    We were referred to Nova and from first meet through final project were very pleased. Our basement had been finished previously, but after some water damage, it needed to be done again. Tate and Dmitriy came out, gave us a fair quote for the work we were looking to have done and were able to meet the timeline we were hoping for. We had everything taken down to the studs and done new. Ely was our project manager and his communication was great every step of the way. I work out of the home most days so was here during the whole process. All of the crew was friendly and respectful. I would have no problem recommending Nova to friends or family. As we continue with plans for additional renovations in the future well be reaching out to Nova!

    We were very happy with the fine workmanship that Alex and Tate put into our fireplace wall unit. They offered helpful suggestions, communicate very well, cleaned up after every day of work, and made adjustments to work with our schedule.     We used Nova for our kitchen and closet addition projects that just completed at the beginning of October. They were so great to work with, super responsive and great at communicating making the process so smooth. I have worked with several contractors in the past and it’s hard to come by reliable and trustworthy people that show up on the days and times they say they are coming. Tate, Dmitriy and their team were amazing with this and I appreciated their work, communication and dedication to our projects so much to make our vision come to life - so much so that we are using them again for our bathroom addition project next!

    Nova was the first company we called to inquire about adding an addition to our living room/kitchen area after hearing about them from a neighbor and wanting to try someone different than who we used on a previous project. Tate came out that day and talked us through his thoughts and ideas. We were blown away by his honesty and professionalism.We have worked with many high end and very well known contractors around Columbus on previous projects, but Nova was by far the best we’ve dealt with. I will only be using them for all my home projects moving forward.I would consider myself a difficult customer but Tate and Dimitri were so patient and understanding. The team communicated with me every step of the project.I can’t think of one thing I would change about my results because they really took the time to brainstorm and give recommendations on thing I wouldn’t have thought of originally.

    My friend used Nova for her house and I was so impressed prestige work. So I hired them to remodel my whole house. Dmitry and their team did a fabulous job making my dream come true! Their high quality of work was amazing.     Nova Design recently remodeled our basement. They did great! It was a much better experience than what we had with other contractors that worked on our house in the past. They built a new bedroom with a fireplace and a walk-in closet and an office. We are impressed by the quality of the work. The entire construction team was very respectful, detail oriented, and they kept us informed about the progress. Their pricing was very reasonable and they worked with us to accommodate our budget. The remodel was completed on schedule. We very much appreciate their work.

    I recently had my kitchen remodeled here in Grove City by Nova Design Build. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and experience. From the beginning they were extremely professional and easy to work with. They had some great ideas that totally elevated the design, transforming my small, crammed kitchen into a much larger, highly functional one. The team did an amazing job with the whole remodel. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was perfect. Plus, they were really respectful of my space and cleaned up after themselves every day. Now that the remodel is done, I couldnt be happier with how my kitchen looks. Its like a whole new space! If youre thinking about remodeling your home, definitely go with them!

    Kitchen and bath completed in advance of promise date and look great. Nova does what they when they say. No wondering when the electrician or plumber is going to show up. Excellent craftsmanship and communication. Will use again.

    I had a shower leak and had multiple remodelers and shower professionals take a look and submit estimates. The proposed fixes were all very expensive , requiring a full shower teardown. Tate was the only one who actually figured out the problem which did not require extensive work. He is very knowledgeable and honest, easy to communicate with, and reliable. I would highly recommend anyone to him.

    We feel incredibly fortunate to have found NOVA to complete our remodel. From start to finish these folks were top notch. We did a full first floor remodel, which included relocating a kitchen. The work was well done, on schedule, and on budget. They worked hand in hand with us through all decision making, answered all the questions we threw at them, consistently kept the work site clean and cared for, and went out of their way to ensure we loved every aspect of this project...And we do.     Amazing job. This team was organized, professional and got the job done on time. They communicated any changes in deliverables, also they offered advice and input when they found things as they did their work. We are renovating a Victorian home and so there is always something! I would highly recommend them to do any job - big or small. Great team!

    We updated the original stair rails in our home. Tate came out, looked at what we wanted, and suggested decor to match our style. Their carpenter had the job done in two days.     I used Nova Design Build for a main floor remodel to remove a wall, replace baseboards and trim, redo flooring in the kitchen and living room, and replace backsplash. Their team did a great job communicating any issues found and providing cost friendly options for flooring and backsplash that was still high quality. They were also able to get everything finished on my tight timeframe. Overall really pleased with their work and would use them again in the future.

    Hired Nova to redo kitchen, staircase, and downstairs flooring/trim. The owners, Dimitry and Tate (maybe short for Tater or Tater Tot?, possibly Scandinavian, definitely Nordic) came out to give me quote. Tate was souper (tomato bisque) responsive and helpful. Subs (Italian, add spicy pepps) were also souper (more of a beef stew) friendly as well. Dont even trip on this one, yo. If youre considering getting the work done, just pull the trigger. Cant say enough good things about these guys. Work done on time, cleaned up well, open/transparent communcation, etc etc.

    So pleased to be able to write a review of Nova Design Build. Tate Morgan and his team worked with us from the very beginning to come up with a plan to remodel our master bath. Their suggestions for materials and design were great, and we knew we could count on their suggestions for the best results. Throughout the process, Tate was quick to respond to questions.We had another major project that we had thought would be completed before the beginning of our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the project and it needed to be delayed so that both would be going on at the same time. Tate was amazing at reworking the schedule and working with the other company in order to do both the same time.We are also grateful to Tate for recommending Joe to do most of the project from gutting the bathroom, to tile work, painting and final details. Joe and his assistant, Rachel, were exceptional!I highly recommend Tate Morgan and Nova Design Build. This is a top notch company with exceptional work and customer service.
