    Seth went above and beyond helping my sister out. He will beat any competitors price with backflow valve to prevent sewage from coming up. On top of this, it was 3,000 dollars cheaper than any competitor. I really appreciate all the hard work done in a fast amount of time plus willing to honor any work done.

    I bought an old house and needed drains snaked. They showed up on time. Called to give me an eta. They went right to work. They got everything working. Cleaned up the mess. Very reasonable price. I would call them again.

    Fantastic experience with these guys! Took us on within 3 days of a quote. Significantly cheaper than our other quotes for the exact same service. Didnt try to up-sell us on unnecessary services.     I had been having problems with roots in my sewer for decades. It finally got to the point where we decided to get it fixed. I was recommended Sureflo by a friend, and I’m glad I did. The entire staff is excellent. Becca is super helpful with scheduling, and Seth and crew handled it promptly and professionally. They came and opened up the drain, and showed me what was going on via a camera. He was very detailed in describing what had to be done, and the whole process only took +~- 24 hours from start to finish. They installed a blown-in sewer liner and saved a ton of digging and extra expense. I would definitely use them again. Very courteous and clean. Great crew overall. Thanks!

    Had SureFlo do a camera check on my septic line and locate line and depth for some landscaping work we are doing. They scheduled quickly and were very professional and nice. Very reasonable price for good peace of mind and to avoid unnecessary problems. Would use them again for sure.

    When my main line was clogged, I called SureFlo at about 10:00 am and they were at my house about two hours later! I liked that Seth, the owner, was knowledgeable and informative about local ordinances and rebates. Their work was quick and I was glad to have the main line opened back up. I will definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to friends.

    Seth was amazing. I called with a horribly stopped up sink. He came after finishing another job within an hour. Charged a more than reasonable price and left me with a 60 guarantee for his work. Ive never had a better experience with any in home service. Highly recommend!!

    Amazing service, speed, cost, and consideration! Ive used SureFlo a couple of times now for sewage issues in my old home, and both times theyve been a delight and an absolute relief to work with. When I called with an emergency today, Becca answered right away, got in contact with the technicians, and had an ETA for them to come out to my home within a couple of hours, despite the remnants of the blizzard still covering most everywhere in town with half a foot of snow! The technicians, Turner and Scott, were wonderful as well. They called ahead of time and even arrived earlier than expected! 30mins later, theyd figured out the cause of the issue, finished the job without a mess, cleaned up, and left me with guidance on what to look for in the future to help with my sewage lines. Their reliability speaks for itself, and theyll be my first choice should I ever need them again! (Though lets hope we meet in the grocery store and not like this! Lol!)

    Great service and great prices. Would highly recommend. Had my drain unclogged, Sureflo guarantees the work for 30 days. If my drain clogs up again within 30 days they will come back out at no charge. That is a rare guarantee these days.

    Ive had issues with my drain line since I bought my home in 1987, probably d/t the awesome maple tree in my front yard. Sureflo/Seth was very thorough, professional and pleasant. The first thing he did was a visual inspection of the line with a camera to determine what & where the problem was. The line was cleared and checked with a camera. The job was priced fairly and guaranteed. If you need help with your drain, SureFlo is a no brainer.

    I dont post reviews often, but needed to put out a review for SureFlo.Seth and his crew came out on a late Sunday afternoon and saved our party. We had about 20 family and friends coming over, and while getting ready, our sink started filling up with nasty water from the dishwasher and wouldnt go down. Our lines dont have a lot of drop for the flow, and go around 3 90° turns, so this happens every few years.Seth went up on the room and used the stack to jet the lines clean and so there was no mess or smell in the house. Nowhere near as easy as snaking through a trap, but was a much more thorough job than anyone had done before.Did I mention this was a last minute call on a Sunday? Not only did SureFlo do a better job than any of the others I have used, but no extra cost for a same day job, and no extra for being a Sunday.I now have them in my phone and have already discussed the basement bathroom project coming up.

    I had been having clogged drain problems in my bathroom for about seven months trying to unclog the drain myself using things like Draino. I tried them all. The products stopped working and I had a sink full of water. They came out ASAP and they worked with my schedule as I needed someone after 5:30 p.m. They are very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend SureFlo Sewer & Drain.

    Cannot say enough great things about this company. They came within a few hours of the call and during horrible weather. They were very professional and still sensitive to the frustrations of a client with a flooded basement. This company doesnt quit. they stay with you until the problem is resolved. They really do try everything before they dig. Unfortunately, in my situation; digging was necessary. They cordoned off the area of digging, cleaned up and cemented the open area. It is very difficult to find reliable, dependable and honest plumbers ( believe me I know as a home warranty company sent 2 others prior to my calling Sure-Flo) but if you are looking for one, Sure-Flo is the company.
