It began with their customer service representative, Katrina. It was an unusual job, removing some 25 feet of 120 v light fixture and replacing it with low voltage LEDs. Katrina worked with me every step of the way arranging for delivery of the new fixture, providing a price quote, scheduling installation. Teo and Tom were on time, worked diligently, completed the job within a day, and left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. Its a pleasure working with folks who are so professional.
