We contacted Freezing Mechanical and Mr. Orlando Napoles assisted us with all the details regarding new Hvac systems, the work to be done and the financing. He explained everything in detail and was very professional.We purchased a new hvac system with him and setup installation for the following Monday and there was no wait. We appreciate the promptness they took to get us setup.We were assigned three techs Anthony Rey, Carlos Carrazana, and Alexey Martinez all showed up on time and were very professional. Alexey performed a cleaning of our ducts and it was very well done. Carlos installed our ac system with his helper Anthony both showed to have a lot of knowledge and were exceptional. The team was great they cleaned up after the install was done and stayed an extra 15 minutes to make sure our AC was running optimally.We are grateful to have found this company. And would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great work.Thank you Orlando, Alexey, Carlos and Anthony. You guys were great.

*Update*I had another service and scheduling online was very easy BUT I got a call the next day telling me they had to make sure someone was available.Aside from that, the service was amazing! Everything from the original review still applies.The initial phone conversation was a little off putting but aside from that, working with Freezing Mechanical was painless and easy. The tech came on time in the window I was given. We didnt talk much, mostly a language barrier but he was professional and worked quickly. He showed me what I need, picture included on his tablet, with the price and after I agreed he showed me the physical part.Since he did the service the diagnostic fee was taken out of the total.I would highly recommend and theyve earned themselves a repeat customer.

The service tech Rayden was very professional, to start he contacted me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived the tech greeted me and begin the work on the air conditioner. The tech worked diligently and in the end the air conditioner worked perfectly.The tech contacted the office before he left and I confirmed the job was completed and working well. Overall, I commend Rayden for his professionalism, being prompt and courteous.

Overall they were great, fast response time, quick diagnosis and repair. Only price complaint I have is receiving no credit for the service charge towards the repair. Service fee is normally $89 which is credited to the repair if you do it.Weekend/after hours service fee is $150 with no portion credited. I can understand not crediting the extra $60 because obviously that is the after hour surcharge but could at least credit the $89. However, the appointment setter was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful and Alexi was professional and helpful.

But everything seems to be ok with our system. He also listed recommendations but never spoke to us about anything. I don’t think he spoke English very well to communicate effectively. Very nice guy came did his job and left.

My AC was on its last leg in February and I decided to change it out. Victor came out to meet us at our house and talked to us about our options. He gave us his sincere opinion and did not try to upsell us on anything. We got a great price and they were even available to do the change out the day after we signed. When the technicians came, they were on time, very courteous and very professional. They took their time to perform the swap assuring they did it correctly from the beginning. They took their time to walk me through the new controls, interface and even helped me connect the new system to my phone. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Overall a great experience from buying to installation and support. It has been two weeks and the new system is working great. The next week a technician came to clean the vents and ducts throughout the house. Again, he was very professional and mindful of the things around the house as well as very thoughtful as both my wife and I were working from home. He was very meticulous and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They are professional, courteous, responsive reasonably priced. I am highly satisfied with the value of service and equipment that they have provided.

Very impressed with their service and installation process! After being a week without my A/C working properly, with 90 degree weather, I called Freezing Mechanical Monday 8:00am. Peter showed up at 12:30 pm that day, gave me a very competitive price- best warranty and maintenance program out there! Offered 0% Financing for 18 months. He said if I signed NOW he can try to have the A/C installed next day? I Signed the contract, Peter set up the installation. The crew showed up NEXT DAY with a Carrier 5 Ton Package Unit (which is not readily available) at 9am and the completed the job by 2;30om. Took the old unit and the crew left everything clean. Top Notch Service, the Crew were quiet, very quick, efficient and professional. Highly recommend Freezing Mechanical Service!

Needed air conditioning replacement. My AC company was unable to get the top of the unit I wanted for serveral weeks due to inventory shortages. Was referred to Freeze Mechanical by a coworker. Called for an appointment that day and was set up with a salesperson for later that afternoon. Ariel my salesperson was prompt and professional. They had inventory of the Trane top of the line unit we purchased. Installation was done 48 hours later. The installation crew consisted of Adrian and Alexey. My spanish is limited and they spoke only spanish but that did not present any problems.. They were professsional, timely and knowledgeable. Ariel came to the job site to make sure everything went smoothly and provided his contact for any translations needed.. I was a bit unsure working with a new AC Company as I have worked with my company for many years, but everything went well.Hope to get many years from our new Trane unit

Just finished an installation of a new Carrier unit, great service, good value compared to the bigger shops. Read good reviews and ratings and all checked to make this big decision. Installers were very professional and clearly experienced. Sales rep, Alex, was great, was even first person of many quotes to let us know our unit could maybe go a little longer without the service another company was recommending . Alex even came out on a Saturday to help us install the special order thermostat I jus y had to have. Overall, 5 stars, earned.

The service was swift, but I had a hard time communicating with the technician. I think he should learn more English! Unfortunately the unit is still not working and we are still even hotter!! They had to come back the next day to get it right because the tech put in the wrong type Capacitor. I couldn’t ask him about a warranty or ANYTHING because he didn’t speak English! He called me “Lady” instead of my name which I thought was very rude! Please both techs could not speak English! So frustrating!!

Amazing company, I requested a quote around 11:00pm on Thursday and they called me first thing Friday morning. Alex and Valeria inspected our old unit and provided excellent customer service while meeting our budget. I was very skeptical about dealing with a/c companies when obtaining quotes for a new a/c system. Out of three companies where one never returned my calls and the other never even showed up, the only one that came through like a true professional was Freezing Mechanical. Needless to say that their quote was the best price for an incredible Carrier Infinity System with all the bells and whistles along with a brand new duct system. He was timely (early actually), efficient and considerate (he vacuumed my carpet after finishing installation, and left zero trash/mess behind).

My parents old AC unit must of been at least 20 years old. Give my parents a good run for years but that run finally came to an end. So when it came down to find a new AC unit it got a bit nerve wrecking for my parents. They started worrying about things like what company to choice? Would they be license and insured? And most importantly would they be trustworthy? So through a friend my parents were recommended to call Freezing Mechanical. Mind you my parents AC went down on a Sunday afternoon. They called first thing Monday morning and a gentleman by the name of Alex, showed up that same day by mid afternoon. My mom liked Alex, from the moment he step foot inside the house. Alex, is respectful, mindful, and very knowledgeable. Alex, explain and fully detailed everything to my parents. Answered every single question my parents had for him. I drive trucks for a living and spend most of my time on the road so I wasnt present for the initial meeting with, Alex. Alex, was courteous enough to drive from my parents house for 20 minutes to my place of residences to formally introduce himself. Now thats what I call commitment and loyalty. He wanted me to have a peace of mind on who he was and the company he represented. I needed that since I wasnt going to be there during the removal of the old AC unit or the installation of new one. Well! The new AC was install the very next day. The crew did a wonderful job!!! Which I believe was a father and son duo. They fix the closet where the new unit was going to sit in because it was deteriorated from the old AC unit. They also took the old AC unit, trash, and debris with them as well. Leaving everything clean. I was very pleased!!! My parents were pleased as well!!! My parents are seniors so just knowing there was a company in their house that I could trust really set my mind at ease.
