Jose Ortiz was our service person and he was excellent. Patient, skilled, and pleasant. My review is for Jose because the company to me is only as good as the person that comes to your door. Jose did some repair and maintenance on my 2 humidifiers today so we shall see if they return to proper working condition. But I appreciated his work and his care and respect for my home. -
