    We had a pipe leak on Sunday. On Monday, we found out that the restoration company did not do plumbing but we had a short window for repair. I found Lakeside and chose to call based on reviews and now I know why they are rated so well. We called Tuesday, and had someone that day for an estimate. Work was completed on Wednesday. Quick flat rate estimate, and quick, quality work was done. Lyle and Marvin were awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. We will be utilizing Lakeside in the future for planned home improvements going forward based on this experience. Thank you guys so much for turning a crappy experience into a positive one.

    Our old water heater started leaking gas and we needed to replace it. After getting several quotes, we decided to go with Lakeside because of a combination of price and quality of parts they offered. We never actually ran out of hot water because roof how fast they were able to help. Ryan did an excellent job and our utility room looks better than ever!

    I recently had a water heater leaking a small amount of water. I had two different plumbers come out before Lakeside to give me quotes. Both said it had a leak and was under warranty. One quoted me $2800 and the other $1900. That seemed crazy expensive for an in-warranty replacement and Lakeside gave me a much better ballpark quote over the phone. When the plumber arrived he took a quick look and told me he didnt think my water heater tank was leaking. After a few minutes of poking around he actually found that the vent pipe was full of condensation and thats what was causing my issue - not a tank leak. He even went as far as looking up the venting installation directions in the water heater manual and showing me that my builder put in one too many 90° turns and an extra 45°.We went over options for repair, but since my water heater was under warranty and there was really no good option for re-routing the vent pipes I elected to install a drain line on the vent and keep an eye on it. Its been about a month and so far no more condensation!Im happy Lakeside actually looked at my issue and didnt just try to get a quick buck out of me. Theyll definitely be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

    Ive had Lakeside Plumbing at my house several times over the past year or so. Specifically Ryan, who is one of the most conscientious plumbers I have had in my house. He knows his trade and does an excellent job, along with thoroughly cleaning up after he is done. Thank you Ryan!! I highly recommend them.

    I used Lakeside Plumbing Services for the first time today and was very pleased. I needed a bathroom sink unclogged, new bathroom and kitchen faucets put in, and multiple other issues to discuss and look at. Walter was very friendly and helpful. I thought I needed two toilets reseated , which he could have taken advantage of, but he looked them over and determined it just needed a good cleaning and caulking to keep it nice around the toilet on the floor. Which he did for me also. He gave me some good tips and estimates on some small future projects too.

    I dont normally leave reviews, but Walter was excellent! He had speedy communication, gave us a great bid to replace our water heater, and had the project complete within 2 days when other companies told us it would be over a week.     Lakeside Plumbing was recommended to us by our usual plumber, Lukes Word of Mouth, because he was unavailable right away. They were able to come out and fix our plumbing problem with our water heater, and a leak our upstairs tub had. They got to work right away and did a great job, luckily for us, on the same day. They were super courteous, took the time to explain everything that they were doing, and their prices were great and very reasonable. Walter and Rey, thank you.

    Lyle and his team were awesome! I had quite the disaster after returning from my vacation with flooding in the downstairs of my home. They were quick to come over and start fixing the situation. I would highly recommend Lakeside Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

    These guys helped us out with a busted shower drain. They were super responsive and knowledgable and walked me through all of our repair options. We did some of the fixes ourselves, and they provided guidance and educated us on things that we hadnt considered, saving us a lot of time and headache. They were willing to get on the phone with me several times to go through various options. They clearly know what they are doing and provided fantastic customer service.

    Ryan did a great job replacing three faucets, addressing water pressure, working a toilet and leaky tub faucet. I would recommend And use Lakeside for all of my plumbing needs.

    I dont know if I can recommend Walter enough. I had a leak dripping down two stories and he rushed over at a moments notice and fixed the problem in a few minutes. He also was friendly, responsive, and clean, and has been helping me figure other things out with our bathroom remodel since then. He told me hes really busy, and Im sure he is, because of the good work he does!

    DIY: Lyle registered my water heater for warranty and contacted the supplier to send me the replacement part. He shared that the repair was pretty straight-forward and then followed up after I installed it to make sure everything was running fine. He saved me a lot of money helping me through the DIY when he didnt have to.

    Had an issue with a brand new shower valve we installed in our basement bathroom from Delta...we was unaware that we needed to install a separate cartridge to prevent the cold water from mixing with the hot water, which unfortunately made it to where we didnt have hot water for two days. We called Lakeside on Saturday and they did an emergency response that morning and got us back up and running in 10 mins. Quality service, top notch company, highly recommend these guys.

    Quick response to initial and other inquiries. Notifications as to when arriving. Estimates were up front before repairs. I was told the estimated time of repair. Explained repair to be done and equipment being installed. Respectful of my home as they wore shoe coverings. VERY nice and professional technicians.

    I had Lakeside Plumbing install a new, replacement toilet. I had purchased the toilet and they did the install. I really liked when I sent asking for a quote, they responded with actual prices instead of wanting to schedule a visit to quote me or asking me lots of other questions. He was professional and made sure to make me aware of any potential problems or increases in the price. On time and loved that I got text message updates on when he had me scheduled and when he would arrive the day of the appointment. Very satisfied!
