to put in a split unit in my house which the heater part was up in the attic. They had to cut the opening of our ceiling to put the new unit it and done an awesome job! They did have to come back and fix our ceiling and done that very professional job!!     The technician Amanda, that came out to my house, for a slow draining kitchen sink, was fantastic! She was here the same day that I called, and did a very thorough inspection under my house. She explained all the issues clearly and augered the drain. I was very pleased with the service.

    The service was very fast. We had a technician out to check our furnace and he kindly informed us they no longer make the parts that we would need, which is understandable as the unit was manufactured in 1997. They were able to get a team out the very next day to install a new HVAC unit and furnace, these gentlemen worked extremely hard from daylight to dark finally finishing up around 9 PM. They had everything up and running and we’re so quiet and thorough. I barely knew they were there! We did have an issue with the unit cooling after start up. I called the following morning and had a technician out within a few hours that fixed the issue. Overall, the entire process was extremely easy, fast, and thorough. We have a roofing project to begin next week with this company as well and only expect great things going forward!

    I called when my kitchen faucet was so loose I didn’t think I could use it. HEP immediately sent a tech out— within two hours I had help. Amanda was great! She explained to me the problem causing my loose faucet and how to get the structural issue repaired. And she tightened my faucet so I could use it until the repair is made. I also needed a repair to a toilet, which she handled with expertise. It was a most positive experience with Amanda. I highly recommend both HEP and Amanda!
